They were there for me

I ordered a duvet and sheet set and the order was sent separately so the duvet never made it to my grandson. The Post Office kept saying that it was not there. Mobstub helped me right away by searching and sent me another without me having to keep at them. They showed their loyalty to their customers. I will gladly do business with them again. They stand by their product.

Mix up with order beautifully handled!

Ordered a watch right before Christmas and I guess in the hubbub of the season, the order got lost along the way. I think it was more the post office than MobStub. But they were on it quickly, following up and even sending out a replacement as soon as the tracking couldn`t accurately pinpoint its location. I was really impressed and grateful - will definitely be back and pass along a good word to others. Thanks so much!

I ordered the solar phone charger. The product quality seemed questionable, it came in a box with no actual brand name and no instructions. I both Facebook-messaged them and emailed and got no response. I'm still trying to figure out if the charger works or not. It does not appear to, but it could be that I'm not operating it correctly. That's why products usually come with instructions.

I purchased two rings through this site, having never used them they seemed to have nice looking merchandise and good prices. I received one ring it seems fine, but it is a simple design, the other ring a stone was missing from the moment I opened the package. I checked to see if it was in the package loose thinking it had been thrown around during shipping. Not found, called customer service and told basically nothing I could do. They sure got my money and I might add this ring was expensive. Will never order again from this site and would advise you NOT to either! Your taking a big risk. Just FYI buy from China get crap buy from USA get quality. I was not aware my products were from China until I received them in the mail. Again buy at your own risk! May as well buy from someone coming door to door.

Great Customer Service

I ordered a pair of cuff links that arrived looking great. When I got them out for Christmas wrapping, I discovered one cuff link had broken. After submitting a photo of the broken cuff link, they were quickly replaced, no problems, in a very quick turn around time. A great experience working with Lilly in customer service.

I have received great things from them, but not clothes. My recent purchase was the "beautiful long laced sleeve crochet blouse". First of all, I'm a size 12. I ordered 4 sizes up, just in case as mentioned, which was nice. However, it's still too small in the arms and in circumference. I noticed it was very wrinkled upon opening. I washed it on gently cycle in my washer in a garment bag... what I usually wash all of my delicates on. It came out torn in two places and the same creases were on them before I washed them. What? That's never happened in my washer and trust me, I'm particular on laundry! Very disappointed and will never buy clothes from them again. Come on MobStub! Your quality needs to be full circle, not just on some items you sell. Shame on you!

Horrible company, received item broken, will not return any of my email inquiries and no phone number! Any company with no phone number is not reputable! Wish I would have done more research before I ordered! Reported them to Facebook, hoping they remove the Company! Next going to dispute with bank and report to Better Business Bureau!

This company is a total ripoff. I ordered a wireless headset n never got it but yet the charge showed up on my credit card. They sent me a tracking number that showed the item was sent to the shipping facility but then no further activity after several weeks. I tried emailing Mobstub (since they dont list a phone # - should have been my first clue), and it took at least a week for a response. They claim the shipper "lost" the merchandise and offered me a replacement or a refund. I opted for a refund but yet after several more weeks, no credit showed on my bank account. After about a month of total cat & mouse games, I contacted my credit card company and filed a fraudulent charge complaint. This company is a total waste... stay away!

I ordered an electric stove from them. When it's turned on a light is supposed to go on and look like flames. It worked the first two times I used it and then stopped working. I was told to take it apart and change the bulb which I did. It worked one time and then stopped working. I would not order from them again.
I would add a photo but I can't figure out how to do it,.

This is my first time ordering from this site. Found them on Facebook, love their prices and thought that I would give it a try. I place my order on February 6 2015, I have not received an email or a phone call stating that my order has been shipped. I contacted customer service by email because there is no phone number two days later after placing my order and I still have not received my package nor a reply to my email. Not sure when I will receive my order, but if I do not hear from them soon, I will contact my bank and file fraud charges. Not sure how this company is still running with no phone number but only in email to contact customer service and we are giving out our credit card and bank information to a company that can't even reply to a simple email. I am highly pissed

Beware of this company

I ordered three items, only one arrived. Their only customer service is via email (no phone number) and goes unanswered. Tried to cancel items that never arrived, no response. They eventually shipped after multiple requests to cancel. Avoid this company or at least know what you're getting for your money. No returns, no customer service, no response to inquiries.

Down Comforter

I recently ordered the luxurious looking down comforter that Mobstub had advertised. It was beautiful and plus and fluffy. What I received was a flat cheap looking comforter that has absolutely no filling whatsoever.

I ordered several items and was displeased with the appearance of one of them. I contacted customer service and received a speedy reply, professionalism, and a great attitude... I shared my concerns with the representatives and she ensured me that my product would be replaced. Wow! No fussing or inappropriate language, just GREAT customer service (thx Hannah).

This kind of customer service compels me to continue to make purchases from this vendor as well as spread the word to others. It feels good to know that you genuinely care that the customer is satisfied. Keep up the good work!

Refund way overdue
July 16, 2020

I returned a purse in June and haven't seen the refund yet. After multiple requests I got a response on 7/6/20 that there was a computer glitch but now fixed and I'd see the refund in 3-5 working days. It is now 7/16 and still waiting. Wish me luck
