Had a small problemwith mis-communication. The customer service was EXCELLENT, the we're quick to resolve my problem and did so with a very pleasant attitude. It was obvious to me that truly care about theit customers. Will definitely be a loyal customer in the future.
I was unfamiliar with MobStub. I think it popped in an online ad. I logged on and was impressed with the prices. However, I had been "burned" by sites with weird names so I did my due diligence. They are an A+ with the BBB and it carries the Norton security icon with a current date. I decided to order three things for Christmas. One item were LED earrings. Not anything I would wear, but I thought it would be a wowzer gift for my 10-year-old granddaughter. I tried them out, and I was pretty impressed. They look really cool. One unfortunately was a little hinky with the light. You had to find the sweet spot before it would come on and then flickered sometimes. She probably could have worn it okay, but I decided to email MobStub about the problem. The next day I got an email stating they would replace the set... it was on its way. The other two items were fine and as described. I will order from MobStub again.
This is the worst online purchasing website I have seen in a long time. They will not make it long selling the garbage they do. I ordered three items. EVERY item turned out to be so far from the truth including the descriptions on their website. And their pictures are so misleading I was in shock! DO NOT PURCHASE from MOBSTUB.COM. Nothing can be returned although they make this huge deal stating you are backing by a "shipping guarantee"! I laughed out load when I went and looked up that company, "Norton Shopping Guarantee". WORTHLESS.
I purchased 2pr of sterling silver earrings. When I inserted one of the earrings into my piercing, it snapped in half in my fingers. I don't know if it was defective, had been damaged in shipping, or what. I emailed Mobstub and pled my case. Lilly responded within a few hours to let me know they were working on my request. Within 12hrs, Lilly sent another email issuing me credit for my entire order, even the earrings I'd ordered as a gift, PLUS the shipping! I pride myself on my honesty, and sent them another email that this wasn't what I had requested and that I really just needed ONE new earring. Lilly returned the email insisting this is how Mobstub operates. They also. Put the credit within the site, so when I reordered the earrings, I simply touched on an icon that applied the credit to my order. The whole reorder and credit took less than a minute to complete. I would strongly recommend Mobstub as your "fun shopping" choice. Thanks Lilly and Mobstub!
Not impressed at this time. I only received one of the 3 items I ordered? I received another item I did not order so am very confused. Still waiting on a comforter I ordered but am thinking I just got scammed? Not happy!
I purchased two sets of bluetooth head sets... One of them was defective... ALREADY frustrated because I didn't notice that there was a "no return" policy until afterI'd received confirmation of my order... I was prepared for a "fight"
After reading a couple of BAD reviews... ie..."can't contact anyone... no contact number... email does not work"... I got even more frustrated... especially when my first attempts to send an email bounced back...
Within MINUTES Sachie with mobstubs... replied to my email notifying me that my replacement headset was on its way to me!
Sachie made resolving this issue absolutely PAINLESS! I WILL definitely order again from mobstubs!
I don't what exactly what role in customer service Sachie plays but she's absolutely wonderful!

I have bought a handful of items from MobStub and have never had an issue, and always quick delivery as well. I bought two items this last time and recieved two of one item instead of two different items. Customer Service was VERY quick (within minutes) to respond and after sending a picture to verify what I got they are sending me a replacement at no charge. I will be looking to get my next item VERY soon because they are great to deal with, especially Ilana. Thank you!
I ordered a necklace from Mobstub and it arrived without a clasp or the drop down section. I wrote to Mobstun and included a picture of the broken necklace and asked if I should return it. Mobstub responded within a day and informed me that they would send a replacement necklace!
Received the two purses within a week. After receiving them I didnt realize how small they were. I tried to see how to return the items and found out then that they do not return unless damaged. Now Im out the money and the purses.
I purchased the rose gold monogram necklace for my sons girlfriend for Christmas. When the envelope arrived I thought it was empty. I was wrong, however the necklace is so small it disappeared in the envelope! The necklace looks like it's made for a toddler. Very sad I can't return! Bummed out about the baby-sized necklace!
I have been purchasing items from MobStub for well ove 2 years and I have not been disappointed, not even once.
The customer service, the prices and the quality of the products is amazing! They have always delivered when they say they will, I have only gotten friendly and professional service when I called customer care, and now they give me a free Norton guarantee with all my purchases!

Lilly worked with me in resolving a problem I had in receiving the wrong item. I wasn't going to try to ask for help with this problem but when I asked a question Lilly was quick to respond and has resolved the problem I had. Thank you so much.
I placed my order on 11/25/13, and made my first inquiry on 12/20/13. My products never arrived, despite being given a "Fed Ex tracking number" that showed my items had been delivered (I suspect it was a fake tracking #). Today is 1/14/14. After NUMEROUS (Eight or ten) complaints, and being given the run around or completely ignored, they offered me "store credit" to my request for my money back. Looking online I see many, many complaints, and a D+ rating by the BBB.
I ordered a cpl of selfie sticks twice the second order one of them did not work once I contacted them they immediately sent me a replacement actually they sent me the 2 pack even though only one was defected
Ordered the leather crossbody purse on 12/17. Got it today 12/28. After reading all the complaints wasn't expecting much. Am pleasantly surprised. The purse is leather and exactly as it was described. I probably won't order again because of the number of complaints. I'll count myself lucky and move on.
Ordered three items. The first two were acceptable, but over priced for the quality. The 3rd item came wrong. I was asked to send a photo of the incorrect item, which I did (but which seemed strange, and would be a hassle for some non-techie types). They then sent the correct item, but it was of horrible quality. I asked to return it for a refund. NO REFUNDS, all sales final. What? Is this the fifties? It's a piece of garbage, and I want my money back! Will contest the bank charge and see what happens.
I was trying to place an order with Mobstub, and I could not get the order to process due technical problems due to weather conditions. I reported the situation to MobStub Customer Services and within a short time, a representative contacted me with solution. I received the ordered products and was very pleased with quality, pricing, and delivery. I will continue shopping at MobStub because of treatment, quality of merchandise, and customer service. I ordered their wireless charger. It came without the cord for it. I've emailed them several times and they respond saying the charger has been delivered. I keep telling them it was delivered WITHOUT A CORD! I don't think they understand English.
I ordered the Birthstone Bands (3) advertised as being encased in Silver. The product I received was on a rubber band, couldn't distinguish one Birthstone month from the other. Crappy qualiy products. Customer Service was good, they Refunded me even the shipping cost.

Answer: They have NO customer service #, when you have a problem with an order, you have to e-mail their 'customer service dept.' then an automated E-mail response is sent to you. Then another will come 1-2 days later asking you to send them an e-mail with a pic of what is wrong with your order. My advice... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEIR MERCHANDISE IS JUNK & THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL, IN FACT MOST OF WHAT THEY SELL IS NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISE! Answer: Although there are items on the Mobstub site that are worth the money (?) there is a lot of junk that I've purchased in the past that wasn't "worth it" in the Dollar Store either. I don't wish to denigrate it, but Mobstub is obviously in business (as is Big Lots) for the same reason if one wishes to figure it out. TRUE: The Egyptian sheets shrink. 100% pure cotton also pills and is no longer satiny-finished. Some of the electronic (motion-detecting) lights simply never worked. Most of the jewelry is cheaply-made, gold-painted, junk that is transported in the box worth more than the product is. Often the instructions (if you are so bold to e-mail/ask, are written in Chinese and sent to your e-mail address in a. Pdf file you need to print from your own computer. Then, does anybody else recall the first Japanese-written (translated) instructions for the original VCRs back in the 1970s-80s? Right! Good luck deciphering the translations. Some of the Apple Phone cases dpn't work as advertised but most of the wires and charging systems and extensions are good buys with Radio Shack now in bankruptcy and gone. Men's clothing can be expected to shrink. Women's (?) The merchandise delivery time is seldom as fast as one would anticipate, but then if you have dealt without it this long how inconvenient is it really (?) Unless it is for a special date or Christmas, forget about having already ordered it, and it will eventually "get there". So, my years-of-experience with Mobstub has been in seriously reading the fine print in the "details" and in totally ignoring the delivery promise. More times than not I receive a product that I cannot purchase at a Best Buy or Walmart at a lower price. ->Right now, their advertised flash drive is a very good purchase<- So, once again, Caveat Emptor: Let the buyer beware of life's lessons.
