Worthless company

Been waiting weeks for my order, then recieve a e-mail telling me it was delivered from new york to cali. And i live in west virginia. Sent emails over and over with no more replys back. I suggest everyone contact the BBB to file complaints on this company. Facebook should block them from selling anything on there site.

Who charges $25 to even speak to someone?! If uou pay that you're idiots. I'm reporting this so called company. I have no idea where my order is and can't find out. We'll see but I'm pretty sure i got ripped off. Calling BBB. Now tbry want me to register to submit review. They'll probably want to be paid for that too

I recently purchased a Bluetooth Stereo Headset as a gift. After a brief period 1 of the wires became loose and detached itself. Not sure how or if their return policy would work or if a major hassle would take place. I wrote an email to the company hoping for the best. It wasn't long (aprox 24 hrs) I was pleasantly surprised to receive instructions on how to obtain a replacement. The only drawback was the shipping department which I'm sorry to say would give an overall better rating. If they were on board with Sachie the person that handled my claim like a true professional. In spite of that department I would do business again because of Sachie.

Unbelievable prices!

I agree with negative reviews, had I seen this site first I wouldn't have ordered from them. It has been over 15 days and I don't care how some reviewers thiink we as customers are spoiled. We shouldn't have to wait more than 10 days for our product. Mobstub takes our money right away not at time of shipping. Never ordering from them again will be reporting them. Should have ordered from Amazon it was cheaper and I would be enjoying my earphones now.

I recently ordered these spagetti strap towels (originally $32!) for $16. The measurements looked good, but when they arrived, they were cheap, smaller than stated, and worth about $2. I can't give as gifts as they don't fit around me, a smaller person. Lilli said they were a final sale & couldn't be returned. I will dispute the charge, have posted on Facebook how cheap the merchandise is, and told Lilli she is making enemies, not return customers. I will NEVER purchase again.

My first order was a small leather purse. It arrived on time, and I was so impressed with its quality I placed a second order for Tanzanite earrings and for 2 sterling silver snake chains. Once again I am very impressed with the products. MobStub offers tremendous deals for quality products!

I ordered an 18K Sterling Silver Ring from mobstub and within a day of wearing the item, a couple of the tiny cz stones had fallen out under minimal wearing/stress. I reported the incident to mobstub and sent pictures into the company for review. Upon receiving them, they apologized for the issue and issued me a NEW RING/replacement. I was so thankful!

Thank you, Mobstub Team (mostly Lilly) for assisting me with my issue and replacing my item! You guys are awesome!

Satisfied New Customer!

Being a new customer, I wasn't sure how things worked. So when I missed an opportunity to have some percentage more off my 2nd order, I contacted Customer Service. A MobStub representative replied quickly and adjusted my statement.
I will purchase more items and certainly spread the word to friends!

I ordered the 6fot apple certificated 8 pin. It came box as if the Correct size. But it was only 2 foot
I can't seem to get a response for the correct item

Do not buy
November 8, 2017

I bought one of their crossbody bags. The same day I got it, I contacted the company because it was so poorly stitched. The next day I received an automated response that said someone would email me. The next day this person emailed me and wanted a picture of the problem area. I sent the picture immediately but have not heard back from them. The quality of this bag is so poor. The material is almost plastic feeling. I would recommend to not use this sight keeping in mind they do not like returns and quality is very poor.

Mobstub fiber mascara

First of let tell you that the pictures on Mobstub lead you to believe that it will extend and populate eyelashes as Younique does. The Mobstub product DOES NOT work and the bottles seem empty. I wrote to complain and ask for my moneyback, but they wont do it. I am willing to return it cause the tubes seem empty-they don't care-its a final sale. My eyelashes are NOT small, so it id the quality and absence of the product that Im complaining about.

One item was shipped to my winter address and was never forwarded. I inquired to no avail. The sevond item was so bad, poorly made and difficult to put on and off. So I mailed it back to Mobstub. They say they have no record of receiving this returned item. I will never, ever order from this company again.

I ordered the "i love you more" necklace for my daughter. The response time from pkacing my order to delivery was very prompt. The necklace arrived today and my daughter loves it. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
When i had a question i always received a fast response. Delivery was prompt.

I ordered a ring, but was sent the wrong size, I contacted MobStub, they were kind and immediately sent me the correct size. I didnt have to sent back the mis sized ring that they sent me. The customer service was amazing. I will shop from this site again. Satisfaction guarantee is still there promise.

Beware!

Items were ordered, received confirmation and my credit card was immediately charged. No product received, no response to multiple emails. No phone number anywhere on website to contact them. Filed dispute with credit card company and filed formal report with the BBB. Beware!

Ordered a dashcam. Took 11 days to ship. Came broken, never worked right. Emails not answered and when I rated them bad on their site, I got two responses: assigned to Mookie and one to Sochie or whatever. Once replied when I threatened to spread the word on their CS, someone answered with an apology saying I would get a resolution in 3 days. Of course that never happened. Im done with them. Good bye mobstub

Terrible, terrible place. Shouldn't be able to even be on the net. Order something and then not be able to return is unacceptable. Purse made in China and stinks to high heaven. Good will will get this piece of crap.
