Ibhad a small issue with something I got from MobStub. I contacted them. They answered back in a reasonable time. And I gave them my complaint. The reviewed it and with no questions asked is sending me a new one. Awesome customer service and I will definitely be a returning customer!..
I recently wrote a really negative review of a lighted watch cap I bought from MoStub. It did not light and there were no instructions about the lighting apparatus. I was bitterly disappointed and could not fnd any place to contact MoStub. Now I must apologize! I figured out how to turn on the light and it works! I am sorry to have been so irrational, but I am 94 and do not have much time to chase down those responsible when things go wrong. A simple set of instructions would have helped. I am sorry, though, for the bother!
I ordered the two pack of 10ft charging cables for the iPhone 5. The product arrived in two weeks and works perfectly! I don't understand the negative reviews. The shipping time was completely reasonable and the product is good quality. Thank you and I will definitely consider ordering again from MobStub.
I really received a purse and the zipper would not stay closed, I contacted the company and they responded and asked for a photo of the defective zipper. I sent the photo and received a reply that they would be sending me a replacement. I thought since I purchased from a website instead of a store they would not take care of this so I was pleasantly surprised that they are sending me a replacement.
I had ordered a King size comforter set and decided that a Queen size would probably work better for the bed I had. I immediately notified Customer Service for MobStub and within just a couple of hours, they had responded to me that they had cancelled my order, refunded my credit card, and they suggested that I reorder in the proper size. So in just a matter of hours, my error had been corrected and the right item ordered. I am more than pleased with MobStub's rapid reply and fast handling of the situation which allowed my mistake to be corrected and have the proper item on its way to me. This is the second time I have purchased items from MobStub and I have been very pleased with the quality of the items and how quickly my orders were processed. I highly recommend them, their products and the very professional way they have handled my business with them.
I ordered the 2-pack Neoprene Winter Ski Masks and ordered a black and a blue one. I did receive them, but I ordered a black and a blue one and I received 2 black ones. Not only did they send--very quickly--the blue one that I wanted but another black one as well. The customer service rep I was dealing with was very nice and quick to respond to emails as well.

Ordered a white shirt it came and was black. I ordered a 2x and this thing won't fit a child. Policy is no returns... didn't know that when I ordered who has a no return policy? Try contacting customer service and got no response. I have sheets that I ordered with the shirt and have not received them... can't wait to see what they are.
I ordered a set of black sheets but a set of brown sheets arrived.
I sent an email letting them know that an error was made and I wanted them to correct it. They asked that I send them a photo of the wrong sheets and they would take care of the error. Shortly after that my black sheets arrived and I am a happy camper
Great deal on curtains I ordered. They showed up fast and were exactly as described. I felt confident of the sites security. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WONDERFUL! I tried to order the exact item from Amazon. My order sat there for days, then got cancelled. I contacted the seller (MobStub) and they got in touch with me right away, made sure they could ship to me, had the same item. I'll be back for more shopping here.
I have ordered several items from Mob Stub. I was satisfied with most of the items, however, l noticed that most of the products are things that the companies are from are discontinued things. I don't like the fact that it is really difficult to send things back to get the items refunded.
I ordered the 3d mascara and never received an order or shipping confirmation the order was placed 6/3 and 2weeks later still never received it. I have been looking under my account and theres no record of the order. I have sent numerous emails with all of my info, i unfortunately do not have an order# since i never got the confirmation but gave my name address phone number email, the only response I get back is sorry we do not have an order on file please send us more info. They are awful and now i know why they do not have a phone number listed.
I ordered some sports bras the listing did not show that the strap ps were very short. They are not adjustable. They would not take them back! I'm still trying. I have found the manufacturer and am trying to get resolution from them as mob stub is useless. Also same bras on Amazon for less $

Horrible customer service. They send the same concerning email saying they will get to you soon. It's been a month and no contact just a generated email. Don't buy from them whatever you do... They sent me a broken item and no resoultion.
My order was lost in shipping. I called USPS and they were working on finding package. I emailed MOBSTUB and they responded quickly and said they would reship as it appeared lost. It took 3 weeks to get my order, and it was NOT what I ordered. I ordered the gold, and got silver. Went online to double check and now the gold is OUT OF STOCK. Guess when they run out of one thing, they ship another! Saw several items I would like to have, but will NOT be ordering anything from them again. Too much distress for small stuff.
I ordered a beautiful silver bracelet that unfortunately broke soon after receiving it. I caught it on the corner of a cabinet and it flew apart! I contacted MobStub and they asked me to send them a photograph of the broken bracelet. It was a Byzantine and looked like a Chinese Puzzle! Well, I sent the photograph and about a week later I received a NEW bracelet in my mailbox! These days, I am simply Not used to such courteous, fair and prompt resolution of a problem. Their Customer is Exemplery in my estimation...
My order arrived in 2 parts so I emailed after the 1st part arrived. Mobstub responded quickly only to have the 2nd part arrive the next day! I let them know I had received everything! Then 2 days later I received another package for my order. I quickly let them know & requested how to return the items. They said I was to keep them! Imagine that! Really fast response to questions & unbelievable service! Thanks Mobstub!
I have ordered from here a few times and have never had a problem. This past order had a code to get 25% off my order. When I went to use it, it wouldn't take. I notified Mobstub via email and within 1 day a refund for the 25% was credit to my checking account. Any other place it would have taken at least a week to 10 days for the refund. Mobstub is a good place to do business with, their products are top notch and if their is an issue, it is taken care of immediately.
I purchase merchandise regularly from Mobstub and recently I had a problem with a item I purchased. Contacted customer service and within 24 hours I received a reply and problem solved. They were efficient and courteous. Normally you don't get replys when dealing with on line merchandise. That is not the case with Mobstub.
I sent an email inquiring about when my order would be shipped and received a response within 15 minutes, complete with shipping tracking number. Customer service rep was super pleasant! Will shop MobStub again!

Answer: No they are not legit, i would advise that nobody order from Mobstub! They are a bogus company selling out of an apartment in New York, no phone number and when you email them, all kinds of people email you!
Answer: They have NO customer service #, when you have a problem with an order, you have to e-mail their 'customer service dept.' then an automated E-mail response is sent to you. Then another will come 1-2 days later asking you to send them an e-mail with a pic of what is wrong with your order. My advice... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEIR MERCHANDISE IS JUNK & THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL, IN FACT MOST OF WHAT THEY SELL IS NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISE! Take it from someone that had to learn the hard way!
Answer: Although there are items on the Mobstub site that are worth the money (?) there is a lot of junk that I've purchased in the past that wasn't "worth it" in the Dollar Store either. I don't wish to denigrate it, but Mobstub is obviously in business (as is Big Lots) for the same reason if one wishes to figure it out. TRUE: The Egyptian sheets shrink. 100% pure cotton also pills and is no longer satiny-finished. Some of the electronic (motion-detecting) lights simply never worked. Most of the jewelry is cheaply-made, gold-painted, junk that is transported in the box worth more than the product is. Often the instructions (if you are so bold to e-mail/ask, are written in Chinese and sent to your e-mail address in a. Pdf file you need to print from your own computer. Then, does anybody else recall the first Japanese-written (translated) instructions for the original VCRs back in the 1970s-80s? Right! Good luck deciphering the translations. Some of the Apple Phone cases dpn't work as advertised but most of the wires and charging systems and extensions are good buys with Radio Shack now in bankruptcy and gone. Men's clothing can be expected to shrink. Women's (?) The merchandise delivery time is seldom as fast as one would anticipate, but then if you have dealt without it this long how inconvenient is it really (?) Unless it is for a special date or Christmas, forget about having already ordered it, and it will eventually "get there". So, my years-of-experience with Mobstub has been in seriously reading the fine print in the "details" and in totally ignoring the delivery promise. More times than not I receive a product that I cannot purchase at a Best Buy or Walmart at a lower price. ->Right now, their advertised flash drive is a very good purchase<- So, once again, Caveat Emptor: Let the buyer beware of life's lessons.
