This "company" more like SCAM is absolutely horrid in customer service, production, and honesty. A reputable company makes a mistake and immediately gets the situation rectified. They never shipped my product and have passed the buck to the delivery person. Plan to wait 45 day MINIMUM for one item delivery and clothes made of dish towel quality clothing (no exaggeration). Ordered 1 basic maxi skirt- still did not arrive at my US address after 30 days.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! USE A REPUTABLE ONLINE RETAILER.
No joke- I'm certain they are a front for a 3rd World sweatshop staffed by 3 people. Don't be fooled by the website layout, I'm certain 2 of the 3 employees work on the website layout full-time.

Hello, 20 year old college student here who likes being comfy. At Missguided YOU ARE BEING LIED TO ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE MATERIAL YOU ARE RECEIVING. The material of the two pairs of "cotton" sweatpants I ordered (for $60) was actually %97 polyester with big capital letters saying "KEEP AWAY FROM FIRE". When I contacted customer service about the fabric they said "there appears to be an issue with our stock discrepancy", which basically means they are flat out LYING to their customers. Please do not spend your money here. I was SUPER disappointed when the perfect pair of pants in the picture were not the ones I received. Again, SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE because you deserve to get what you expect.

COMPLETE SCAM! I ordered from here because they had a large "sale", and with my limited budget, I thought that I could get more.
Do not order from Canada. They will charge you an absurd amount of customs ($75 for me) from a cheap third party shipping company with a sketchy website.
The quality of the clothes was horrendous. I have never owned such cheaply made or horribly fitted clothes in my life. I don't even want to pay for returns because it's just such a hassle, and I already wasted extra money from the huge customs fee. Will be donating essentially everything immediately.
I can't even try to salvage my items since it looks like I dug my clothes out from the trash (mom shorts look like literal garbage bags with enough room for 10 fupas, yet they fit in the waist?!). Body suits are see through. Threads are hanging from items. It's all garbage.
I paid $60 for a skirt that feels like it should be $15. I am so disgusted.
I will never order from this site EVER again. I'm so embarrassed that I fell for their scheme. Don't even bother. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. I don't have money for new clothes now.

Ordered a pair of shoes 38, came size 41. Had to pay 30£ for international shipping to send them back, they give me a in store voucher for this money which I'm able to use because the payment doesn't go through, used a different payment method as paypal which charged me the money never returned but the order was not registered, gave an other chance today waisted 3 h of my live trying to register a order with the same voucher and again no luck, WORST WORST WORST shopping

So their clothes are trendy with very attractive prices. DONT BE LURDED IN.

This company is a total scam. The clothes are garbage, poor quality is an understatement.

If you have a return, good luck getting your refund. They won't issue the refund although the item was returned to them within their return guidelines.

They had the nerve to tell me after they wanted all this detail, that I needed to provide my DOB! What relevance does my DOB have to do with them issuing my refund?!?! TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

If you want to find cheap, trendy clothes, go to Amazon or a cheap local store in the mall.

I wish I could give zero stars! Service was horrible. I paid express shipping for 2 business day delivery, items came in 4 weeks. I was issued a "store credit" instead of a refund for the shipping charges. I purchased over 3,000 in merchandise, and their way of thanking me was to put my transaction on hold for a week because of "suspicious" activity. I then had to send in snapshots of my credit card information, as it was a corporate card, the billing address didn't match the address of my ID. Being that you are never talking to the same representative, it took over 5 days for someone to actually understand the dilemma. They kept telling me to cancel the order and restart it but I refused to because that would mean the $600.00 discount I received due to a sale, would not apply to my new order. When my products finally arrived, about 2 weeks later I received a package from fedex saying as per the sites request, I was to pay an additional $500.00 fee for duties, customs and taxes. This site is a joke, and scam. Many of my items did not look the way they did on the website, weren't accurately sized, and the crop tops' strings popped before I even tried them on. Shoes were the wrong size as well. $3,000.00 worth of merchandise! Save your money and your time. Wish I'd visited this site before hand.

I wish you could put negative stars in red, that is how horrible with company is to work with. I ordered a few pieces specifically for an event and not only did they take forever to receive but they were also sent passed the delivery date that was provided by their customer service team. Once they item came, they were crappy quality so I sent them back. I followed every instruction on the website to return and even contacted customer service to make sure I had everything I needed. They said they would notify me once my package was returned but now, 16 days later, still nothing! I tracked on my end and everything was signed for the day after I shipped it out. This company has been horrific the entire step on the way and now getting my money back seems to be next to impossible. They do not return emails regarding returns and when they do, they tell you to follow the steps online - even after it has been explained, repeatedly, that the items have already been signed for by them. I have never written a review before because, sh*t happens but this is absolutely the worst experience by far and I order the majority of my things online from both domestic and foreign retailers. You couldn't pay me to deal with MissGuided again. ASOS for the win (and quality)!

So i ordered my dress 2 weeks before my event. But the tracking site wasnt even legit. I emailed them plenty of times asking them where was my dress bc i couldnt track it. They gave me an estimated delivery day. On the last day i live chatted with the people and they said that my item had been lost in transit! Keep in mind this is the DAY BEFORE my event. The lady said that i should have received it and she gave me all kinds of excuses. I just asked for my refund keep in mind i NEVER received my dress. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING OFF THIS WEBSITE!

Terrible Company! Worst customer service you can imagine.

I ordered items for fast shipping. Received notification it was 'delayed'. Receive items 2 weeks later - to find out this was NOT my order and belonged to someone else.

I notify them - they fail to even read my response just advise me 'our records show your order arrived'. Yes - my order arrived at someone elses house while I received their order!

Ridiculous.

So their solution? Pay for USPS shipping (tracked) and return the other person's package to us. once you return the package we will look and see if you can get a refund.

So, I now have to spend my own time and money correcting their mistake and shipping it back to them. Only then will they 'consider' giving me a refund - my items are long gone and there is no hope of receiving those.

I also spent $50 on customs for items i never received and they will not be reimbursing that money. The courier also said they wont reimburse.

So now I am just out hundred of dollars, and spent a significant amount of time wasted on this joke of a website.

Save your time & money - don't shop here.

I've ALWAYS looked for long sweatpants, but certain brands who claim they are "tall" never even reach my ankle. I am 6'0, and these fit PERFECTLY! I ordered a medium in the Tall Oversized 90s Joggers in Black and Gray, and I am in love with both of them. AMAZING price, and great quality. I will be wearing these every living hour.

I have ordered from MISSGUIDED multiple times and just had a very alarming experience. I ordered 15 items and when my anxiously awaited items arrived, I only had 13 in the non-damaged packaging, one of which was a dress I specifically ordered for my friend's wedding. I found an old email to start a chat with customer service and was given a Missing Goods form to fill out. I submitted this last night and woke up to an email letting me know they have investigated my order and there will be no replacement or refund as to them, all went well as far as they were concerned. This immediately seemed unprofessional on their part. I shopped with this company proudly multiple times! I immediately started another chat (they do not give their phone #, email, etc. for customer issues. I had to dig in old emails to find contact information) and expressed that this seemed like a scam and I absolutely refuse to pay for goods I did not receive. I started the convo more polite but did start getting upset as it progressed and could see the company was not handling this honestly. My representative the 2nd time around took note of my deeper concern and investigated further, to which she found the 2 specific items that did not show up in my bag as OUT OF STOCK. I am absolutely shocked that without a fight, they would have just said "Oh, no, you're wrong and you will pay for items you did not receive." Very disheartening and I wanted to share this experience with others!

I have been waiting over TWO WEEKS for items that I ordered over 16 days ago. I needed one of the pieces for an event, so I ended up having to spend more money on a new outfit. Not only has it not arrived on time (I'M STILL FRICKEN WAITING FOR MY CLOTHES), it was sent BACK to the UK after sitting in NY for an entire week. This experience with missguided has been absolutely miserable, and I've ended up having to spend more $$ because of their unreliable delivery service.

I ordered some stuff and paid shipping to me and paid shipping to return the items that didn't work. Misguided refused to refund me for the items claiming they never received it so now I'm out $$$ from the products in my return PLUS the additional shipping I paid to return the items! Customer service basically told me it sucked to suck and they didn't care and that it wasn't their problem! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Quality of clothing is the same as shein or some other fast fashion company but with worse customer service!
