Very poor customer service. I buy most of my dresses and shoes from missguided and everything has been ok until today. I ordered a dress, but noticed on the confirmation email that they had used my old address despite filling the new address. Tried to amend but it could not let me. Asked if I could cancel and the representatives I was chatting with online could not even assist me. I am very frustrated and disappointed right now. I don't think I will ever order anything from them again... NOOOOOOOOO!
A good friend referred me to this site because I needed some sexy dresses to wear for my Bday turnUp in Vegas! The trip was literally a week away and I needed something ASAP. I ordered 3 dresses and used their size charts. Im have a 38in bust (highest part of breast, bra band size is 34in), 30in waist, 40in hips, and I ordered a size 6. One dress suggested that I go down a size because it ran big and I did exactly that and ordered a 4. All the dresses fit PERFECTLY! The quality was good, they looked exactly as pictured, plus I got 50% OFF my whole order! I ordered my dresses with express shipping on Wednesday evening and they arrived Friday afternoon. This was my first time shopping on this site and I'm so glad I didn't listen to all the negative reviews I read before I ordered. 100% SATISFIED!
I have been waiting for my order for nearly 2 weeks now and its showing still in transit. Disgusting service big scam shop on another website.
I was shocked to see so many negative reviews of Missguided. I live in the US and I've purchased large orders from Missguided several times and I've never had any issues. I only purchase from them when they are having a 40-50% promotion and I always do big-ish orders during these promotions so I never have to pay for shipping.
I always shop online and Missguided is one of the sites that I am frequently looking through and purchasing from. I've read some of the negative reviews and I highly suggest to not let that deter you from shopping on this site. The prices are great (especially during the big promotions) and the quality is good for what you pay for.
If you ever have any issue with your order the best thing to do, in my opinion, is to reach out to them on their social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter). They're always very responsive on there.
Horrible customer service. Tracking indicated my package had arrived when it had not. You can apparently only connect with customer service via chat or Facebook. These people literally told me to look in the bushes, check with neighbors, and drive across town to a bad neighborhood with a similar address to find the package! They made me fill out an investigation form ( that under penalty of law- I was not lying about the package) and still would not refund! Horrible customer service and they do not stand behind their products that may never even arrive!
They have very poor customer service. I decided to buy some swimsuits because there was a 40% off code. At checkout, I entered the code and everything was fine. Then I get an email from my credit card company was a different amount. They charged me full price WITHOUT the 40% off. I immediately contacted them, they asked for my email and order number. I provided it. Then they said there is NOTHING they can do. They did not even offer me some sort of compensation. POOR POOR POOR customer service.
My hate for this website/customer service is so strong that I would report them to the cops if I could. They are literally lying cheats.
The list of problems I've had with this website is ENDLESS.
- the quality of clothes is horrendous
- the items NEVER appear what they look like on the website
- they sent me the wrong item and then made me pay for shipping
- I sent in 2 returns and they told me that they processed the refund but I never received the money for it
- customer service is SO FRUSTRATING. They have put me in tears 3 times now. Every single time Ive talked to them they just tell me its the banks fault, or they can't do anything about it, they NEVER EVER want to help. These people are not the brightest tool in the shed. I honestly thing they get a kick out of pissing people off.
Anyways... this website now owes me $200 and they refuse to pay it. I ended up having to open up a dispute with my bank to get the money back.
Please please please do yourself a favor and never ever order form these people. They lying cheats. Not worth a minute of your time.
The most recent person I spoke to was Bradley who is one of the biggest pricks Ive ever met. I would fire him on the spot.
Very bad experience with missguided, indeed their conversion chart is very confusing as they compare it with the UK size implying the website uses UK size. So I ordered the wrong size and they would not offer the return. I think this is very unprofessional, and they definitely don't want to keep their customers mostly after the first time of order. Also, the quality of the clothes is pretty bad even for the price, fabrics are thin and cut are not fitting so well. I don't recommend to anyone to buy from them. Order on www.asos.com they are way better, cheaper and amazing customer service. I would like to add that if you look, I'm not the only one complaining about this problem.
If i could give 0 stars I would. Their sizing on the site is not a reflection of their clothing. The measurements are COMPLETELY wrong. I had to make 3 returns at my own cost because i kept going by their sizing until i complained to customer service and they had no response. On top of having to pay for returns due to their negligence, their customs fees are ridiculous! They promote their site and clothing with sales but it makes no difference because the duties fees are so expensive. Will not shop here again I love dealing with Asos. The customer service at missguided sucks too. They are incompetent and just give the bare minimum info required.
I live in the U. S and have ordered from this company multiple times for vacation outfits. I have always received good to excellent quality clothing depending on the price point. Never have I received poor quality clothing. They are always running a promotion, which is a huge incentive to shop here. Please note people are more likely to leave a bad review when they have a poor experience and less likely to leave a review when they have a positive experience. Don't let these reviews deter you from trying this site. I also did a return here once (I was too short for the dress). You have to pay return shipping which sucks but they returned my money swiftly.
I ordered during the 50% off Fourth of July sale, a few nice swimsuits and a bunch of cheap dresses for 15$. A few days later a get the obligatory email from sky net saying I owed them 70$ in "import charges", and if I did not pay I would be charged a dollar a day for storage. Had I known I would be paying 300+ for some some cheap swimwear and dresses, I would have bought things from more credible U. K. Stores, which I have had no problem with in the past. I was already making a mental list of what I was going to buy next time they had a sale, but now I'd rather cut my wrists with a rusty teaspoon then pay those $#*!s another 300$.
I was super stoked to order a shirt and sweater from Missguided for a little under $30 with standard shipping. A few days later, I get an email from the delivering company they use in Canada (Skynet) saying that I owed another $20 for shipping/handling fees and that if the delivery guy deemed it "unsafe" to leave my package at my door, they'd charge me for delivery again! Not impressed.
I had such a terrible experience that I cannot recommend this company. I tried emailing numerous times and never heard a response. They did very little to help me when they delayed my order - if I didn't refuse my package they would've charged me the express shipping price even though it was extremely late!
Their clothing wasn't as good a quality as I wanted, and they didn't provide a return shipping label, but I did get my order and I did get my money returned when I returned some items.
Please heed my warning especially in Canada, the shipping company skyview that missguided uses is extremely expensive. My order was $47.00 Canadian plus $6.00 shipping by misguided. I then recieved an email asking for me to go online and make a payment to some company called Skyview for duty, brokerage and processing for $27.21. They also charge a storage fee even though they are suppose to deliver right away. I've order online all the time and have never seen such high duty charges on $47.00. They even charge a small amount for airport handling? Have you ever had ups charge something like that for delivering. When I contacted misguided they wanted no part of hearing my experience. The fees charged were more then 50% of my original order. If my order had been $200 and I got charged $27 that would be understandable. After all of this the clothes are too small, if I want a refund I have to pay return shipping. That's $6 to get the item $27 duty and $12 to ship back. $45 dollar lesson.
I came across this website as someone on Instagram plugged it (HA!), and the clothes looked cute on the website. First off, the clothes look SO CHEAP when you receive them. The shipping takes WAY LONGER than advertised, and it comes in a flimsy bag. They will NOT cover returns even if the clothing arrives damaged or late. They WILL offer a refund on your shipping if you put in a LOT of time and effort, but only in the form of a store credit. THEN, they will NOT send you aforementioned store credit, and turn around to say they NEVER offered it to you. In addition, they must teach their customer serivce agents to talk like middle-schoolers, because after talking with them in their "online chat", I always want to rip my hair out. I will absolutely NEVER purchase from this terrible store again, and I advise you all to do the same!
Sent me the completely wrong item which is 100% their fault, on top of that I was charged $11 in fees through skynet (their custom brokerage) and they were only able to refund me the item amount. I lost $11 on not getting the item that I ordered. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
I am not too sure where to start but first of all, I ordered an item 2 weeks ago to my address and also paid for next day delivery. The item number is *******. The item was given to yodel who apparently tried to deliver 3 times but couldn't get into the property. I took 3 days off work and lost out on 3 days pay to receive this item that never got delivered. I gave yodel special instructions which were the code for the back gate and even my contact number to call me if they could not get in, I did this via miss guided and via yodel directly, after not receiving my items I asked them to send it back and for a refund. I was so angry and I explained to a colleague that it made my anxiety worse. Secondly, I decided to give miss guided another go and I ordered from you again, this time I chose the option to click and collect from a near store. Order number *******, When I received my email it had my home address written as the delivery address and not the store I picked before paying for the items. I also changed my contact number and my old number was in the confirmation email. I am still waiting for my first refund and secondly, I am highly disappointed about the services I was given. I am not sure if I will receive my second items which I ordered today because your website did the wrong thing.
I want my refund for my first item and I want my new items delivered this week to the correct click and correct address which I picked before I paid for the items.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE THEY ARE SCAMMERS! Ordered a bunch of stuff and paid for express delivery, but it didnt come in on time because skynet demands you to pay extra in order to receive your items! I ended up paying 80$ for shipping! YOU GUYS $#*!ING SUCK
