Idk what all these bad reviews are about because I got my package in one week and everything is so comfortable and good quality (I ordered lounge wear) I had to pay $30 duties which was about 50% of my order but they warned me ahead of time that I may have to pay duties so I was expecting it. Highly recommend their 90s sweatpants they're super comfy
Such a poor quality. It feels so cheap and harsh. I recommend you guys not to buy anything from them. Even the packaging is wacky!
I'm absolutely surprised by some of the negative reviews, I've been ordering from them a while now and have always received my items with in 2-3 days, they send tracking and updates on where my stuff is in route to and from, great quality clothes and affordable prices.
If you live in Canada you will be charged a huge amount of customs and duty taxes once it arrives and if you don't pay it will be shipped back. I ordered $257 worth of clothing and I just got a text message saying I need to pay $103 in customs so keep that in mind while ordering.

Yikes that they slid that customs charge under my nose, YASSSS on the fact that it delivered in a week to Canada, and the clothes were exactly what I ordered and fit af! Great quality! Love the sweater! I ordered 72$usd(95$Ca) and my customs charge was 30$Ca. So really iffy, but after I received it, im happy! I got 8 clothing items so not bad.
I spent about $350 on clothes for an upcoming vacation. I ordered on Sunday, and my order actually came very fast on Wednesday. Literally everything in my order was crap quality, it looked cheaper than my local hood store clothing. I did my research and saw so many YouTube videos of people trying on their clothing, and everything looked great! I went on Instagram, and saw mostly high count followers tagged in a lot of their clothing so I guess that was sketchy. Don't believe the hype ladies, these clothes are inferior in quality, and the prices are wayyyy too high. I'm a first time customer, and I'm keeping it that way. Let's see how my return will go now. I had to pay $16 in total for two shipping lables, for two orders. They better refund my stuff waste of time, and literally money.
I ordered 10 items on Sunday and my order came on Thursday, I'm in USA. The package came nice and with logo bag. All items were independently wrapped and labeled. All came in my size as I ordered.

I purchased two item exactly 4 days ago. The items were delivered today and i noticed on the website they have dropped the price even more. I reached out to a representative named Phindile. Phindile informed me that I should return the items and repurchase them. Seeing how I would be paying shipping both ways it was not worth it. I was so disappointed mainly because the pictures do not accurately represent the clothes. Avoid this site..
They sent my $70 order to the other side of the country and claimed I had my "address" wrong when I didn't. Then they proceeded to tell me half of the things I order were out of the stock and that they count refund me. It's been over two weeks since I ordered and haven't gotten my $70 back or a package. Very un happy with this store and with their customer service
I ordered from missguided July 8th and here it is August 8th and I've realized that I never received my order. So I reached out to their customer service team through their Facebook page and told them about it. They apologized and claimed they refunded my entire order which they did not. Then they tried to tell me that they'll refund my delivery fee on my next order. I'll never order from them again.
Terrible customer service. Tried many times to order from the website from my laptop AND my phone without any success. Been told to download the app and was finally able to place my order. I had to pay in US dollars as they seem they do not offer the CAN dollars on the app compared to the website. Now they don't wanna refund me the difference I had to pay for the conversion because I couldn't order from their OWN website! There is nothing else I could do. Super frustrating, will never order again.
I ordered 2 swimsuits on jun 17th I only received one 2 days ago and it July 29th.The bottoms on the one I got the stitching was completely sewn wrong.
Purchased a large order over $100 14 weeks ago and still haven't received it. They said it's with the couriers' in the USA but they aren't able to tell me exactly where it is. Do NOT order from this company. Customer service is awful and my package never arrived.
Said shipping took 15 days from order date and then never updated on their website. Tried contacting them and each time they would send me a link to track package that never loaded or updated and changed the delivery date back 3 days every time I contacted them. Horribly useless customer service. Shipping took almost a month. Not worth it.
I placed an order JUNE 6. It's been well over a month and still nothing! No warning, no help! Everytime I contact them for answers they either block me or say "sorry wait another week". I will NEVER order from this company again!
It's been over a month since my order was dispatched- not even just placed, but over a month since they supposedly shipped it. It has been stuck "in transit" since June 26th. They use Asendia UK to ship to the US and then USPS is supposed to pick it up and deliver it from there. I have confirmed multiple times with USPS that they do not have my package and that they themselves have made multiple inquiries to Asendia UK as to where the package is with no response. Asendia is near impossible to get ahold of, and every time they do respond, they give delivery dates that come and go with no delivery. USPS advises I file a lost package claim. Missguided themselves keep blaming COVID for the delays. Do not order from this company- your package will end up lost and you'll be out money. I read many reviews about how common this is with them and I wish I had done some researching before buying from them.
My item took so long to get to me that the size isnt accurate anymore. I ordered these pants almost 7 months ago and by the time they got here I had went from a size 6 to a size 10. I'm trying to return them but they want me to pay 8 dollars for a shipping label. I want all my money back and some, what took 7 months?

They are scamming customers from the US. Their tracking doesn't update at all. The customer service doesn't know where there own clothes is. There's no reason I should be waiting over a month for clothes. I've ordered from PLT who are also based in the UK, and have gotten my clothes quickly! Will be contacting my bank for a refund.
