I ordered four usb chargers for my tablet... back in July... now, it's September 18@ 957 am and I am still awaiting them. When I contacted customer service instead of addressing the issue they changed the order date... really? Really. When I checked on the shipment it says... now, get this... it's coming from China... are you serious... yes I am... I'm glad I didn't pay that much for them... I guess it's like the old saying "If it's too good to be true. It usually is."
Super webshop, even for small purchases they deliver fast and smoothless. Know doubt about it, this webshop get's a thumbs up!

I gave them a second chance to reput the order through at the same price with a 2 week delivery date. I have been politely told to get lost. Not ordering from this guys anymore... If you want to save your time and money, go somewhere else!
I made a purchase from MiniInTheBox on August 10,2015 and as of this date September 9,2015 no order, but a bunch of BS from their Customer Service people. Numerous delays, was to get expedited shipping, that's a funny one. Yesterday August 8,2015 I requested a full refund because I received yet another shipping delay message from this online retailer, stating my order will receive expedited shipping and will receive order no later than September 24,2015. Now that is following a message stating, "Your order will be shipped out no later than 2015-9-7". (September 7,2015) Then at the end of every message from their Customer Service people, "We appreciate your patience and understanding". This whole process was BS from day one. This outfit is supposed to be located in Seattle, WA, now this is really funny, had a phone number too and then it went missing. Called it twice and all I got was a busy signal. The address, needless to say is bogus as well as the phone number. The last communication from Customer Service was to let me know my refund is an International Transaction and it takes longer to process, 3-5 business days then 7-25 business days for my card issuing bank to process the refund. More BS on top of BS. Contacted my Bank and was told less than 10 days after refund lands electronically. Yes MiniInTheBox is a "DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE CROOKS" site.
I ordered phone case and it never came. :(( ( 1,5 month of communicate whit miniinthebox customer service and they always promised to send it within 1 week but they never keep their word and didn't even let me know that they cant send it.
Slow delivery and this is not first trouble when order from here.
Bad experience in every possible way and sure the last time i order anything from this site.

I could not recommend MiniInTheBox, the delay in receiving an order is unrealistic, I ordered and paid on 26th June and after many many emails to them, eventually received my goods on 25th August, and then only to find they are poor quality.
Don't buy from them unless you want to receive your order waaaaaayyyyy later than what they promise. They say 6-8 business days and they didn't ship my order after 3 weeks and I didn't know they were shipping from China.
I have nothing against buying from China but I hate to wait that long to receive my order. Please consider the SUPER delay before buying from them.
When I tried to cancel it, they said they couldn't cancel since my package was shipped, but guess what? After 3 business days, my order didn't leave shenzen. This sucks!

I received the wrong order but i forgot my login details so i couldn't send it back yet, so i asked them if they could get the login details back for me and that i had all the details of the order i had made on that account, then after 2 days they reply telling me the date that the order had been sent and how long it would take to get here even though i had already received it and completely ignored the actual question i had asked them. 0/10 for customer support. 3/10 overall because they actually sent something even though it was wrong and took a long time.
I bought a small number of items to test their products for my business. Since then I have been spammed multiple times daily by this company. Unsubscribing doesn't work and you can't contact them. They are an internet pest. Obviously, I will never buy from them again.

They some times give free rewards from 2 -5 USD to use them to any thing you want and some time they give you rewards to use for purchases

I ordered a product and paid for urgent delivery. It arrived a week late. And only 50% of the parts were in the parcel making the products not usable.
I gave away the product as a gift so asked if they could either send the missing parts or refund in full. I am not in position to return the parts already arrived.
