I paid extra for 6-8 business day shipping because the default is three or four months. However, when they 6-8 business day shipping, do not expect to get it in 6-8 business days. What they mean is that whenever they decide to actually ship your item, it will take 6-8 business days after that. In the age of Amazon Prime, people do not want to wait three weeks for a package, let alone three months. So, THUMBS DOWN! This company sucks.

How come it takes so long to process an order and to ship an order when it was placed on September 26 2015 and you are still processing now 08/10/2015, and you have collected payment

I placed an order worth about $40 in August. Approximately one month later and my order not even shipped, I wrote a customer service inquiry and quickly received some vague excuse about high demand. Shortly after, my order shipped. Now it is October, and despite their 6-8 day shipping estimate, I still have not received my order. It has taken so long that I've moved since placing the order. Even so, if it had been delivered to our previous address, I would know because we are familiar with the current resident. I've asked for a replacement or compensation for what seems to be a lost order, if they can't find it and tell me why it's taken so long. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from here again.

My purchase was supposed to be shipped within 24HOURS and be delivered in 10-20 business days. After more than 2 months I am still waiting for my purchase to arrive. Worst costumer service ever
While I was still waiting after 2 weeks on my guaranteed 24 Hour shipment. They promised me my item would be send at October the 1st. October 2nd I got the message on of the items was out or stock! After 2 damn weeks they finally realised it's out of stock! Good job miniinthebox! Good FFing job! They said to me it will be send on October the 10th + 3to5 delivery days. So another 2 damn weeks! To think of I bought things for a birthday and mentioned it to customers service 3 times! They refused to send the order out until that one item was in stock again. Miniinthebox is One big pathetic company that earns money on cheap Chinese quality products while the customers wait for weeks!
I demanded my money back and they cancelled my order within a quick time. So that's the one thing they were fast in, giving money back to upset customers. Good job!
I've shopped three times from Mini&LightInTheBox and my experience has been overall satisfactory. First and second order was sent and came on time. Third had a delay due to supply. Most people seem to miss the button under your order details, ''resolve a payment issue'', you can use this to send them any questions about the order, delay or payment, even the customs issues after the order has been made. And they answer quite quickly.
Even if my order was delayed, for the items I ordered so cheap, with no postal fee coming from China, I was ready to wait some time. Most people also forget that customs and cheap delivery is an issue in delays.
Also MiniInTheBox returned the customs tax I had to pay in my country over my order back to my account, apologizing for the inconvenience, which I am quite satisfied with this professional behaviour.
I think most people are used to the fast deliveries that're done from more available sourced companies, webshop should definitely increase the days' amount they write for the ETA of items as it'll be always more than that. And of course, do not expect cheapo electronics to work perfectly, they are chinese make and they would not survive even the journey from your local hardware store to home to begin with. This is a good web shop for replicas, cutesy items or random junk that people like.
I ordered 2 outfits for my puppy and was totally disappointed on the amount of time it took to get them. The first order took over a month to get and today I did get my 2nd one that was order in July.One month to process the order and 1 month to ship the order. Neither one was on back order so why it took so long is questionable. If you are not in a hurry to get your order( usually 7-10 days) then I guess it is ok but 2 months is stupid. I will not order again from this company due to this. Not worth it.
I ordered an iPhone 6 case on Aug. 27th, it is now the 28th of Sept. And I have not received anything. At first, when it shipped (Sept. 12) I was informed it would only take 3-5 business days. There was no tracking number available so I just waited. On the fifth business day when I still haven't received my case, I checked my email to see if there was any information on any delays, nothing. Go onto their website, they changed the amount of time it would take to 5-10 business days! I wanted to talk to someone but there is no phone number, email, address or any suggestion to talk to someone. Great. So, checked again a week later, and it changed again to 10-20 business days without any notice! They just keep changing how long it takes for the delivery to happen, and refuse to give you a tracking number!

After numerous complaints, they told me they would get an update as to where my product is. Instead of getting back to me, they closed the conversation so I could not say anything more. It is now the 21 of October, and I have not received anything still; no help, no product and nothing close to a refund. TWO MONTHS OF WAITING AND HASSLE and all they offered me was rewards for their website only and no refund. These people are thieves, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE EVER I YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY

I went with the free shipping. It said 10 - 20 days. Nothing yet. I placed another order with them because I could not access my account to track the package (which is crazy!). This time I check the express shipping and when I clicked the final time to place the order, it came back that I had chosen the free shipping again! WRONG! I should have learned the first time. Order 2ipad cover aug. 12 they got paid right away. They said it was air shipped and it takes longer. The plane must be flying backwards. They gave 2 /10 day dates that have come and gone. If there was a 0 rating I would use it.
I was looking for a site that had cute iPhone 6 cases and my friend suggested this one. The cases I purchased were NOT for protection and just for the appearance, so while it took a little bit to get here, all my cases were just as advertised and look adorable on my phone. I've already placed a second order for more cases. :)
I ordered a $3.00 phone case August 17. It has been almost 6 weeks and I still have not received my item yet. I have emailed them several times, they only emailed me back once saying my item was "in transit" which I'm guessing was a lie, and they don't even have a customer service number you can call. I would rate them a 0 if I could. This site has so many red flags. Do not order from them ever!

I would give it 0 stars if I could! Ordered a stylus on Aug 27... they said it was shipped on the 29th. It has NEVER arrived! My credit card company has credited me for the amount, but I will NEVER order from Miniinthe box again! Be smart, and don't you, either! Also, I can't understand why so many people who have been scammed just don't dispute the charges with their credit card company, like I did. If everyone did that, they would either straighten up, or be out of business soon.
I purchased a few items from them... macbook hard cover, keyboard cover, case, screen cover. I ordered it on september 8th and got it on the 17th... would have been here on the 16th but I missed delivery.
The screen cover came damaged, but they issued a refund immediately after I informed them. So it wasn't perfect, but the quality of the undamaged product was good, and the delivery time was decent considering it comes from china.
