I wanted to order 3 Wii controllers on the 25th of Oktober. As the price was quite good on MiniInTheBox.com, they promised shipping within 24 hours and express delivery (3-4 business day) I decided to order from there. IT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE. Today is the 29th of Oktober and still nothing happened. The funny thing is that you have no possibility to contact them in any way regarding this topic. It was important for me to get the controllers this week but as they still haven't been shipped there is no change to recieve them tomorrow.
Overall. If you want to order something small and cheap it might work. But do not believe any promisis regarding shipping time and I don't recommend them for larger transaction. I am very dissappointed.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I ordered a Halloween costume for my son on September 29th. It shipped on October 11th. (Why did that take so long?) The shipping time was supposed to be 6 to 8 business days from the date shipped. It's October 29th and the costume still hasn't arrived. I will NEVER order from this site again. I'm going to be out double the money so my son has a costume to dress up in on Saturday. I wouldn't be surprised if it takes 6 to 8 weeks for them to process my refund! I placed 2 orders a day apart for cell phone cases and a car charger. Well I got the one order but I have not received the second order. It has been over a month ago. This is ridiculous. They closed my tickets that I sent and I can't get in touch with them It is like playing ring around the rosey. How do I get answers. That is what I want to know. I will never order from them EVER. This company is the worst I have ever had to deal with. I order stuff online all the time and this company is worthless. First of all its a 10-20 day delivery, that's not a problem, I am a patient person. So I ordered my item and waited. I ordered it on Sept. 18, a month goes by and I got online and it said it was still "processing" and the estimated shipping date was Oct. 22. So again I waited. Got on again yesterday (Oct. 27) still said "processing" and that the estimated shipping date was still Oct. 22. So i look everywhere on the site for a customer service number and can't find anything except a form you can fill out and then they will email you back when it's "resolved" My email got a response saying that since the item I ordered was in an "unexpected high demand" the item will be delayed and now won't ship out until Nov. 11, IF it ships out on the 11th, that will be almost 3 MONTHS before its even shipped, and that doesn't include the 10-20 shipping days. This is NOT okay, this is NOT how to run a business. I am a PAYING customer, if I pay to have an item by a specific date then the company I order from needs to make sure I get it on that date, or at the very least get in contact with me and tell me it's going to be delayed. This was supposed to be a gift and now I am going to have to buy another gift so I am actually able to give my sister something on her birthday, instead of telling her that this $#*!ty company doesn't know how to run a business and who knows whether my item will actually be shipped on Nov. 11 like they say or "delayed" another 2 freaking months! DON'T buy anything from these people, $#*!ing worthless!

I have bought a samsung evo micro sd card 64gb. It was a fake. Only 3 weeks after i bought the product, the site posted photos of the product properly which shows a made in taiwan fake. Thus i could not cancel the shipment what soever. After 2 months of waiting, i got the item, which was clearly fake. Tested the storage and no storage capacity. Basically lost all my money. They dont even have a proper customer service, thus i could not contact them properly. I bought it because i asked them if it was original then they said yes it is original samsung product. They lied and scammed on me. I also believed all the 4 - 5 star reviews saying the product works fine, which was a lie. I think it was all staged by the website with all the good reviews.
I am horrified with this.

I also ordered a Deadpool costume for my son on October 12th. I was told it would get to me on October 23rd. It didn't. I did everything I was supposed to and "opened a ticket" for the item and I got 2 e-mails saying "Check the status now" and it is still processing. I should have just ordered from Amazon, or ebay, or even gone on craigslist. I could have gone to Target and gotten him red sweats and a red ski mask. I don't fly off the handle easily and I do give people time to get their $#!$ together, but this is ridiculous. Don't order from these people, and if you do, use a credit card so you can dispute the charge right away. Tonight I have to go to party City and find my kid a costume 4 days before Halloween. I cannot express enough how disappointed I am. I ordered this costume a week ago, was told the "estimated" delivery would be before halloween, and even paid for the highest shipping to ensure it'd be here in time for Halloween. I ordered my son a costume on Oct 14th. Paid 60 dollars. To include the expedited shipping of 3-4 days. That means it should have shipped no later then the 18th. But your website shows it shipping on the 6th of november. Go figure you dont have a phone number to call. And I have gotten no response from the feedback email i sent. Im not dping a "ticket" as your dumb response has been to others. You have completely screwed not just me but my son as well. You can't ask people to pay for quicker shipping (6 - 8 days) that means 6 - 8 days until the item arrives at your door step. That is how all businesses present shipping terms. It does not include "processing" time. That is false advertising. You need to change your shipping duration policy to a realistic time frame. People are relying on what you say. I ordered my sons Halloween costume on the 9th of October and it was suppose to be shipped out by the 21st. It did not ship out until the 21st. This website does not have the customer in mind when they come to shipping or sanctification. I will not order from this website again. It shipped on the 21st and it is still in china. I need my order by halloween! I placed an order and I payed for shipping 6-8 business days. I placed the order on October 14th and when I went to check my order, it now says it wont ship until November 4th but it says the order is still on time? There is NO place to contact customer service. The site says to click the "View Details" next to my order, but there is no such link! Why can't I contact anyone at the company? I will cancel my order if i don't get a response.

This company is a complete joke. I placed an order on September 22, and after the shipment being delayed once, I contacted them again to be told that one of the items is still out of stock. I understand that sometimes these things can happen, but when you charge my credit card in no time at all (less than one day of me placing the order), I expect to receive the items that I paid for over a month ago. The customer service is prompt, but poor - I'm confident the copy and paste their responses! Save your money and time, this company is a joke!

Hey out there! Get a clue-- these guys have this business with no communication lines to reach them. That is not how we do business in the U.S. Not sure where miniinthebox is located but they sure could use some insight on the definition of "Basics, how to run a business" or even probably would be on the first page of "How to run a business for dummies". Number 1 is actually the customer having the ability to make contact with the business. So this is a BIG red flag. They have lost me & I gave them a review for 1 star but should be 0. I purchased a halloween sweater for my dog. It said it takes 10-20 days to receive the package. Fair enough because that means I'll get it before Halloween. Almost 20 days later still no sweater. Contacted their customer service (which is a joke) and was told that I won't get it till the 31st or after. I won't need the sweater then, halloween will be over. Youre better off getting things from amazon or ebay if you have to buy things on line. At least they are honest with their shipping times. Ive gotten things through ebay that came from china and its never taken this long. Miniinthebox needs to go out of business.
