I've made the mistake of ordering something in the past which led to tons and tons of email marketing from them. I have been clicking on the unsubscribe in their emails at least twice a week for a few months. Each time their site say " you have been unsubscribed" and sure enough a few days later I get more junk mail from them. I finally created a rule that just deletes all email from them. I guess you could use their site but be warned you will get bombed with junkmail
My wife bought me 2 playstation 4 pads costing £60.01 for my birthday via a deal they had on HOT UK deals website, easy payment option by Paypal, they were cheaper than buying on the high street. The delivery time was really good but thats where the problem started as when they were delivered via UPS they required payment of £24.37, I questioned this and was told it was import tax, this wasn't mentioned at the point of sale. I tried to contact the company regarding this via an email address on there website which didn't work so I had to contact Paypal. I looked on the web for reviews of miniinthebox and everything you read is bad and customers having really bad experiences dealing with miniinthebox. Paypal have instructed me after nearly 30 days to return the items for a refund and supply a scanned receipt as proof of postage only to find it will cost almost £20 to return the items to Poland. Should I do this these pads will have cost my wife £104.38 including original purchase, import tax and return postage, now more expensive than buying from the high street. The final straw is also finding out again via the web these pads are COPIES not original Sony products which again is something miniinthebox don't tell you when buying from them. This company is dreadful to deal with and needs to be stopped trading asap as all they do is rip customers off!

I ordered products worth 160 euros, after a long wait, they email me telling me my package is at customs and that i should pay 40 euros to clear it, surprise! So im not happy at all with the final price im getting and i would like my money back, but its not possible just 50%! And if i fail to pay the custom duties the package will be destroy! Some time ago I ordered a phone cover. Now I'm getting my daily spam. The unsubscribe link doesn't work. Changing the account-settings also doesn't work. Nothing helps, the mails keep coming. There are other shops on the net, who sell you the same things, at the same price. But... they won't spam its customers...

I left a reply stating they took my money and won't send product. I stated that even after them sending me a new password, I am still not able to access my account which is the only way to contact anyone or log into my account. They reply to me stating ALL I NEED TO DO IS ACCESS "MY TICKETS" ON THEIR WEBSITE AND THEY WILL HELP ME! HELLO? IF I CANT LOG IN, I CANNOT ACCESS MY TICKETS! WHAT NERVE! Ordered Oct 2 and still havent received it (now Nov 3!). Made a ticket (#*******) to followup late Oct. I looked on their website and it says there is a button to click below the total amount where I can cancel it, because you can't cancel after it ships. NO such button. I ordered September 15th and it's now October 30. The package got shipped on October 1 and it still hasn't arrived.
