I left a reply stating they took my money and won't send product. I stated that even after them sending me a new password, I am still not able to access my account which is the only way to contact anyone or log into my account. They reply to me stating ALL I NEED TO DO IS ACCESS "MY TICKETS" ON THEIR WEBSITE AND THEY WILL HELP ME! HELLO? IF I CANT LOG IN, I CANNOT ACCESS MY TICKETS! WHAT NERVE! I also found numerous websites with other people stating they also cannot log in to their account. If you don't log in, there is no way to contact this company.
