DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They DO NOT deliver! I purchased an iPad cover on November 8th, the website says it was shipped November 10th. The tracking link says they're unable to track this package. The tracking site also says the tracking link has now expired. When you go to the website, they run you around in circles. There's NO contact information. NO phone number to call, although the website states they speak over 20 different languages, but, they fail to mention you can't actually speak to anyone, NO e-mail address, NO mailing address... absolutely NOTHING. Now they have my money and I have no gift. Looking at all the other complaints, this company's response is to fill out a "ticket" but the link on the website is not active. This company is a RIPOFF.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I do not recommend this company. I ordered some LED strip lights from them, my order took a very long time and then when they came, they didn't work. The plug in piece was broken. I tried to contact the company for 2 weeks, finally I put in a dispute with PayPal. Someone did contact me but said that they could not send me the piece because I had filed a dispute. We've went back and forth so much and they have made it very difficult. Now I have $72 lights that don't work and they won't send me the 30c piece to make them work. There are so many companies to order these cheap products from, why would you even chance being ripped off like I was. STAY AWAY from Miniln the box and Light in the Box.

I have placed 5 orders for LED lighting products from miniinthebox over the past year. Most of what I have received had issues. I am a small business retailer, so I was buying bulk. THE BIGGEST ISSUE IS INCORRECT ITEM DESCRIPTIONS. For instance, I have bought several LED lights claiming to have FAR higher light output than in reality. I have also placed bulk orders of LED lights that did not work at all, these products were advertised as 120V 60Hz compatible, but with two separate products, this was not true, the lights came and in one case would not work properly with the 60Hz power in North America, and in the second case they were 220V lights and would not work at all with 110V power. I was able to modify the circuitry in the lights so they work with 110V and recoup my losses, but it was a lot of work with this bulk order of lights, not not the type of thing anyone would want to mess with. In addition, lead times can be silly long. Overall, if you're looking for great prices, you might look here, but the unreliability would make me seriously caution anyone considering this store.
The second big issue is that they censor product reviews... none of my 1 star reviews have ever been published, this is CLEARLY UNETHICAL and the reason for the 1-star rating.
I have attached my order history, and pictures showing the false labling of the light output of some of the LEDs I bought. I also attached a picture of the LED I had to modify to work at 110V.

26/10 Ordered iph 5S accessories cannot get an answer from customer service miniInTheBox. I only used them as they offered Paypal but their lack of customer service is appalling Have cancelled through paypal. Suggest Pay pal be aware this may not be a reputable company. I will not use this company again. Many others complaining of not receiving goods with lots of automated replies blaming customs then requesting an email which is not answered. I believe this is a scam company after reading all the reviews. And it is not located at the address it gives on the website

It has been EXACTLY 42 days now since I ordered and paid for an item. I received a confirmation of payment email from PayPal on October 11th and haven't heard or seen anything since! It has taken me days just to find an email address to contact them. Others may have better luck, but I do NOT recommend ordering from this company or any of its affiliates!

I ordered something on 11/12/15 with my paypal account but never got any tracking information. It led me to (*******@lightinthebox.com), the web site does not work and was stated to log in to my account to get a ticket for customer service. I did all that and it shows no order.
