Ordered on the 7th of December supposedly shipped the 12th. According to them it is caught up in the peak shipping season. According to USPS the the originating post office is preparing to ship. Now the 24th of December. Mini told me to wait till the 31st.

I ordered a lite Dec 8th they charged my account and now there is no record of my order, no record of my sign in, no confirmation email. And of course, no phone number to reach anyone.

I ordered some presents for friends and family in November and they still have not arrived yet. Doubting very much that they will be here in time for xmas as it says they were only shipped on 18th December which is ridiculous. 10-20 days, i don't think so. Not happy at all and can't seem to find an email address to be able to speak to someone. Will not be ordering from this site again
I just had the worst experience with there customer service. They said it would arrive in 6-8 business days and it didn't. When i said my birthday was already over I no longer needed it since it didn't make it. They said to refuse the package, however it was just left outside my house I wasn't given the opportunity to refuse it. So they said I can pay to have it shipped back to them. I don't see why I should do that when they lied about when It would arrive and I wasn't given a chance to refuses it. After waiting 5 weeks for my purchase (cover for my smart phone), it arrives in the mail and doesn't even fit my phone. The description says it should fit an LG G3 and it doesn't. They have NO customer service. Every time I click on the customer service button, nothing happens and there's no email or phone number to contact someone. On top of that, they keep sending me email after email and even though I've unsubscribed, the emails keep filling my inbox. Will NEVER purchase from this company again!
I bought several items on 12/5. They didn't ship until 12/17, though the site LIES and states it was shipped 12/8. Won't be arriving in time for Christmas, and I will NEVER use this site again. Should have read the reviews first.
Updated to add that the items arrived on 12/29. Some did not work. Directions only in Chinese as well. Not worth it. I understand items from other countries take time to arrive - my main issue is that the site LIED about the actual shipping date (I was able to track through the outside vendor). Also, one of the products that I ordered several of was total junk. Not worth the time or trouble.
If it were possible to give ZERO stars, i would have. I ordered items with the expectation of receiving them for a trip my family & I were doing, which happened to be 4 weeks away from order date. I received said items over a month after my trip (9 weeks). I can not even be bothered to send the items back as it will cost too much... plus i get the added bonus of receiving 10 emails a day from this site, even though, i have continually opted out of the email list.

I ordered a new Xbox 360 controller charger from this company in mid November. It is now December 15, and still have NOT received it. I check my bank account online and notice several pre-authorized transactions from this company for the total of my item. They have already received the payment. They keep trying to charge me for this item, and have received a few payments for it. I contacted my bank and filed a complaint. Since there was another PENDING transaction to them, my bank stopped them. I cannot track my order that was "supposedly" shipped. I will NEVER use this company again! I will continue to use the GEEK app and order from them. At least I get my items and can track it, and get charged only once!

Placed an order, paid thru Paypal. Never received order, that was placed on 11/11/15. Should have been here by now. Placed a complaint with Paypal which they sent to them, got an e-mail from MiniInTheBox telling me to look aT my account for message. I'm unable to access account, recognizes e-mail but not password and when you ask to send link to redo password I get nothing. So I can't access my account to look at their message, smells like a scam to me. Paypal will reimburse though after 30 days. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR SITE!

I purchased something from this company and did receive it (albeit very late). However, since signing up I have been inundated with emails. I therefor looked to close my account, however without success, There is no option to do this and no email contact provided. I found an email address and sent an email telling them to close my account and remove all data. I got just a stupid reply telling me how to contact them about an order.
They have no customer services and by not deleting my details are in breech of UK and EU data protecting laws and firectives.
I now have anothe email stating that as I have not been in contact they are closing my query. And there is no email to reply to. Incompetant, stupid and more importantly ellegal.
If this blof has no effect in having my data removed I'll issue a formal complaint to the ICO

This site its a complete joke. Wishing I had seen all of these before buying from them. Received one thing out of 3 that I order in one cart. Was very excited about it. Now the other 2 things that I paid 5-8 day shipping for are still not here and it's been 15 BUSINESS DAYS since it SHIPPED. The "customer service" is a joke. They don't help you. Now I have a $35 shipment that we'll see if it comes, and an outfit for my dog that we'll see if it ever comes.

I have order 2 phone case from this company, I should of received them a couple days ago and still says on my orders that they should be here by now. I found the company to be shocking, I didn't receive email to confirm my order, which standard for companies online. I really don't get how they can be allowed online. On some other replies to reviews on this website. They said it can take 40 days to receive an item. That's really bad, their are plenty other companies that have better service than these jokes
