I don't give up when wronged by a company or corporation. I use three different agencies that I use to help in certain situations. The very agencies that Companies and Corporations do not like hearing from. Three agencies with three letter titles, The BBB, FTC and the FCC.

Most of the problems I was faced with is deliver times and incorrect package contents. Order 2 of one item and get one. Jars that have the pop lid for safety, 2 jars in fact had already been opened. I believe most all of these problems happen within the warehouse where packages are fulfilled. Just check your packages carefully to make sure the contents are unopened and correct.

I purchased numerous items from wish.com and I found 2 necklaces were fake. Only the clasp and the stamped 925 plug are silver. I used a magnet to test all silver purchases all but 2 passed. What is happening is people are adding a 925 silver clasp and a stamped 925 round plug with a hole drilled in it and they are attaching them to the ends of the necklaces. Buyers beware of this underhanded way to sell fake jewelry to consumers. Hey, some items are as advertised, but a lot aren't, just be careful if you shop wish.com.

Newegg did OK, shipped item as promised, but I had problems tracking my order. Since I didn't register and check out I checked out as a guest. When I returned to the site to check on the whereabouts of my purchase there was no information. I then registered and still no information. Needless to say I contacted customer service attempting to get a tracking number, but the item arrived before I could get the tracking number. My fault, their fault, anybody's fault, who knows I am just happy I received my order, quickly I might add.

I made a purchase from MiniInTheBox on August 10,2015 and as of this date September 9,2015 no order, but a bunch of BS from their Customer Service people. Numerous delays, was to get expedited shipping, that's a funny one. Yesterday August 8,2015 I requested a full refund because I received yet another shipping delay message from this online retailer, stating my order will receive expedited shipping and will receive order no later than September 24,2015. Now that is following a message stating, "Your order will be shipped out no later than 2015-9-7". (September 7,2015) Then at the end of every message from their Customer Service people, "We appreciate your patience and understanding". This whole process was BS from day one. This outfit is supposed to be located in Seattle, WA, now this is really funny, had a phone number too and then it went missing. Called it twice and all I got was a busy signal. The address, needless to say is bogus as well as the phone number. The last communication from Customer Service was to let me know my refund is an International Transaction and it takes longer to process, 3-5 business days then 7-25 business days for my card issuing bank to process the refund. More BS on top of BS. Contacted my Bank and was told less than 10 days after refund lands electronically. Yes MiniInTheBox is a "DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE CROOKS" site.
