I placed an order on 21/3/2016 I received confirmation that it was shipped on the 25/3/2016. I have still not received this order and have been searching for a way to contact the company but it seems impossible - there is no customer service email or phone number to reach them. I have tracked my order online as they suggest and it says my order arrived in Sydney on the 31/3/2016. Usually mail takes a couple of days to reach me from Sydney but it has been several weeks I would like it to be followed up but there seems to be no way of achieving this?!?!

I have placed several orders on miniinthebox.com, and I've always received them in time and in their entirety, and I live in Europe (France). Plus, the products you can buy are always very cheap, especially when it comes to phone accessories (things I buy the most) but still they remain good quality products.
I placed an order on 15th Feb 2016, it did not arrive, I contacted customer services and they agreed to re-send the order telling me I would receive a confirmation despatch email with a tracking number, I did not receive one.
I also received an email telling me that my problem had been resolved and to close the complaint ticket, I did this and have heard absolutely nothing since!
There is no way what so ever of being able to contact MiniInTheBox without an open order!
I have sent all the details via Facebook but it has not been seen and certainly not replied to!

Ive had nothing but great Experiences with miniinthebox
My order should have been sent from within Europe March 25th and to be received within 3-5 days, but I still got nothing. The tracking option says the tracking number can't be found.
There is no way to actually get in contact with their customer service. The 'contact us' button will not show any e-mail address and the mentioned option for creating a ticket is nowhere visible. I chose for extra quick shipping and paid some extra charges for this. I have no problem waiting some more time, but I don't know if I will ever get the ordered item.
After reading all the negative reviews here, I am thinking of contacting PayPal to get my money back
-edit1: somebody showed me where to find the 'ticket' function and now I filed one.
-edit2: I received very quick response to my ticket, which is very good. The item had been shipped with other service than the one mentioned on the website, which caused the delay. I got their apologies and was offered a discount to my next order.
But most happy I was when I received the parcel 2 days ago. In the end I got my item, only with more delay than I expected. I didn't need the item right away so I am satisfied. Did not yet try the product, but I assume it to be all right.

I ordered a package from mininthebox.com 25.02.2016 and still have not received it. The order number is: **************. It says the package arrived in Oslo on 05.03.2016, but I have not received anything, or been notified to pick up the parcel. Its been 43 days since i ordered it, and my payment were received 25.02.2016. I also paid for insurance on the package.

I had worst experience with this. I am living in Netherlands and I ordered some bulbs from this website. (order number *******). See the sequence of events which happened.
1. I ordered free shipping way. But when it was delivered to me after 20 days I had to pay custom duty by cash to PostNL.
2. Surprisingly I didn't get the product I ordered. I reported this issue to website and also asked them to pay me the duty cost.
3. they responded and paid me the duty cost in my account and also apologized for mistake and re-ordered the same shipment. SO FAR SO good
4. After another 20 days I got the bulbs again I need to pay duty cost to PostNL even worse I got the wrong product again.
5. worst part starts now
A. This time they are not paying me the duty cost.
B. I asked them to refund my money. They are refusing me to pay refund instead they are requesting me to give bonus credit to buy something else.
2 month lost already.
6. I told them its not my mistake that you are not delivering me correct product. But they don't care about it.
I am really disappointed the way they are handling this case. I urge all the customers who are living in Europe to be careful while ordering something from this site as it could be possible that you wont get the product you see on website.

Wow I wish I checked the review page first. I order somethings on Jan 31 and was told it would ship on the 25 and to expected it with in 15-25 bussness day. Well after 3 or 4 different dates that they gave me I still haven't gotten my shipment. Best of all since I guess I'm bothering them now they don't answer me anymore. On 31 january I ordered 6 dog jackets. I still don't have received them. Writing to the costumer service gives me always a standard answer. They say I have to wait a little bit longer, but now I'm still waiting for more than 9 weeks. They write a ticket, but than close it, so you can't react anymore. They also changed the order date! I see a lot of negative reviews here, and I feel sorry I haven't read them before. But one thing is sure: I never order by MiniInTheBox again!
