Ok, so, I knew that Milanoo.com was pretty bad from the reviews that I seen but I decided to give the site a chance (most of the reviews were from 2009 to 2010ish) and it was honestly the worst experience I ever had. I'm serious I read a review about a girl getting a kitchen sink instead of her dress (that should of been a red flag from the very beginning, but since it is hard to believe to me I just brushed it off). I ordered a white and black Lolita dress. It looked beautiful on the website but when I got my order (it's a miracle. It took three months for me to finally recieve it) it looked horribly made. It looked like a twelve-year-old made it. The dress had strings hanging off and it was missing the coat that I was supposed to get and it was in a different color! It was in red instead of black! It was even the wrong size! I'm plus-sized so I got my custom made. It came in a SMALL instead of in the measurements I put in! DON'T ORDER OFF THIS SITE. I wasted OVER 90 dollars! I couldn't even get my refund!

All I can say is I brought this dress from milanoo.com, as it caught my eye ,it fits wonderful in every aspect of the word the fabric is gorgeous I am now so looking forward to my wedding day on the 22/08/2012 to show my dress off to everyone. Well worth what say is customer service was great. I chose the custom fit dress, and I had done one measure wrong, and they sent me a message asking me to send a new one or confirm the one I had sent. They did not start to make my dress until I sent my answer. My dress looks absolutely FANTASTIC! I am a plus size girl so I did not expect a dress this beautiful look good on me, but I was positively surprised! I feel like the most beautiful girl in the world in this! It's really an amazing experience i have at Milanoo.com. First bought at this site, I ordered a pair of sandals which attracted by its special red floral wedge espadrilles with and also the price of $29.99, which is never seen at the local shoe stores. So, I ignored all the negative reviews at sitejabber. Yet, I think i am so lucky, and received my sandals that suits my feet perfect and also matches my maxi dress very well. I am so happy that milanoo scam site can give me such a beautiful sandal. Maybe every thing really have both good and bad times, and I met the good times of Milanoo.

I ordered a pair of heels that from the pictures looked exactly like the shoes from other stores. I received my shoes quickly and on initial inspection was okay with my purchase... and then I put them on. These shoes are so cheaply made the heels are not straight and so actually bend in, I took two steps and know that if I took any more the heel will break off. They are unwearable, the website makes it so difficult to find out about returns and the cost would make it useless to return anyway.
So if you are wondering if it's to good to be true... IT IS! You are wasting your money because you WILL be disappointed and you wont be able to return.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes - after taking nearly a month to arrive they were HUGE (sizing chart is well off!) so i wanted to return for a refund. They ignored the weeks worth of messages i sent until i opened a dispute via paypal (as i ALWAYS pay with paypal).
I paid £35 to return these shoes and now only to find they have not accepted delivery of the return! Dispute still ongoing - AVOID AVOID AVOID.
After seeing a previous review they posted a false caring response that they would contact me through paypal and "shockingly" they have not. Still ongoing! Avoid them at all cost because you've got no assurances if something goes wrong.

My experience - ordered a dress on April 9th, took them until May 18th for me to receive it. What I got is not what I ordered. I paid extra to have it made to my measurements and that was a joke. Really poor work, dress has pink marker markings all over the front, support cups that are sewn in are about 5 sizes too small (note, I gave them my measurements), length of dress is uneven, shoulder straps are not even close to what they showed. Needless to say, I tried to contact them to get this resolved. The email address the lady keeps posting here is bouncing back, their Help page won't let you submit the issue, so I took it to PayPal. They sent the problem to Milanoo and I got an automated response saying "please tell us what the problem is and send us pictures". I sent everything as requested, 4 days later, same email, tell us what the problem is. I send it again. 4 days later, email from them saying if you don't respond, we will close your case. I respond again. Three days ago I get an email saying, please send again, we didn't get your pictures, I send again, today I get the same email, please send again, we didn't get pictures (REALLY MAD BY NOW). I escalated the issue through PayPal to get my money back. They are asking that I send this back at my expense, so I called my credit card company who is also involved in getting me my money back as soon as I can show them it was sent back. Luckily they are a good company and are actually giving me a credit to my account so I can ship this POS back to Milanoo.
Those who think they will get money back directly from Milanoo, don't bother, either escalate through PayPal or go directly to your credit card company. USPS can ship back for less than $20 (crammed into an envelope just like they sent you your items).
Basically lesson learned - if it looks too good to be true, it really is. Do pay attention to people ranting on here as they aren't making up stories of what really happened to their orders.

Well, my roommate and I ordered some boots for a cos-play, spent about $58. So, I get a confirmation in my e-mail, but it says (after it confirms it accepted our money) that the order would be delayed because of "Chinese New Year." It was the middle May. So, I e-mailed them and told them that we needed the boots during the time they originally promised, not three days after the fact, or we'd need a refund. Since e-mailing them, I have suddenly been receiving a ton of junk mail in an e-mail I have used for years without getting but maybe 10 a WEEK, now I'm getting 20 a day. Haven't gotten the boots, but they say they are on the way. Don't know if I trust that, but I'm blocking them and as many of the e-mails I can.
milanoo.com is ran by a bunch of criminals. The item I received was so poorly made I would be embarrassed to be seen in it. I basically wasted my money. I tried to return it but they refused to give me a refund. I'm currently disputing the charge with my credit card company. I'm not sure if I'm going to get my money back because their other scam is they wait 45 days to send your item, which is outside paypal's return protection, and many credit cards too! It's horrible Avoid them like the plague!
I bought two dresses and an underskirt totaling about 170 dollars. After I placed the order I saw all of the reviews on this site and panicked. I had asked for expedited shipping (7-9 days) even though I was ordering my dresses about a month before I needed them. After about two weeks I got an email saying that my clothes had been shipped and would arrive on the 17th, they arrived on the 18th, my event I needed them for is on the 20th so everything worked out. Everything I had ordered was there, the sizes were a tiny bit off but I can work with everything, I may make a couple small alterations. Over all it was a pretty good experience, I knew the dresses wouldn't be perfect, ordering clothes over the internet is always a risk but I paid with Paypal (the ONLY smart way to order online) and I realized that nobody selling dresses like this for so cheap is going to be completely on the up and up. I'm not trying to ill-legitimatize anyone's complaints here, but to let someone like me who freaked out after reading everything here know it's not always bad.
This is a bad company to deal with. I ordered a wedding dress and shoes in February. It arrived in April. They did not fit so it was returned. I recieved the refund for the shoes$40 but no refund for the dress which was $149. They said they issued the dress refund but they did not. Going to report them to my lawyer and let him advise me where to go from here. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!
I read a ton of reviews after I purchased my wedding dress and began to freaked out! About 1 month later my dress was in and looked gorgeous! I ordered my dress a little bigger and it came bigger which I wanted. Moral of my review is that people rarely write good reviews... everyone has their own story.
Shoes and lingerie ordered, products arrived quickly but were ALL the incorrect size. Sizes were ordered according to the advertised Milanoo.com size charts.
Milanoo.com policy states that a FULL REFUND (including shipping fee] will be given if items [non-custom] for items that are more than 3cm difference.
The shoes were 2 sizes too large, more than 3cm, and the lingerie is over 10cm too small.
I have a chain of 9 emails to their Refund/Return office where they keep telling me to take photos of myself in the lingerie - nipple to nipple - to show where the items do not fit. This is more than inappropriate!
They refuse to answer about the over-sized shoes.

When they arrived they were a poor fit, so I returned them. I included my address, name and order number with the package, but have been waiting over 1 month for a refund, and am £63.00 out of pocket.The instructions for returns, on the website don't include an address. They advise you to contact customer services. The "Contact us" section gives an address, but says " unavailable for package returns". I emailed Milanoo requesting instructions to return the shoes for a refund. Their response was delayed, so I researched the correct returns address, and posted my parcel to avoid missing the deadline for refund requests. Although the email correspondence was very polite, and confirmed I had used teh correct address, as time has passed, I strongly suspect that my refund request has been forgotten/lost, despite chasing it up several times. I will NEVER order from Milanoo again.
I ordered a prom dress on March 18th and it is now May 3rd and the dress still has not arrived. It was supposed to arrive 2 weeks before my prom and now I have 2 days left for prom. They kept telling me they couldnt finish the dress on time and blatantly told me to cancel a week before prom. Mind you, I am smaller than a size 0. How else am I supposed to buy a dress in 2 days that will fit me for lower than $130?! Then they told me they would offer FREE expedited shipping. I shouldnt need free expedited shipping when I was supposed to get the dress 2 weeks in advanced! Therefore the "expedited shipping" isnt free at all. Upon checking the estimated delivery time in FedEx, they said it would arrive 3 days after my prom. AFTER the date Milanoo promised the dress would arrive. I do not recommend this site to anyone that has a deadline. And if you do, I would suggest ordering 2 months in advanced just in case their building lights up in flames and all their employees are mysteriously eaten by unicorns. The only plus side is that they still maintained kind words in all 50 emails they sent me. Haha
I received a pair of shoes today that I ordered from milanoo. They are a high heeled sandal with light pink flower petals on the front. To my major releaf they are pretty good, not exactly like the picture on the site but fairly close and they fit thank god cuz they took a MONTH to get to me, I live in Ireland. I was very nervous about them cuz after I ordered them I read loads of bad reviews on the site and was sure I was going to be ripped off like so many others. I got the shoes for my wedding in july, they are definatly not the best finish on a shoe I've ever seen and I have a lot of shoes! But they aren't terrible either, similar to Penneys shoes in Ireland. I don't think I'll be ordering from them ever again though cuz there's just far too many bad reviews about milanoo for my liking!
I think I was just lucky with this one which is the only reason I've given 3 stars.

Stupidly I bought seven pieces of different clothes from Milanoo without checking their reputations, spending $234.43 in March 2012. I bought a size xs shirt with a corset and the corset part is made of very soft thin fabric, there's no wires and it doesn't have any support at all. The stand collar blouse I bought from them disappointed me greatly as well. Because the collar doesnt stand at all. The lace on the collar is too big and soft. An underskirt that came with a dress has two layers of very flat hard tulle but no lining. It does not give any volume to the dress and it's totally useless.

I was only happy with two items out of seven I bought. Milanoo first declined my request for a partial refund (just for one item of $37.49) saying they did not see any problems in the product. Luckily, I paid by PayPal and I OPENED A DISPUTE THROUGH PAYPAL and Milanoo immediately refunded me. But I will never ever buy from them again.
