This was my first order I made from Milanoo, and it has been the best experience I had from any online purchases. The quality of the items and costs exceeded my expectations. I bought two wigs (which were in very good conditions), two cosplay outfits (which looked exactly same as image shown in their website), a Naruto ANBU mask, and wig accessory kit (which was only a dollar for a wig brush, hair net, and wig stand). I loved shopping here and plan to shop more in the future. :)

I have placed an order more than one month and nothing. They send you a stupid link with a tracking number which stayed the same since I have opened it... with the same date and location. Beijing... don't trust them I have lost 200 $ with them. And with a fee of 50 usd the transport cost included. They didn't send me in one month the order... a big transport cost for what? Big thieves!

They don't give you an answer when your order will come. I have sent them many emails and in none of them thy don't give you details.

My advice avoid them... they are a SCAM. And should be closed as an online store.

I love shopping at Milanoo.com, they have a immense variety of products, of my favorites I love to shop Lolita, and Cosplay! They have great prices and customer service. I've been a Milanoo costumer for about a year and own a variety of products from them. I got some Lolita dresses of great quality and at great price. Also got some Cosplay wigs that I adore, they are all just like the pictures! The styles are long lasting, even if I brush them the style still intact. I've purchased Lolita shoes and purses that are just so cute and perfect, the items at this website are unique and I totally would recommend friends to buy from them.

It is Christmas Eve and I still have not received my order that was due over a week ago. I tried e-mailing the company and got no response. The phone number is "no longer in service," and the live chat doesn't work. $60 gone and no Christmas present for my brother in law. I have never complained about a company before. It is sad that the better business bureau hasn't shut them down. Unfortunately for them, my best friend is an attorney who enjoys going after fraudulent companies.

I bought a lolita dress (black with golden embroideries) and a matching white blouse.
These products are of even better qulity than I expected, the dress is just splendid, and of excellent fabric.
The customer service is very understanding and efficient. I asked them for a fast delivery so that I could wear it at an upcoming event, and I received the package very quickly indeed, and in excellent condition. I'd strongly recommend this shop to anyone!

I purchased a red faux latex catsuit in a large, knowing it would most likely arrive after halloween. I had purchased a separate one from a different site for halloween. I was going to use this one (the better one) for a cosplay in the future. First of all, I never received an email with the order number, confirmation, shipping information, nothing. Their website was down for several days before I emailed them with an inquiry. I received the package before I got any information. Upon receiving the package, I open it up, it is most definitely NOT a large at all. It is labeled as a large, but I can't even fit it over my knees. I'm about 5'5", 130 lbs. I'm not a heavy girl. I'm about a size 8 pants and a medium top. To fit in the Large, one would have to be half my size. Size 4? Not a large... Extremely upset, I tried to contact the company for a return, since I was extremely dissatisfied having paid $40 for something that was falsely advertised. After several email communications, they had told me that in order to return the item, I had to pick a different item from their catalogs. I didn't need another costume, I wanted that specific one and they were unable to offer me a correct size or a size larger. Again I tried communicating that I wanted to return the product, and I had waited a few weeks for a response and having received none, I again tried to contact the company on what I need to do to return it. Apparently my email hadn't sent, and since it had been over 7 days since our last communication, they told me I was no longer capable of returning the item. It was still under 30 days of purchase and the item has never been worn. They have since completely ignored my emails. Horrendous customer service, false advertisement, HORRIBLE return policy. 7 days? Really? NEVER again. And I'd like to spread the word so it doesn't happen to anyone else. Thanks for stealing my money, a*holes.

I had the misfortune of shopping with this site one Halloween. I needed a cool costume, and they seemed to have a lot of choices of costumes that you can't normally find anywhere else. Don't let that fool you! The costumes they sell are cheap material, don't look as described, will be pictured with accessories that aren't included, and will possibly be the wrong color. Which is what happened to me. I ordered a Robin (Batman and Robin) costume, and instead of the main part being red, it was orange! Orange! Not to mention I ordered the costume at the end of September, and it took until a week before Halloween to receive it. I was so frustrated that I had to try and get a new costume a week before Halloween! Definitely wouldn't recommend these guys!

Buyer "beware", use this company at your OWN peril. Ordered a dress with petticoat and shoes for my daughters school formal. Dress received was faulty, poor workmanship, petticoat wrong colour, cost money to return post the products, which was nearly three months ago, my daughter was bitterly disappointed, had to spend more money purchasing another dress, still waiting for a refund. Now the company is telling me that they never received our order in the first place, amazing how the items arrived and our credit card was billed for something we didn't order!. No refund has been forthcoming, after several emails. Upon requesting immediate action I am told to be cool about the situation. They are liars and cheats.

Ordered a pair of ivory satin boots for my wedding, they did arrive quite quickly and were delivered to my parents as I was on holiday. On my return I checked the delivery and the boots had rust marks on the tongue of the boot from the lace hooks. I have let them know and the just say as I didn't check the delivery straight away they will do nothing except give me a $10 coupon... like the damage is my fault. Well that is not enough to replace the boots which need to be perfect for my special day. On contacting them again they just sent same email. Their customer service is terrible. I will definitely never use them again

I orderd my wedding dress from her about a month ago. The dress I orderd was a beautiful tight fitting gown that hits the floor with beads at the top and a long train in the back. It was unique and just right for me. HOWEVER, the dress i actully received was nothing but a hot mess. It was not beaded at the top, it did not hit the floor and it was a dull gray instead of the shiny silver i wanted. Whats even worse is the fact that they put flowers where the beads where suppose to be, as if i would not notice. I am so pissed and it makes no sense to send it back because they will only give me 60%of my money back and i have to pay the shipping to send it all the way back to china. Lets just say, i wish i knew about this website before i ordered my dress.

I buy from here a lot. At least 10 purchases. 7/10 purchases have been just as picture. Less than expected ones: 1 wig was slightly orange when I though it'd be gold though. One dress was just as pictured in cut but came in orange instead of pink (it actually was better). I bought a blue dress from here thinking it'd be out of thicker wintery material, but it wasn't. It was very thin, lithe summer fabric. Invariably these things are okay with me but you should usually buy when not crazy on sale as I think they start running out of pictured products and use next best things. I will continue to buy from them though because they have great deals. When I can get a Lolita dress for only $30-$40, I don't mind if it's slightly lighter than what I thought.
