i did lots of online shopping with japanese, usa and canadian websites. i dont recommend buying anything from milanoo (chinese fashion site). i had a horrible horrible experience with them! be careful there's lots of dummy sites of them too!

at the time of sale athena piper said i can exchange but no returns. i came back to exchange to different colour, a guy at the shop said i couldnt exchange, so i told him about what athena said, and then he said exchange was only accepted within a week which athena never told me nor stated on the receipt, as if he just came up with the idea of rejecting an exchange. i never opened the product i just wanted different colour, so they dont loose anything. very poor service, poor attitude, poor communication. i dont recommend anyone to shop there.
Unfortunately, my shopping experience with Clobba was unpleasant. I placed an order for a Surface Spell blouse and made a payment by PayPal on May 5th. I e-mailed Clobba to ask my order status when it was getting closer to 45 days since I made the payment. I didn't hear from them before 45 days and I filed a paypal dispute although I didn't want to. I would wait longer if Paypal set longer time period for disputes. On July 10th, Clobba asked if I would close the dispute and make the payment again if they refunded me. I thought it was a great idea and said yes to them. I waited for the refund but it never happened, so I had to keep the dispute open. On July 17th, I heard from Clobba saying they had my blouse ready to be shipped, however they said they wouldn't ship if I don't close the dispute. I was baffled because this situation wouldn't happen if they refunded me like they said they would. They kept my blouse from shipping for another 4 days making me wait even longer and in stead of apology, Clobba even said to me "If you shop from BTSSB, AP and other brand shops, if you file a PayPal dispute, I'm sure they'd put the customer into the black list". I never expected they would bring up "black list" and I was very upset about that. I have shopped online a lot including BTSSB and Moi-meme but I have never been treated like this before. I closed the dispute when they sent me tracking number. I finally got my blouse on August 3rd which is 87 days from the day I made the payment. I don't mind waiting but what annoyed me the most was that Clobba lied about refunding and was rude to me.

The blouse I got was slightly different than the one on Clobba website. Manufacturer changed the lace which caused the exposure of the red ribbon larger than its original. I will never buy from Clobba again as I was disappointed by their poor communication, poor attitude and unstable quality.
The address on their website is in USA however, my order came from Hong Kong and it took 24 days. Their return policy says it has to be made within 15 days from invoice date. How do I make a return within 15 days when it takes 24 days to get the order...? Luckily, I was satisfied with the item I bought so I don't need return it.
I bought a couple of boleros from them and I am very happy with the products they sent me. Quality is as good as I paid (not cheap though) and they look exactly as they discribed and their photos on their website. They are a reputable brand.
Stupidly I bought seven pieces of different clothes from Milanoo without checking their reputations, spending $234.43 in March 2012. I bought a size xs shirt with a corset and the corset part is made of very soft thin fabric, there's no wires and it doesn't have any support at all. The stand collar blouse I bought from them disappointed me greatly as well. Because the collar doesnt stand at all. the lace on the collar is too big and soft. An underskirt that came with a dress has two layers of very flat hard tulle but no lining. It does not give any volume to the dress and it's totally useless.
I was only happy with two items out of seven I bought. Milanoo first declined my request for a partial refund (just for one item of $37.49) saying they did not see any problems in the product. Luckily, I paid by PayPal and I OPENED A DISPUTE THROUGH PAYPAL and Milanoo immediately refunded me. But I will never ever buy from them again.
