I was truly hesitant about this site because of all the reviews. I ordered two Monokini swimsuits and they arrived when I was told they would, which was great. Quality was good BUT, the sizes were all wrong. I ordered two large and one fits like a medium and the other is like an extra small. And I also verified with the site their size chart and based on their site, it should have fit. I was satisfied with one suit, I can still wear it but the other is entirely too small. Disappointed for sure because my trip is coming up in 4 weeks:(

If you really believe that MILANOO is a legitimate site then I really feel sorry for you, as a concern citizen I am sharing how I got screwed by this site, the actual product is NOT as GOOD as it appears online & for the benefit of the doubt try to order anything that you are willing to throw away after receiving and if you have enough $ to waste then you will know what I am talking about, also if you notice why "RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY" Is NOT visible to shoppers? Not cool so my over all rate to this site is one word only " SCAM "
MILANOO.COM. What can i say? Stay away from this site. They are jorrible. I ordered two figures for my husbands bday (hatsune miku). When i finally received my box they just stuffed to two boxes in a small box and they were destroyed. Oh it get better. When i looked at the figures i litterly cried. They were well they are fake. I still jave them because they refuse to give me my money. And good luck trying to get in contact with them. Ive sent email after email no answer. Ive bought many figures before this was my first time i bought a fake one. Picture on website is real figure. Item received@#$&*. Bought the real one at diff site. She is beautiful. Paint job better. I also noticed the boxes they were in also a fake. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. MORE LIKE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. ONE EMAIL RETURNED.

I've just received a lolita dress from Milanoo. I've been into lolita fashion since 2008, so I'm really strict when it comes to fabric and materials quality, and this dress surprised me in a possitive way. The Fabric it's nice and the print clear, the lace of the bottom it's a beautifull broderie.
The only think I didn't like very much it's the lace from the chest, but it's very thin (like 2cm) and unnoticable, but It'd be better if it was crochet or cotton lace.
Overall, I'm incredibly satisfied with this dress!

I like all the clothes on your web site. The ones i bought so far in the past were eye catchers and every one asked me where i bought them from. But i have not luck with the ones with long sleeves because the are normally too small for my arms and it is not funny having to returns this products, This really cost me time and money. I just hate when it does not fit my arms.
The shipping took longer than expected but the items i received were very nice and just like the pictures on the site. Am very happy with the products and hope to buy again from this site:-)

OMG! I really hope i dont have to go through know bs with this company. I recently placed an order for swimsuits and hand bags. Maybe i should have read the HORRIBLE reviews FIRST... NOT THE BOUGHT REVIEWS! Let me just say i will be back to give an update once my shipment is received. I was told 7days. 16days the most. Sooo in my Arnold Schwarzenegger voice"I'll be backk". When i was in search for my wedding dress, it couldnt be just a white dress but had to be my taste... me! I have made a couple of orders from this website, the delivery times have been good both times and the quality of the products I brought is more than I expected. I have ordered bags and a bouquet for my wedding and the quality of them all has been great.
Well, I recently bought some stuff and I can tell you that the quality its going to be bad but that matches the cheap price so i guess that at the end you get what you pay.
They are slow with the delivery and by slow I mean that you dont get your stuff the date you're suposed to, so If I had to order something I would do it with patience and definetly not use the express shipping because your going to pay more for nothing.

It is now day 6 and the milanoo site along with FedEx site say i have about another 5-6 days. I will never order anything from this site again or reference this site to anyone I know.
