I've just received a lolita dress from Milanoo. A velvet and tartan dress, I was afraid of the quality but the dress is really nice, the fabric and the lace are good quality, soft and warm, perfect for winter.
But the construction have a mistake, the straps are very short and make the dress really uncofortable in the armhole area. I'm a taylor so I can fix this really quick, but is a shame that a beautiful dress like this have this error.

I recently recieved my Kanade cosplay [From the anime Angel Beats] and I LOVE it. It was tailor made to my size so it fits like a glove and it even came with a hair peice and under shirt. As well it's made with really durable materials. Shipping was quick and I was happily suprised to find the customer service to be very awesome. Perfect for the cosplayer on a budget <3
I ordered a tailor made costume for my daughter. There is NO WAY this was tailor made to the measurements I sent them. I'm positive someone just pulled it off the shelf. It is 5 sizes too big. I have requested a refund.

I got a super cute printed totebag, the quality is amazing and I got a lot of compliments from my friends. I also got a basic yellow cropped tee, I work very close with fabrics and let me tell you that the tee it's great for the price, soft fabric, vibrant colors and breathable.
I orderderd $350 worth of maternity clothing. I received my shipment to the door which was nice, but after opening the box I was soon dissappointed. Out of at least 15 items I will only be able to wear 3 items. The quality of some items are decent but others are so cheap and aweful. The leggins had one leg 1.5 inches longer than the other, and the maternity jeans have no stretch in the fabric with a very thick and awkward stretchy waistband that will be too big even at 9 months, even though the fit in the leg is good.
I hear from reviews that it is extremely hard to get a refund even if you send everything back within 7 days, so I wont bother wasting more time or money. I am very dissapointed as I was SOO excited to have found this site.
I ordered a lolita dress from Milanoo, and I just love it! I don't regret my purchase. The fit is great, and so is the fabric. The lace is pretty and not scratchy. I had to cut the lacing in front a bit, since it was too long, but now it's fine. The package also got here really fast, which is definitely a plus. :)

I'm happy to say I really did love everything I ordered - plus I got a few things for my mom which she loved as well. I already have my next order ready :)) )). As for the customer service-- although there was a slight language barrier they were very helpful! You guys have to remember not everybody speaks perfect English and I truly think they did a good job on answering all my questions on shipping and measurements (I'm a very short person so sizing is a huge issue with me lol).
Anyway I've heard every kind of story about milanoo and my advice is TRY THEM YOURSELF! I loved my purchase and I'm glad I gave them a chance:)

I am writing this review so that no one else will try to order from this site in case they get lucky and get what they ordered.
I ordered a dress here for my prom.
I ordered it in a size 2 and in the colour white.
When my dress came, not only was it NOT white (it had a pink layer in the skirt), it was also way way wayyyy too long.
Prior to ordering, I asked how long the dress would be and they said 60 cm. The dress I received was nearly 90 cm and there was a 20cm ish difference. As a result of this, I have to get it altered and it's very expensive due to the type of hem. If I was going to have to pay this much for alterations, I might as well have invested in a better quality dress else where.
When I contacted customer service and provided information and photos, they still did not believe me until I showed them an up-close photo of the outrageous length of the dress. They even said that there was NOTHING WRONG with the colour because I ordered white, and the dress was "still white" but had just one layer of pink in it.
They did not even offer a full refund or half a refund and a mere 30% refund.
Do not order from this company. You will not get what you order.

Will NOT order again. People, no matter how nice the stuff online looks, you have been warned... listen to these reviews!
Also, on a side note, I notice that milanoo.com never comments on the positive reviews (probably because they write them themselves) and all of the comments on the bad reviews are basically the same thing reworded over and over again...

I am very pleased with the quality of the Dress I purchased, and it looked just like the picture. However, the size I ordered did not fit me, so I sent them an RMA request (which was difficult to find on their website). I got an email back the very next day (on a sunday!) and they told me that it's best if I DO NOT exchange the item. Now I have to purchase another dress in a different size, and send them back the dress that doesn't fit and this has to be at my own expense. I dislike how hard it is to exchange the clothing! It's not simple! And I don't like that I have to buy another dress. What if this one doesn't fit? Do I have to purchase a 3rd dress with my credit card? I don't think I'll be purchasing any more clothing from Milanoo, because the exchange/refund process is not EASY.

What an awful company! I bought a pair or size 5 boots and after the arrived I could not put my big toe let alone my foot in them. I measured the sole and it measured in at 20.5cm. Size 5 shoes should measure in at 24.5. After speaking with customer services and the conversation lasting well over 2 weeks because of the time zone differences their conclusion was that these are size 5 because the stamp on the size states 240! They then advice I have to pay to get them returned to china at my own cost. Rubbish company! I now have a size 3 pair of stiletto heeled boots which will only fit a child. Would never use the company again and it seems judging by the previous reviews I don't seem to be the only one having size issues with the company. Avoid this company!

I recently bought a men's suit to go to my school prom... I got a jacket. It's a very nice jacket, great quality, and arrived timely, but not what I was expecting. I mainly blame myself because all the other products looked like jackets and I should have asked first, but the picture was full-body and the description clearly said men's "suit". >:(
Another thing is the size. I'm a medium/large female. I looked at the size chart and adjusted accordingly. I even played it safe and ordered larger by making the suit extra large. But, even as an extra large, the jacket seems tight on me. This seems strange because I ordered a full costume from this site previously and ordered larger than that and it seems to fit less.
I'm keeping the jacket because it looks great, it fits ok, and I have enough time before prom to buy the rest of my suit elsewhere. Overall, the quality of the product is great, chic really, but I can't help but feel a little cheated...

I use to rave about this place from my first order, though it took some time to get my packages. The real issue is they are never tru to size anymore I purchased a lolita dress as my first order and it was an XL this last order I ordered a XXL skirt and coat and bothe are to tight I can even get the skirt past my mid thigh its too small. It makes me angry because I spent a lot of money and ordered a size 2 sizes larger then what I am I'm very disapointed and by the reviews its going to be impossible to return them. Now I'm going to have to spend tons of money on alterations so the fit or I'm going to have to try and sell it for a price close enough to the origonal which probabily won't happen. Not ok! If your going to have a size chart make sure its true to what you make!
