Milanoo is great! I bought there Color Eye Shadow Cosmetic Palette and This product is very cheap but it isn´t because of it´s quality. Very intensive colours inside practical box, ideal for travelling an for casual days too. So I recommend this website.

Very happy with my order. I ordered a dress, wig and shoes. I am totally in love with the wig. The wig is so soft. The pig tails that go with it are lovely! When I had the whole outfit on, everyone thought I was a different girl. The dress was very cute and it fit great and came in perfect condition. The shoes are so cute! The shoes were adorable! I am very thankful to Milanoo and I plan to order from them again. Thank you so much!

GREAT MILANOO! There are many online store among them maximum are fraud, scam. There are also some good online store among them milanoo is best in my point of view. I have sweet experience with milano. A few days ago i got a mail from milanoo about cash back. The matter is that i ordered for a bracelet, but milanoo would not able to deliver my order so they repay my bill. Actually they are honest about their business.

I've ordered numerous times from milanoo. Shoes, leggings and purses. I did my research and found both good and bad reviews about the site. I based my purchases on those reviews as well. I'm a medium size lady (between 135-145 pounds, height 5,4) so the leggings I bought fit me just right. If you're larger than that they will be really tight on you. People need to realize this company is from China and the majority of the women there are slim. Measure yourself before you purchase clothes because they offer a sizing chart. I waited 3 to 4 weeks for all the times I bought and this were 3 different purchases. About right since it came from China to the US.

Milanoo may have the dress you want at the price you want, but you must be sure to order weeks or months in advance. Expedited shipping of 3-5 business days may mean 3 weeks from the date you ordered the item.

Customer service is not reachable via e-mail, or online chat. Unless you have a cell phone with an international phone plan, that may be your only option to receive some type of customer service.

After logging in to my account five times, on different days, and setting up a new account, I had no success and received a pop-up window "... account has not been passed the verification...".

The e-mail address they send in your confirmation says "do not reply to this e-mail", however in the next sentence it says "... feel free to contact us via email address... *******@milanoo.com" (which is the same as their sender email). If you do send an email to that address, a reply is sent back in a foreign language (Chinese?). Try to find another email address on their "contact us" page and your search will end as there is no other email.

Try using their online chat feature during their posted hours of operation and you'll wait 30 minutes with nothing more than "... operators are currently assisting others...".

Alas, I have not received my item. I have not received a reply from Milanoo. I am requesting a full refund for the frustration, delayed delivery, and unsatisfactory customer service.

I ordered item *******.
I got tons of nice comments from friends and strangers at the water park. The swim suit wasn't exactly how I thought it would be, but I still like it. For instance, mine had turquoise stripes between the green and the white ones. Good thing turquoise is my favorite color. Also the bows and ruffles were sewn on a bit strangely. The skirted part was also shorter than I would have liked. Still, this is a great swimsuit!

I ordered a few things from milanoo.com. Everything was fine but the Lolita Skirt. The skirt was supposed to be made of cotton. But the skirt i got wasn't made of cotton. I don't know what exactly the skirt is made of but it isn't made of cotton as milanoo said. The skirt looks very stiff. That's very disappointing.

I ordered a dress from Milanoo that was supposed to take 47 days to arrive. It's been 66 days and I haven't gotten a confirmation of shipment yet. I would cancel the payment but PayPal won't allow you to after 45 days. I am really disappointed, and I think this was a scam.
On top of it all I can't log in to Milanoo no matter what I try. I wan't to send them an email with my problem but I can't contact them because of this.

I have heard from other reviews that this website is a scam and, I have to say that I'm starting to agree. Which is sad because the dress I ordered was so pretty but, from what I hear, it probably won't be as great a quality as they say. Going to cancel my order now.

I must admit, I was excited at first to find the dress of my dreams for prom, a month ahead of time. I placed my order and waited in anticipation for the gown to show up. However a whole month and two weeks have passed and no gown. I ended up spending another small fortune to buy another dress that was gorgeous but not the look I was going for. Four days from my prom they eve told me that a message from the manufacturer said it would take 3-5 days to finish making. Its been two weeks since then and still no change in status even though its way past the estimated date of arrival. I've messaged Milanoo at least thirty times as the weeks go by and now I'm contemplating that its just fraud. They haven't kept their word so far and now I'm just wondering if their was never any dress to begin with. One down fall of Milanoo's is that they are not i direct communication with their manufacturers. They should be, all good companies known that to run successfully you need to be able to have contact with whatever companies are involved with yours. Then they tell me I can be refunded, that's another fault of theirs because they will ultimately loose more clients than they make especially by word of mouth. They should keep their promises and put the fire under the bums of the manufacturer. I can definitely say I will never shop here again, and I will warn all my friends never to shop here on the chance that they too will go through the same problem.

Okay, If I had only been scammed it would be one thing, but these people! I didn't even order from their main site I went to lolitashow.com only later did I find out this was one of milanoos many faces. The dress was soo ugly! It was nothing like what was pictured and was not sewn together well. I wondered why there were so many good reviews, and then I noticed the crazy names, weird, incorrect, wording and bad grammar from people who live in the usa. Then I asked some other cosplayers about the site and found out that it was a scam! They write fake reviews, blogs, and have multiple sites! Watch out!

This site looks too good to be true. Items are never that cheap. When I tried to see their return policy, it went to a page saying Norton secured. Not a professional and legit site.
