This site is entirely a SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! They have extremely cheap products, shoes come smelling like glue and heals feel like they will fall off. In order to get $ back, you must pay a restocking fee. Nowhere on the site does it talk about a restocking fee for Shoes. It does for clothes, BUT not for shoes. They won't give you the RMA #, just to prolong the conversation. It's a complete scam! Each pair of shoes costs well over $50.

They should be closed down. This is a scam. I ordered a flapper dress for new years eve on November 16th plenty of time I thought. It's now
January 4th and I have received nothing and their web site is so screwed up it's impossible to find anything. The company has hidden their tracks we'll so no one can contact them and if you do they just give you a run around answer. I hope people see these reviews before buying. Every review I've read is bad.

Jacket ordered in plenty of time for Christmas. Site indicates a 3-7 day shipping period. Was emailed to say jacket had been dispatched on the 6th Dec. 17. Jacket was not received until 3rd Jan '18.The size is not the same as the measurements given for a medium and the collar is not big and fluffy like the picture. Now we have a jacket that is far too small. As it did not arrive in time to be given as a Christmas present another jacket had to be purchased to avoid disappointment. I tried to contact Milanoo several times but only received 1 response asking for the order number which I had given them on every email that I had sent. Shopping online with this company has been a terrible experience, one which I shall never ever repeat. I will make sure that I warn all my family and friends to avoid this site like the plague too!

What I purchased was titled Faux Fur Coat Women Parka Coat Hoodie Oversized Brown Jacket- this item IS NOT a coat. This item is not how it appeared in the pictures whatsoever. It is soft, but it comes in One size. I am 125 lbs and 54 and this light sweater didnt even reach my wrists! But in the pictures before purchasing, it looks huge, baggy, and so cuddly. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. When I had to put in a request to return (because they have to approve it) they advised me to sell it on my own to someone. YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME. Tons of sweaters out there, dont waste your money on this site. I will never use this site again. Oh and they dont allow you to give them a bad rating on the site for any item you purchased; the site will fail the submission when trying to get it to go through. How convenient! I hope theyre shut down soon.

I ordered a jacket for my daughter's birthday. The items took almost a month to arrive after having several items in the order cancelled because they were out of stock.
To cap it all off I was then charged an import duty on top before DHL would deliver the item.
The jacket was too small but I dare not return it because it will cost me to post it all the way back to China and another import duty on top.
Buy from a British company if at all possible, it is far easier!

I purchased a coat that was suppose to be all wool. I used their size chart that was on the product page and according to said size chart it should have been plenty big enough. Close to a month later, after asking for tracking updates (they don't use USPS or anything else that's easily traceable) I finally get the coat only to have it smell awful and fit like a child sized coat. I've started the RMA process only to have them tell me I have to pay return shipping and they're deducting up to 20% of the purchase price from the return. They also neglected to give me an RMA number and stated without that they wouldn't issue a refund at all.

I ordered 2 dresses (one was really expansive). The cheap one was okay, but the other. It was incredible ugly, not like it seemed on the photos. The size was not correct. ANd the worst thing is, that they will not transfer ou all your money, no, just 70%, if you are lucky. But after 3 months I still did nit get it, although I resent them the dress. THe communication is bad (you have to download the app to be able to make an reclamation!) and I am not sure if I will ever get my money back.

I ordered the sweetheart tiered dress for mother of the bride, and when I received it it was the completely wrong color, wrong size and they shipped two dresses in a Fed Ex bag for one shirt - stating they had to ship that do to shipping costs. They were so wrinkled I would have needed to steam them prior to wearing. In addition, when I took them out of the box they smelled so terrible. I tried returning them and was given the run around and told to try and sell them locally. Will never ever purchase anything from them again, and would not recommend it to anyone.

Chose 6 day shipping for a dress for my birthday. Ordered on September 22nd. My birthday was on October 15th. My dress is still (as of October 21st) in transit. Tried to contact customer service about a refund for the shipping considering I paid almost as much for that as I did for the dress and was denied. Do not order from this site unless you have at least a month to wait for your item, and do not bother paying more for quicker shipping. Still haven't received the dress I ordered so I cannot comment on the quality of the product, but it would have to be made of $#*!in diamonds to be worth the wait and what I had to pay to get another dress last minute.

I ordered a coat that came in a wrong size because Chinese XL size is like S/M European size. The coat was also of a very bad quality. The return process is very inconvenient and $#*!ed as you would think with all the modern software and technology. They use European models to hide the identity of their company as well. The product presented online is far from what you will get in reality. They also refused to refund full price because, as they explained, they have to pay for their expenses! Still in the process of battling my money back... DON'T GET INVOLVED, RUBBISH COMPANY!

I ordered a Halloweem costume on September 7th 2017 and the order was to have been shipped in 5-7 days. It's October 12th and I have received 4 emails saying it would be delayed, The first was on September 25th, then October 2nd, 6th, and 10th saying that it was a Chinese Holiday and then asking if I needed it by October 31st. I managed to navigate their screwy website after the first email to respond that I needed it by Oct 20th. They IMMEDIATELY charged me $259 on September 9th but to date I have received nothing but poorly-worded emails. This is clearly a scam and I hope someone will learn from my costly mistake. --Not Costumed in Tucson, AZ
