I spent $150 in some coat and blouse and the material for the worst I ever seen. Sent back my package within the time window and they won't refund me. They stole my money and there's nothing I can do.

The dress I ordered is very cheaply made and is not good quality at all. I decided to return it but the returns process is lengthy and there is a 20% re-stocking fee in addition to tracked return postage (tracked or they won't refund the money). In my case £36 less re-stocking fee of £7.20 and postage of £15.20 left me with £13.60 ish! I decided it wasn't worth the trouble but I will never buy from this company again and I certainly do not recommend it to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a wedding dress that was not custom made. The order was "still processing" when I decided this is not what I wanted so I tried to cancel and that is when the nightmare began. It was EXACTLY 7 days. I read the cancellation policy so I understood I would not get a full refund. When I tried to cancel they informed me I was ONE HOUR past the 7 days so therefore I will not receive a refund at all.

I placed an order dec 8th 2017 for tall black patent leather boot which took me 2 mos to receive feb 8 2018. When I went to open the box not only were the boots cheap looking they were not even close to the way the picture on website. I am so got dam mad please people do not order anything from the site they are frauds and I have discovered other people saying the same. To wait this long for some cheap bull$#*! is beyond me I am Livid to say the least. Milanoo they suck!

I ordered a coat size Xl and it fit as an M. No need to mention it diesnt look like the pic at all. Lowest quailty ever at high price. Item smell like a dead cat. Ibhad to pay to be delivered to UK and paid a plus for importation charges. I doubt I can return tgis $#*! Item that doesn't even fit me.

This company is a scam. I cancelled my order within minutes of placing it. Received a fake service department reply, stating that since it was over 24 hours since I placed order, they would not refund my money. Every 'reply' link on the email was either broken, or it pointed back to their homepage. There is no way to carry on a dialogue with their service department. I have disputed the charges with PayPal and will probably eventually get my money back through Fraud Department with PayPal, but it's been a nightmare. Avoid these people at all costs.

DON'T BUY FROM MILANOO

They do not honor their policy of refunding the cost of the dress and cover the return postage, since they sent the wrong size. It was their fault but they will not do anything about it other than offer an 80% refund and will not pay return postage which is more than the dress is worth shipping from U.S. to China ($350). They can send to U.S. for cheap ($30) but from U.S. to China is ridiculously high. I am stuck with a size 6 dress when I ordered a size 16. I may be able to sell it on-line but I am taking a huge loss. Do not buy from this company.

Never order from this site. The coat I ordered does not button up. When I asked for a refund they told me i had to pay for shipping and that there was a 20% re-stocking fee even though it was a quality issue on their end. They were not willing to compromise or come up with a good solution.

Horrible

Its been a month and no signs of my jacket, I emailed them several times and no response. I wish I would of read the reviews beforehand. Here I am -$55 and no winter jacket. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE total waste of time.

Coat was too small, sent pictures proving this, color was more pink than ivory and then they want me to pay return shipping(their mistake) plus 20% off the purchase price.

I ordered a wedding dress from them, was really hesitant because of the reviews but I fell in love with it and couldnt find the dress anywhere else, its worth the gamble my dress was $350 and it came so quickly, and was really good quality, sizing was true, it will need a couple of minor alterations its a little to long for me but overall Im really surprised and happy with it.

False advertising

I ordered what we supposed to be a suede shearling ladies motorcycle jacket from Milanoo I ordered a size large which turned out to be too small for me. Instead of returning it I gifted it to one of my daughters. I've then turned around and ordered myself another jacket same type in a size extra large what we supposed to take 2 weeks took a month when the item finally arrived it is not suede at all. The first item was suede and I got it from a different distributor. The second jacket which was supposed to be the same item although from a different distributor was not suede. I am very disappointed in Milanoo and I will not be ordering from there anymore and I plan on telling all my friends not to order from there as well.

I've never heard of sending pictures to prove something doesn't fit. This was a first for me. Coupled by the fact that it ran 2 sizes smaller than the size chart indicated. But being the good sport I am, I relented and sent the pictures and felt a bit foolish in hopes of getting a refund. Will let you know if they decide to give me even a partial refund. I personally would not do business with people like this.

I wear a size 1x and I ordered a 3x but the coat fits like a small. Its not even a coat as advertised its a thin jacket. I can't submit a RMA (a return form) because all of a sudden my item isnt appicable for returns or even exchanges! Yet thats the only response Im getting repeatedly. To fill out the form. I spent $55 on a 3x winter coat but I got was a small thin jacket. Such a waste... And yeah the shipments come from China so it takes nearly forever to get items.

Do not purchase from this website! Purchased a jacket that was faulty (zip was broken) and they tried to offer me a coupon as an alternative, once I declined they kept making excuses not to give me a "RMA" form. Cheap quality clothes, no tags on them, too small, terrible quality and more importantly, shocking customer service! This website should be closed down! It is a complete scam!
