So I bought a dress that came in cheaply made and wanted to return it. They are charging me a 20% fee for restocking, when I bough INSURANCE on it. Also they are expecting me to return the product out of my own pocket. I can't find a specific number to call or anything that is English not Chinese. Horrible company, save yourself and buy somewhere else.

They shipped the wrong size and color. Charged my credit card 2 weeks prior to shipping. I received garbage almost a month after ordering. Now they refuse to give refund and want to charge return shipping and restocking fee for not shipping me the wrong item. Milanoo are criminals should be put in jail

I purchased three pair of jeans from the company once received I tried them on they did not fit or look as advertised. I returned the products as request paying extra for shipping and until this day I have not received my funds.

Now they are saying they gave me one address and I have the email with another address for returns. Please be careful of foreign companies when purchasing.

If you read the terms and conditions they have it ALL covered. By purchasing from them you are agreeing that the items you are purchasing may be a different size to the one you ordered. They may have an odour, they may be stained or frayed, the buttons may not work, the pattern, colour and design might be different but this does not qualify you for a refund. The terms and conditions are something to behold! You cannot cancel an order without paying 50%. The only positive is that the customer service has been promt, i'll give them that.
AVOID.

Everything about this dress was better than expected even with the positive reviews. The dress arrived before I expected, which was fortunate for me. It fit nicely, was high quality in terms of fabric and was well received by family, friends and most importantly my partner (now husband)!

Good surprise for the quality, well as the photo. I had consulted the table before ordering the size (XL), but as I have a good chest, I think the lace part is a little too small and suddenly, the dress does not make me a beautiful silhouette, it does not mark the size (but the start of the pink part starts at the ribs), which is a pity. It would miss about 5/6 cm of lace.

Embarassing!

Taken from the irresistible offer I bought 3 pairs of shoes (total order over 200). They arrived with over a month of delay. A couple broke after 20 minutes (value 90). They did not want to refound me because "the sole is dirty, you used the shoes". According to them, what did I buy you to do? To hang them in the hall?
I opened the dispute with Paypal, (first time in my life!)... Let's see how it ends.

If it looks too good to be true... it probably is, which it is in this case.
I just spent about $300 there (stupid me) and everything I received (with the exception of a few pieces of costume jewelry) were cheaply made, too big, too small, or the material looked as if it were just ripped off a bolt of material. The worst workmanship I've ever seen! If that weren't enough, it takes a month+ to receive your items. You cannot contact them and FORGET ever getting your money back! They will do whatever it takes to give you your RMA#. They want full descriptions on what you're sending back AND photos. I mean, what company does that? Then they charge a 15% restocking fee on EACH item. My God! Never Again!

I got a shirt of my size but the pockets were way to high, shoulders narrow. It just didn't fit a white tall girl body. At best it would have fit a small boned but fat Asian girl.
Then, I wanted to return the item. In the USA this is straight forward. With Milanoo it is a drag. Emailing back and forth - do you really really want to return, yes, no? Then, ok, you can return, but we will charge you 20% restocking fee.
I am still waiting to see who will pay for the shipping. This process has been going on for more than 2 weeks now.
The shirt I got was made in China. I really hope they won't suggest that I ship this back to China at my own expense and with tracking, which would cost more than the shirt itself.

End result --- don't shop at Milanoo. CHEAP people and cheap products. RETURN policy is bad. Be ready to lose your money.

I payed 35$+10$ shipment on two dresses that were too big.
I've have to pay an extra 12$ for return shipment and they charged me 15% for "restocking." ended up all in getting only half my money back for nothing. This company is a joke

I have never seen a site with mostly negative reviews. I believe my story takes the cake. In November '17, I ordered a mens' fur coat and a leather jacket(black). Keep in mind I'm six feet tall. They sent a womens' fur coat small and a small brown leather jacket. When I requested a RMA the email stated someone would contact me. I emailed again within two weeks and was told my RMA is closed. I am out close to $200. What can I do?

ONE STAR IS TOO MANY. Worst company ever, sent me wrong item. I tried to return it. They recommended I try to sell it locally because shipping costs are so high and yes I had to pay the shipping costs. To add insult to injury they charge a re-stocking fee. I still have the item, because it would have cost more to return it than my refund would have been. WORST COMPANY EVER.

Not too long ago, I ordered a beautiful blonde wig from Milanoo which looked perfect for my cosplay. It had the side bangs, it was very stylish and all at a very reasonable price. When it arrived in the mail (over a month later), the wig was a mess! It was just hair threaded together and didn't look anything like the one I saw on the mannequin's picture. On top of that the wig kept sliding off, it was too small for my head and you could see the material and my black hair from underneath the wig since it was so thin. Other sites may be more expensive but at least their wigs are better quality, so much for saving money. Will not ever buy from this site again.

Plus 50% cancellation fee. Total Scam. Their Motto is Customer first. They must be the customer. We ordered an outfit 3 weeks before an event and paid an extra $20 for overnight shipping. When we went to review our order in spite of the express shipping fee we wouldn't get our order for 7 weeks. Then we cancelled order in exchange for other Items. Charged a 10% restocking fee on our order and the shipping of $20.00 for express shipping was gone. Complete Scam. Now of the $96.00 paid to the company we will only get $33.00 back. Scam.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter for her prom. Got them, they were too bid, and very cheaply made, felt like plastic. I tried returning them and could not even find the order to request an RMA. I contacted Milanoo "8" different times, telling them it would not pull up for me to request the RMA and EVERY TIME they sent back the same response telling me to pull up the order and file for the RMA! They were TERRIBLE TO DEAL WITH! At one point they told me it was too late to return, which I know they were hoping time would run out so they could say that! TERRIBLE!

I ordered a coat from Milanoo before Christmas. I had no idea the company was in China. It took 7 weeks for my coat to arrive and when it finally came it was so ugly. It looked like a bathrobe. The sleeves were too short and it looked nothing like the photo. When I tried to return the coat, they told me it would be better for me to try to sell it myself because I would have to pay to ship it to China and then they have to pay fees and so they would not refund me very much on the coat at all. The coat was $100. So I just threw $100 in the trash basically. I am going to donate it to charity but I can't imagine anyone using for anything other than a bathrobe.
Please do not order from them. I have never had a worse online shopping experience!

I got charged twice. The first time, they said there was a problem with the payment, which I fell for. They promise a refund (months ago, still waiting). The leather jacket I purchased needed changing for the next size up, and they refused! Dont give these scumbags any business whatsoever. I wish a 0 rating was an option. They dont even deserve a 1

I did not listen to the reviews and the dress I ordered was cheap and did not look like photos at all! When I tried to return it I had weeks of back and forth emails to get a return number- which I never got. They demand the highest return with signing and notifications and also take off a 20% fee. I wish I listened to the bad reviews because they are all true. The good reviews must be from people in this company because I cannot imagine anyone in United States feeling positive about the low quality and difficult/ frustrating return process. It was a big waste of money and time. I intend to report them to PayPal.
