Enough of Microsoft

It is one of the worst American corporations. Try to make live contact with Microsoft to realize that nobody is interested in talking to you. The intend is to sell their products and vanish. Hopefully soon we will get some competitive software and Microsoft will hit the dust.

Disgraceful
September 15, 2020

I was sold a faulty product within warranty, microsoft would not refund me. I was passed around from employee to employee for a month only to be told there's nothing they can do. DO NOT buy with microsoft the way I have been treated is absolutely disgraceful I even bought a membership. They were very happy to take my money but when I asked for it back they told me they couldn't care less about me.

I'm a Microsoft MSE since Win95. Microsoft like Apple is not innovative. It's the same old thing and they can make money on it so why innovate. Most Windows 10 users find Windows 11 a pain. I use Ubuntu.

There's a headline for you microsoft, from the demonic undertone to most of their games they've been publishing to the getting booted from lfg for mentioning anything about God this company is more than disgusting. Make no mistake, they have some sort of agenda that you know nothing about until you get into it, this company will screw you over in an instant if you don't follow their lgbtq whatever theme. And if you say different? Kick rocks. Microsoft has fallen for money and other motives we have yet to fully reveal. Totally disgusted with this company at the moment. Doesn't look like it's going to change.

Don't wait your money on this p. O. s. Controller. I bought mine on Amazon, then started to get stick drift on L thumbstick. Get online to find my warrant expired before I bought the controller... GREAT! So I do some work to alleviate stick drift. It works... now RB double taps. 3 days later A double taps. So I deal with it... not happy but I deal with it. Then it falls out of my lap onto a carpeted floor and the R trigger breaks and is now stuck in. Are you serious?!?! I've thrown xbox controllers across the room at full force only to pick them up and play again. This p. O. s. Can't fall from 2 ft?!? Wtf? I expect more for my money and I'm honestly done with xbox/Microsoft and will trash talk them as much as I can. Hey Microsoft... go $#*! yourself!

Windows 10

This is more a review of windows 10, not Microsoft as such.

Windows 10 has bugs. It doesn't work the way Android does. It has performance issues. On simpler laptops it struggles.

It is less prone to crashes than earlier versions, but it is still behind Android.

Over 22 years of using microsoft windows, out of several thousand interactions I have had only 2 (two) that I say are satisfactory - two encounters out of 21,000 that I would rate a 3.5. Overall less than 1 Star.
20,998 negative vs 2 at 3.5. Daily in using my up-to-date descktop, laptops and tablets at least 2 - 3 times daily Microsoft's misleading and intrusive prompts hinder my work-concentration and make my work life worse by prompting NOT a good helpful response but anoyance, frustration and lack of being able to stop Microsoft's most interfering M.O. - Method of Operations.

I have seen their recent update that was back in the previous month where they are trying to expierement with the embedding of their own "chatgpt", don't remember how it's called, but it serves as a help for a user which can literally do everything for you.
Recent times microsoft started to delight me by the updates, earlier there were dry security updates and some minor fixes, but now it seems to me they are really doing their best to deliver quality solution.

Really this is ridiculous

I had an update all fine and dandy but they deleted my computers bios and trackpad causing track pad not to respond during a critical job.
2- another problem same computer auto updates and randomly restarts in the middle of a job.
3. After recent update or progress it hid or deleted an admin user profile looked in cmd net user. So now the password doesn't register unless I go into the hidden restore menu of holding down shift and restarting the computer

I remember when microsoft products were actually good and usable.until windows 7 was released. Ever sice then microsoft has been a nightmare. Interface is impossible to use on every device and you have to through 10 million settings to fin the one you looking for. Then when windows 10 came out microsoft began charging fees for every individual feature. Microsoft office? 10$ a month one drive storage? 20$ a month. Dont even try storing anything on your hard drive it wont even let you do that anymore. It honestly amazes me microsoft still sells anything when i can use google docs,sheets,etc for free. On top of that the build quality of all the laptops is garbadge. Flimsy junk that falls apart after a year

Ordered 365 for my business. Could not get it to accept my information. Diego tried helping me but needed help from another department due to past account was stopping new account. A week later still no 365. Asked for them to cancel my order. They charged my cc anyway. When I complained I was sent email stating I need to sign in and cancel order...I would if I could-the reason I am canceling is because I CANT get in to set acct up. Never will I do business with this company again! I have disputed charges with cc but its been weeks and they have not responded to them.

Xbox gaming system

Microsft. You should be ashamed that youve let yourself go this much. You care about quantity over quality and it is disgusting. Ive had many xbox one remotes brake. You will not cover them when waranty is still in affect and made the them as cheap as you can. Sucks to be you though with your 80 dollar remotes im buying mine from another company that dose care about their customers.

I went to Microsoft live chat. I told them the problem, and then they go "for your experience, please tell us your name and phone number." Why do they need your name, never mind asking for your phone number. Horrible company.

The fact that I just had to enter a bunch of very personal information to recover my account, received a code to another email etc and I still can't even set the new password? This is ridiculous, felt very invasive, and was ultimately completely unhelpful. I'm literally just trying to create an account to something else entirely, so I can do schoolwork, and now I'm on a whole other mission. This is the dumbest system I've ever experienced, and I wish that that was a joke.

Horrible!

I purchased Microsoft Family in March of 2021. When I try to use it, I get a message saying it's time to renew my subscription and that it expired the same same day I purchased it. I've been dealing with this problem for a week and Microsoft says "it's under investigation "

Microsoft let down

I've been a Microsoft fan since launch. Never had a defective product, or return. Super satisfied customer, even bought Every, Single, Console... However, today I was disappointed to find out that my new Xbox one x (which I had for just a couple of years) could not be fixed for its hdmi output system error because it was "out of warranty"... They couldn't do anything but charge me 300 bucks to fix it... Could you believe being a member for over a decade and having zero customer support? I was so disappointed... $#*! Microsoft, I will never buy any of their products, and will devote my life to talk crap about them as long as I live. I stayed in line at midnight for this stupid console launch and they couldn't do a freaking thing? Not even a discount? Man, I couldn't believe it... I swear I will do everything I can to hurt them in their pocket for a lousy 300 buck charge... I will cost them a thousand fold for neglecting a loyal customer...

Sincerely the giant microsoft killer...

Microsoft is so bad
July 17, 2023

I have a surface 8 pro. I bought it 1 year ago. 3 months ago the surface keyboard stopped working during my exam period. I could not use the computer at all. I finally sent it in to fix it because it was under warranty and they sent me back a different computer with scratches on the back of it and the keyboard still doesn't work. What a joke. You can't even call them because any assistance is unavailable. They say that you have to call back during business hours and funnily enough it is during business hours. Joke of a company and a complete scam.

Purchased Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016 which include Skype for business. Absolutely no human support for Skype for Business when purchase and installed. Spent 5 hours researching solutions to fix the problem, but nothing worked. Called technical support and they said they did not support the product. If you going to sell a product and not support the install - shame on you! Hell has a place for you.
