Bought a few dresses here and I love the green dress the most, It's amazing for its price, lace detail is very nice and the whole look stands out. Love the green pearl look button, very pretty. Dress is a bit stretchy so fits well. Make sure to read the measurements of various sizes very carefully. Because this dress is pretty long, so perfect for tall people as is, may needd slight alteration for short people.

None of the clothes fit properly so in addition to paying for them, I have to get them altered. For the price, I expected much better products, and even better service. Will not be buying from them again anytime soon1

Finally ordered a couple dresses and shirts I've been eyeing for quite a while, only to find that the quality is awful, the material cheap and different from pictures shown, and return policy is not only expensive, but a hassle to get through. None of the clothes fit properly so in addition to paying for them, I have to get them altered. For the price, I expected much better products, and even better service. Will not be buying from them again anytime soon1

I am in shock that a company like this still exists. Dress is nothing like in the picture. BTW... all their photos look like they are stock images.

Also, if a dress doesn't fit or feels to big, you have to return it to China and pay for shipping.

Take note.

Also, check out the other review from the reviewer below. It's for another shady company from China. Probably the same people.

There is no customer service. A customer service representative "will usually get back to you in a couple of hours"... this is an one line chat." Their phone number is an international phone number and there is no way to cancel an order, unlike Amazon. I was charged for an item that I immediately had emailed to cancel based on their reputation. Still waiting to get an explanation of that. This is not a business you can be comfortable dealing with.

This is the worst boutique to buy anything. Absolute waste of money! The products no where resemble what is shown in the picture. I had my eyes on an absolute gorgeous dress, and when the order came, it was hideous. It's made of cheap quality material and I looked like a clown. No one should ever buy from this website, ever!

Please note: even the stock reply is misleading! It is not at all evident on the website that returns are to China or that the company is based there- have a look for yourself. The only company address is a UK address in London. Their supposed screen shot does not exist. They intentionally hide that you will end up paying a fortune to return. My order number is *******. They even asked me if I'd maybe want to give items as gifts because on their own admission return is expensive!

Absolute scam- do NOT buy from this company! They fail to disclose that the cost to return is pay to ship items via tracked mail to CHINA! Absolutely ridiculous. Items are poor quality, cheap fabrics and not what you think they are going to be like from the pictures on the website. This is not an ethical business.

If you order something that does not fit and want to return it, it's impossible to return their clothes. Most online clothing stores enable access to a return receipt mailing label but with Metisu you have to send them a message and wait for days/weeks before they reply.

Also, you have to ship it back to China which is actually more expensive than the dresses. I don't have a problem with the quality but their sizing is off. Their clothes run very small. I won't ever order from them again.

Jumpsuit I ordered was not true to size, way too small, bad quality and overpriced. Return is not possible, shipping cost more than actual jumpsuit. Items looks good on the pictures, but prepare to be disappointed when you will get it. I am not recommending to have a deal with Métisu

I wish I would've listened to all the reviews I read because they are true. The measurements, quality and customer service is awful. The fabric stinks, I swear it smelt like fish when I opened the package. It's cheaply made and basically impossible to return anything, You have to email them multiple times in hopes that they respond and give you the address to mail it back, and then you also have to pay for shipping to CHINA! Which is not cheap. Do NOT shop here.

The quality of the cloth and dress isnt worth it for the price paid. I have tried so many websites but this brand and industry just doesnt give it. Shipping it back is so expensive since the location to ship back is China which would be a 15$ shipping for a 50$ dress, i am just letting my dress be with me but this is for future buyers

I bought several dresses from Metisu over $300. None of the dresses fit properly but one. Two of the dresses were obviously for people of short status. The waste came under my breast. I called and told them about the disappointment and was told I would have to pay a large amount of money to return them and that I would not be able to get a refund. I was so disappointed but I WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM AND YOU SHOULD NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

1. Terribly made. Dresses look really nice in the pictures but in real life, terrible quality!
2. Customer service won't budge to help you out in any positive way!
3. $$$ Returns are very expensive, China is where you ship back. Look at reviews here and yes, it is highly probable you wont see any refund ever!
4. Quality issues do not matter, they do NOTHING!
5. PayPal resolution does not care even when items are not as described (issues w/ quality) so, you are at a loss of $ and time!
6. Scam/Fraud company in my opinion.

It's taken me nearly a full month and 4 angry emails to have them finally PROCESS AND SHIP the package. When I got fed up and told them to just cancel my order, that's when they finally decided to ship it out (Even when I told them explicitly to cancel the order). Terrible customer service somewhere in China. Do not buy from Metisu.

I've read the reviews prior braving myself to place an order... It's the worse decision I've ever made. Should have trusted my gut feeling & acknowledged other reviews of the poor quality of the products & communication. I was keen to receive my order but stunned with disappointment of the poor quality & fit. The company did not respond to my message of wanting to refund the parcel. I'm stuck with 2 expensive dresses. Warning to all who wants to order from metisu... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

I will not be buying from Metisu again. And I will be reviewing Metisu on websites to tell others about the shipping. When I purchased the dresses, it said free shipping if my order was over 100. It did not say one way. It cost 70.75 to return the dresses that neither one fit. My order was 119 total. I was only offered a $17 refund. It is a horrible refund. But this is horrible company policy.

Also, the dresses were decent material, but did not fit. I carefully followed the chart and both dresses, different styles. Did not fit.

This company has less than poor customer service. The dress I ordered was too small in the arm holes but the rest of the dress fit fine. After tons of delayed emails (it took them DAYS to reply to emails) they decided that they would not pay for return or exchange shipping because the problem was with me and not their dress!

They DO NOT have an American address, only one in China and they told me that I "didn't need to add tracking if it was too expensive" for me. Thats ANOTHER red flag - they will probably say they never received the dress back and avoid giving me a refund!

I will be reporting this company and placing reviews everywhere I can so that they are exposed for what they are.

AVOID AT ALL COST. The dresses I received are such "good" material that my son asked where I go the kite from. Cheap, cheap, cheap polyester that would be wasted on a kite, actually. And the customer needs to pay for return? To China? I have NEVER had such a bad experience buying online. Awful awful awful.

Very low quality products. The products smell very badly, like the clothes have been inside of a very humid warehouse. The fabrics are very cheap, I definitely paid a very high amount of money for the quality. I wanted to return one item at least but the shipping cost was almost equal to the price, hence not worth it and a waste.

I ordered a dress and it came with a wrong size, I contacted the company to return and they tried to offer me 20% for next order but I can't wear it because it's too small so I have to return with my own cost but I never received a refund for it. They ignored my email after this, never heard from them again It was worst experience shopping I ever dealt with.

Buyer beware, company is from China and their products are sub-par to say the least! They are cheap fabrics, flammable, they smell like plastic, and their sizing wouldn't fit a Barbie doll! Beware all the "positive" ratings you may see! They are fake! This company is a scam and they have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau!

Spent $400. Order came nearly one month later with three items missing. Hassle to try to get authorization for return. And then I have to pay for return... nearly same cost as items. Do NOT buy from this company if you are based in the US.

Metisu is awful! The shipping took forever, which is fine, but the clothes were AWFUL. They didn't fit properly, were a very cheap material, and didn't look at all like the clothing in the pictures. When I asked for a refund, they said I had to pay for very high shipping to China, and that it wasn't worth it. Who does that?! If it's too cheap to be true, it's too cheap to be true. DO NOT BUY. I wasted $100 here.

I wrote not applicable for returns because they make it so difficult for you, you can't even return!!!

Generally speaking, the Processing Time is 1-5 working days and the Shipping Time depends on the shipping method you choose. The items I ordered did not fit the description that was given on the website. A midi dress was above the knee. They make it impossible to return. I went to the post office to return it and the postal worker said, "I wouldn't mail this if I were you. We see this all the time. They claim they never get your package and you never see a refund." It is a scam.
