There is no customer service. A customer service representative "will usually get back to you in a couple of hours"... this is an one line chat." Their phone number is an international phone number and there is no way to cancel an order, unlike Amazon. I was charged for an item that I immediately had emailed to cancel based on their reputation. Still waiting to get an explanation of that. This is not a business you can be comfortable dealing with.
