Paying for the coat was very cumbersome. It was difficult for them to accept that the address of the credit card was different from the shipping address. But that is how it goes when i need the coat in Norway and they do not ship to Europe and I fortunately have a sister in New York. However, the coat looked nice until you discover faulty sowing. The label says Ralph Laurel, but no information on what the material really is? Very suspicious! It looks like a Chinese copy and not the real thing.

I purchased a pair of shoes from them for a very important event I had to attend. First, they never came…even though the tracking number through fed ex (I hate fed ex…they are the worst) states that they did. I called fed ex…long story short. They told me that my address didn't match up to the address on my package. So I attempted to contact Mens USA several times. I haven't heard from them yet. Needless to say, I didn't never got my shoes for the event.

They ignore your phone calls and emails, no correspondence with tracking number information. The have a returned suit I sent back 2 weeks ago, still, no email, no one to talk to. I might have to make a special trip to them to get my suit, even at the cost of things today and file a lawsuit. When I was able to talk to someone, I asked for a manager or supervisor, but was told there was no one.

Commie's USA is a bunch of lying, deceitful, backstabbing crooks. The rating is a lie. 1. They are in China, the USA address is a PO box. 2. They don't respond to emails. 3. They don't send you a tracking number. 4. The product is NOT what they promise. (Wrong size, wrong color, wrong fabric) 5. It is impossible to return. 6. It is impossible to get your money back. 7. I can't even get it resolved through AMEX! 8. Save time and flush your money down the toilet!

Ordered what was pictured as a bright Green vest and pants for kid's prom, as well as a solid color shirt that should have been "free" as advertised.
What was delivered was nearly black it was so dark. Shirt didn't arrive until a week after the vest and pants, too late for prom.
Contacted this scam company to complain about the vest and pants, they offered to let me keep them with a 30% discount. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me since the wrong thing, even discounted, is still the wrong thing!
They then insisted that they sent everything exactly as ordered, even though the description clearly states "GREEN"
Return policy is a joke, they charge you for returns even if it is clearly their error.
This company is clearly a fraud and has many other shell sites as well, so beware in dealing with them or any others like them.

Ordered a suit came in a size to large, ordered reg suit came in a long, the suit is horrible, not worth time trying to send back according to reviews. I will never buy from them again, after speaking with my tailor it would cost 200 to get this suit fixed to size. I received this suit 08/05/2022 size tag was marked out and a sticker placed over for right size just unbelievable. Their merchandise is trash. *******268 leave voicemail I'll call you back.

The fake reviews here are so obvious... same posting by different names. Just search the word "buddy" on this page and you'll see multiple duplicate postings by different names. Consumers are far too saavy these days for this type of business practice.

Was just curious to see if I made the right choice by walking out of this garage sale looking store. Actually I know I did! I found a beautiful deep blue velvet blazer at Macys for half the price they wanted for a similar blazer but theirs felt like it was lined with cardboard and looked like it was dug out of a trunk at a flea market. You can see the difference in the pics I posted.
The salesman with a girls scarf is rude, dismissive and arrogant. Its a shame that another company with potential is going to kill itself, but you get what you deserve.
And YES... SIR... despite your incredulity that I said I saw a nicer blazer for less $$ at Macys, the proof is in the pics... I paid $69.99 for that beautiful, soft plush blazer at Macys!

I placed an order for a specific item that my husband was fitted for and they sent me an "upgrade" which I didn't authorize or ask for. The item was similar in style but several sizes too big. I was able to return the item but I had to come out of pocket for shipping and handling. Plus it's been several weeks and I still have not received a refund.

After being invited to my office party, I was wondering where to visit for the most appropriate clothes for the party. I was searching for a list of pamphlets and found mens usa. Just wished into their store last week. I made a purchase from MensUSA the store had an elegant lighting right up in the front door. This time that same place was marked by the best clothes for this season. I tried some of them on and immediately found they were elegant and comfy. It was a golden favorable among my friends. MensUSA redefined my personality impressive with their dress. The party was a grand success and my dress was really awesome. Thanks Mens usa.

Don't throw your money here, no refund no return no customer service line no email replies. Plus items descriptions don't match at all... their reviews are unfortunately all scam, you can go through real reviews on other websites but not their site!

I will make this brief. My son wasn't able to have a suit to wear for graduation because they lied to me. They are so unprofessional. They will send you off and you won't get returns. Please be careful this place is a fraud. I never write reviews about companys but this by far is my worst experience. I wish I had read these reviews. If I could give it no stars by God I would.

I ordered a product, and received the wrong product. After calling and receiving horrible customer service, I finally received an email that the product I ordered is not available. They are now saying they will only give me a $40 refund after I spent $169! This is a horrible company and I advise to never purchase anything from them. I'm preparing to pursue legal action because this is was a part of my wedding budget, and I need my money back to actually get a tuxedo I want for my wedding.

Instead of being notified that my item was unavailable, it was substituted for something similar. Item was not what I ordered. I received a different brand, finish, and a darker color than ordered. Apparently, automatic substitution is normal with this company, as the response I received from the company was that I received the correct item.

I feel like these people sent me a jacket close to the one I ordered hoping I would be ok with it but, when I was not they tried to discount the jacket and me keep it. When that didn't work after the return they charge me a fee for their error which I am sure they were aware of in order to get something out of the transaction. I would strongly suggest being careful with these people doing business. This is the 2nd time they got me on the same con job. Will never do business with these characters ever again.
