First I will comment about the positive. If you are buying wool suit, you are going to get very good quality. What I received is good quality, I don't know if all are as good.
The reason I headlined this as "Buyer be Ware," is because not everything is as it seems.
The first time I ordered I ordered a 3-button vested suit, and waited for 2 weeks only to find out that they didn't have that and had to order something else. I then ordered a two-button vested suit with double reverse pleated pants. This was based on the picture of the suit being worn by a model. The first problem is that they didn't bother to tell you if the pants were truly pleated or if they were flat front. I assumed they would be pleated as in the picture. Well, the suit arrived and looked pretty good, however, the pants were flat front and I just do not wear flat-front pants. I can't stand them. I informed them of this and wanted to return them with my statement that I cannot and will not wear flat-front pants. Instead of letting me know what the procedure was for returning them, they wanted to negotiate with me to refund $40 to have me keep them. I wouldn't keep the suit if they gave me the suit for free. That wasted another two days until they sent instructions. For their mistake, they wanted to charge me $25 to do the exchange. How's that for 100% satisfaction? I sent back the suit just as it came in the original box with all the tags intact. I also had to pay for shipping to return it to them, another disappointment.
I ordered the exchange and had them charge my account (I needed a suit) and I ordered my first choice and a second choice in the event the first wasn't available due to out-of-stock condition. I ordered a light gray two-button single-breasted vest with pleated pants. I also sent them a picture of how the suit appears in the advertisement. Even though the description stated that it was a two-button singlei-vested suit, What they sent me was a dark charcoal one-button, double-breasted vest suit. The only thing they got right, was that the pants are pleated.
So, buyer beware means that you may get what is advertised or you may get something that is similar but not what you wanted in the first place. I have tried contacting them, no response. I have written an email with this precise information. They must be ignoring me because I have yet to receive a response from them.
Just be award that you might not get what you thought you ordered.
I purchased the suit in spite of the fact they did not send the suit in the picture of their advertisement. The return policy is a hassle and I settled but will never buy from them again
I gave this this company 1 star only because I think they have fine products at reasonable prices. Zero stars for customer service. I purchased a top coat from them recently. I really liked the coat coat but despite that I ordered my usual size, it seemed to be cut a little large & would have required considerable tailoring. I returned it at my expense plus $25 as I had received free shipping (nearly $60 total or 30% of what I paid for the coat) to exchange it for a smaller size. When I received the new coat it was the same size as the one I returned. Okay mistakes happen. When I contacted them about their error, they refused to pay for return shipping & after several emails back & forth the solution they offered was to give me a $70 credit & I could keep the coat or return it ( again at my expense) for a full refund less a restocking fee. Can you imagine that they would think that having a coat that I would have $160 invested in but couldn't wear or that I could have nothing after an investment of $90+ would make me a happy customer? Yet they have the nerve to say this on their website: "If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality, fit, or fabric of your suit you can return it for a full refund!
We feel compelled and responsible to give you the best customer service. If you don't want to pay those silly prices at the malls, just let MensUSA.com take care of you and we promise you will become a regular customer! "
While I cannot provide any pictures or a receipt as proof of my purchase, here is an example of one of my exchanges with them.
The correct item was NOT shipped. You sent the same size that I returned though I indicated that I needed a smaller size.

Your return policy is clear except that it doesn't indicate how things are handled when you send the wrong item. (which you have)
In reading the policy it appears that you could have sent me a tuxedo instead of a top coat & I would have to pay return shipping & a restocking fee unless I decided to keep it or you could have sent any size top coat that you wanted to stuff into a box instead of the size I ordered & I would have to pay return shipping & a restocking fee unless I wanted to keep it.

I called to inquire about an order that had to be special made. The order was done in April and I was told it would be to me mid June. Now it is the end of June. When I called I got Stacy on the phone who claimed to be a supervisor. Stacy the supervisor started yelling at me and would not allow me to speak with anyone else. She continued to over talk me about a pair of shoes that had to be custom made for my wedding in October. She continued to be rude and yelled at me. Then she hung up the phone on me. I will never do business with this company again and that girl needs to be fired immediately. My name is Jessica Yates and my order number is e5c4b8c08d4d4d5facced01a8045b793. I really hope someone else can help me with this because she has no business working in customer service at any place of business.

If you are looking for a tuxedo and have a ton of time and money to waste, then by all means order from this company. However, if you are like the rest of us, who value our time and money, then DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, no matter how cool the tuxedo looks online.
I purchased a tuxedo on 09 DEC 21 for my wedding that was set to occur aboard a cruise ship. The ship departs on 10 JAN 22, so I figured I had plenty of time to get the tuxedo ordered and tailored before the ship was set to depart.
I ordered the tuxedo online for $180 with free shipping. Their standard shipping was 3-5 days, which I thought was fine. I ordered a 34 Short, what they sent was a 34 Regular. I received the original order on 14 DEC 21.
On 15 DEC 21, I emailed the returns department, they told me that as soon as I provided a tracking number that the tuxedo had been sent back to them, they would ship out the exchange. I did try the tuxedo on and realized that I needed a larger size, they confirmed that a 36 Short would be sent. I shipped the tuxedo back to them on 17 DEC 21. Not only did I have to pay to ship it back to them (about $22), but I also had to pay an exchange fee of $25, but also expedited shipping of $35.
I received an email on 22 DEC 21 that my exchange had been processed. The tuxedo arrived on 25 DEC 21.
When the second tuxedo arrived, it was the wrong style, I had ordered a two-piece, they sent a three-piece. It was also the wrong color, wrong size, and wrong fabric. Once again, I emailed the returns department on 25 DEC 21, I got the same run around about as soon as they got a tracking number, they would send out the replacement. On 28 DEC 21, they told me that the only size they had in the style and color that I wanted was a 34 Regular, and they can waive the regular shipping charge.
I had to pay to ship the second incorrect tuxedo back to them, still had to pay the $25 exchange fee and an expedited shipping charge of $45. At this point, I have paid $6 less than the original cost of the tuxedo (in shipping and exchange fees alone) and will still end up with exactly what they incorrectly shipped the first time.
The third tuxedo is supposed to arrive on 05 JAN 22. The tuxedo arrived on 05 JAN 22 as promised, with one major issue it is black and not dark navy blue, so once again they send the wrong one. I called customer service to report the error. They stated that they did send the correct tuxedo, even though the item number was different, it looked nothing like the photos online, and the color is wrong.
They offered to send a replacement with expedited shipping, which I should receive by Friday, 07 JAN 22. We will see what arrives. Keep in mind, I have to have it tailored before my tailor closes on 08 JAN 22, guess he is going to have to work a crap-ton of magic to get it done in time.
So, I guess I am getting married in shorts and a t-shirt, thank you Mensusa.com for a wonderful wedding memory.
Update, it turns out that the fourth attempt at getting my tuxedo correct did not arrive on Friday, 07 JAN 22 as promised, it arrived on Monday, 10 JAN 22,5 hours after I had already boarded the cruise ship. Fortunately for us, we made some real quick backup decisions and found something that worked, so the day was not a total loss.
Now begins the long battle in returning yet another tuxedo and trying to get a refund. Once again, DO NOT BUY FROM MENSUSA.COM.
The first suit I ordered they said was unavailable, and they offered another selection for up to $30. More at no additional cost, so I ordered a second suit which when arrived was not the suit I ordered, I'm still waiting on my refund from first suit, *GOFIGURE*

I had a charity event that required a White Jacket Tux jacket and Black Pants. Ordered that from these people. Got the shipment, and not only did they NOT send pants, they sent THE WRONG JACKET!
So I call to make an exchange and emphasize the timing of the event. They agreed to waive their 'restocking fee' (ya think?) and to ship the replacement to me with 3 day shipping. That would get the item to me with about 1 or 2 days to alter before the event.
So they ship it GROUND, and i have zero time to alter it! But there's more, The Jacket and Pants must have been mismarked I think because, the jacket won't button (not enough fabric to alter it anyway as I later learned) and the pants also were about 4 inches to small in the waist, again, with no room to let them out. So i have no choice but to wear the ill fitting jacket and buy ANOTHER pair of pants locally, as their screw up, left me with NO time for any other options. As a side note, I am 6'5" and not an easy fit for jackets, let alone this specific style that was required, so I couldn't just mossy into a store and buy off the rack. Would that I could have.
So then I call to let them know and am told abruptly, that size and timing is not their concern. She said I received what I ordered and regardless of their errors, if it got there too late, that was not her problem, and she hung up on me! LOL I called back 2 more times and got nowhere with her. ( she identified herself as the owners wife I believe, when I asked to speak to a supervisor.) Great customer service, ha.
So i go to the event, looking like a vagabond but at least i was able to attend. I get back and call AGAIN, to work out returning the pants that clearly were mismarked. I even said, I understand if I have to keep the jacket, I'll donate it to charity maybe, but the pants are unworn and should be credited to me upon return.
I get back and call the company and was told abruptly, but a different lady, that she won't even discuss my issue until I send an email asking for the return. Again, quality customer service for sure. LMAO
So I send the email, and 7 days later hear NOTHING and have to call again. So I call and speak to someone for what is not A THIRD TIME, at customer service. He tellsl me that because I wore the jacket, I can't return any of the items. Regardless of whether what I was shipped was what I ordered and got there too late due to THEIR ERROR.
I think this is a ridiculous stance given the utter breakdown in their deliver and customer service 'departments', but so be it. Now I'm left with a jacket and pants that don't fit and I'm out a couple hundred dollars.
I just wanted people to know my experience. Your mileage may vary, but forewarned is forearmed.
Be VERY WARY if customer service and being treated like a valued client is important to you.
I had to use the Jacket because i had no choice, but the pants were to small to even attempt.
I ordered an Ivory dinner jacket from mensusa.com on April 9th. The package arrived on the 14th. The jacket was the wrong style and wrong color. I wrote them and explained that I received the incorrect item, including pictures of (pinkish full tuxedo with ivory trim) and that I was looking forward to resolving the situation asap. They responded short with (verbatim). "you got correct item you show 100 people they will see no pink." I followed that email by further illustrating their mistake with pictures of the non-matching skew numbers of my ordered item and the item I actually received. I also provided links on their site for what I ordered and a link to the different item which I received. Granted the skew numbers are close, they are not the same and that the error is clear. I just wanted the correct jacket that I had ordered. They did respond. I called their sales number the following day (*******872), because you can not get a hold of anyone through there automated service when disputing something, it advises you to respond through email. Anyways, I tell the woman the situation and my name so they can bring up the order. She seems pretty annoyed once she realizes its me. She also says they already responded to me. Which they hadn't responded to the second email further illustrating their error as previously mentioned. I tell her about the wrong item and non-matching item/sku number. She says "the Skew numbers are never the same so I can forget about that". I suggest that she type in the sku for what I ordered on their site and then type in the sku for what I received which would bring her to a totally different item on their site proving the error. She brushed me off and said "it is the right item and that I need to respond in an email if I wanted to get a partial refund." A PARTIAL REFUND? I asked her what I should write so there is no more confusion because I am going to send everything back now. I responded to the email as suggested now requesting a full refund instead of an exchange and have still not heard back from them or have the funds been reimbursed. Below are pictures of what I ordered and what I received, also are two pics from their site clearly two different items. My advise, shop elsewhere. I would have given them zero stars on customer service, but that option wasn't available. I had to file a claim dispute with my bank. First picture is of the item I ordered on their site (notice jacket color and sku number). Second, my receipt (notice sku number and same image from website). Third is picture of the item that I received (notice the pinkish peachy color not to mention this had matching pants). Fourth picture is of the skew on the item I received. Fifth is of the different item on their site matching the sku of the item that I received proving they made a mistake and sent me the incorrect item. I mean, I understand mistakes happen, but they should have remedied the situation instead of being rude and pretending it's the correct one. Its obviously not. And then on top the customer service is just flat out rude. Very disappointed.
Avoid the hassle and inconvenience, pass on purchasing from them.

The online store is a mixture of good and bad. Please do research first before ordering anything from them. If I had done this, I probably wouldn't have ordered anything from them, or perhaps I wouldn't have ordered two suits from them as a first order. Maybe just one to see what that experience would've been. You will see many reviews on here that illustrate where the store could use some improvement. First off, it is difficult to determine what brand of suit you are getting if you're searching for a particular style. I bought two suits: a brown pinstripe and a charcoal gray pinstripe. These suits arrived with the brand name Tazio. I'm not familiar with the brand but just from my recent limited experience with this brand the sizes run extremely small. I had just bought a suit from a brick and mortar store and had been measured for a 46R. A 46R from Tazio was way too small. I had to order two sizes up from that (50R) in order to receive the suits that come closest to fitting me correctly. Which leads me to segue into another point of contention: don't believe the website's claim to have an "unconditional return policy," in which they claim you will receive a full refund--minus a restocking fee-if you're not in any way satisfied. After you place your order you will receive an email confirmation of your order in which it states the return policy is only valid if MensUSA has misrepresented the item. Otherwise, they will only do exchanges. Stating this after placing the order- having committed to a purchase--is not a good way to establish a customer's faith in the retailer. Such deception leaves a bad taste in this customer's mouth, and does much damage to their reputation as an honest online store. Also, the pictures they use to represent the suit were misleading in the one instance with the Charcoal Gray pinstripe suit I received. The color is way darker than the photo they used to represent this suit. So I would say be prepared to receive a suit that doesn't actually match the color the store represents. In my case I can make it work, so I won't complain too loudly about that. Just remember: buyer beware. On a more positive note, the value seems pretty good for the price. I am satisfied with the quality of the suits I received. In the case of having to deal with an exchange, follow their suggestion to communicate via email. In my case I had to correspond through several emails with them in order to get the exchange underway, but their responses were always timely even though the instructions contained in them were somewhat confusing. First they asked for a money order or certified check to be included in the return; then in a subsequent email they asked me to approve an exchange fee so they could charge my credit card on file. But once the exchange was in the pipeline, everything went smoothly. Tracking my package I see that it arrived last night, and today I received the exchange, letting me know that they had been tracking the package as well and timed the exchange to arrive at my doorstep at the same time as they had received the return, and this was pretty impressive.
Website advertising is deceptive regarding return policy. Sizes for some suits run small
