After having a little difficulty finding the right color pants I ordered, the staff at Men's USA finally came thru with the correct pair of pants which are very classy.
I have purchased from them for years. You can get some amazing suits but the return policy is a joke and the customer service is literally non existent. I ordered a jacket recently and they sent me the wrong item TWICE. I returned it and they charged me a stocking fee for their error. In a world where amazon returns don't cost a dime Mens USA charges you a restocking fee and makes you pay for return shipping. If you order something its a gamble
Absolutely disgusted with my experience with this company! Firstly, they took my money from the credit card with a promise within 24 – 78 hours to provide a tracking number. After waiting a week without receiving a tracking number, I looked for ways to contact them, and finally contacted them via email. It took them about another week to reply only to say they didn't have the suit that I ordered but presented a photo of another suit without any details as a replacement. With no details, I tried to look it up on their website and couldn't find it. I went back to their website again and found another suitable replacement. I replied again to them. After almost another week without hearing from them, I sent them another email asking whether they had shipped my garment or not.
I didn't receive any reply from them, so I contacted my Credit Card company and opened up a fraud request against them. While the fraud department was conducting their investigation a package finally arrived. It wasn't what I ordered.
I contacted them again, to see if we could work out some kind of amicable agreement. Their canned reply was that I could keep the garment and they would issue a onetime $25.00 credit to my card.
Forget about trying to call them on the number supplied. It has a canned message on it about all customer service agents are busy servicing (Scamming) other customers, and the best way to contact them would be via their email address, then it hangs up.
If you're considering ordering from Men's USA for ANY reason, I would strongly advise you to reconsider. This was such an unbelievably terrible experience that I'm still not 100% sure it's not an elaborate practical joke. It took a total of 25 or more days to receive the suit.

I ordered two suits in the past month and recieved the wrong size,wrong color, wrong item as described on their website and then when you ask to return the items, they want you to pay the return cost and a $20.00 restocking fee before they will authorize a return.

Beware! I purchased a suit from Men's USA, it supposed to be a 46s. It was a 46L that I received. I tried on the suit and the sleeves completely covered my hands. I was disappointed. Now earlier I purchased two 46s suits and they fit fine. Those two came with the size labels attached in the collar and the waistband of the pant. The sleeve was labeled 46s. The 46L all the labels were "cut out" before they shipped it. This prevented me from returning it, because they required the labels to be attached. I was stuck with the suit. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANY MORE SUITS FROM MENS USA. THINK BEFORE YOU BUY! MY ADVICE DO NOT PURCHASE THE SUIT.
I ordered a tux in my normal size. Came small so I reached out to them to exchange for a larger size. After a week they responded with return instructions. Sent it back and haven't heard from them since. My guess is they are some Chinese company using an LA warehouse. Bad business. Avoid this scam.

Ordered a suit with 2 day shipping. Requested tracking info. After 6 emails I got it. Suit arrived 10 days later. Wrong suit. Emailed for an exchange 4 days ago with no response. Called them and was told to handle it through email. Will call my credit card company and have this cancelled and send them their suit back. Customer service my first item was sent to the wrong address. Never got a tracking number never found out this information I was waiting for a month. Decided to give them another chance ordered a jacket no tracking number now they tell me it was lost and they're going to send me another one. The woman on the phone was very very rude and hung up on me. Do not buy from these people. Customer service is horrible. I ordered this on July 5 Still no tracking number unbelievable

You can't even get in contact with anybody you call the phone number they provided and it's going to tell you they short of people of because of the covid 19 then tell you to email them I should have look online for reviews first people are going tell you they suck with them email you back and it's very very true then what they do is if you order something they seen you the wrong size so you can be stuck with the item because let's be honest here who's going to send the item back to them when it takes like 3 weeks or more to even get it in the first please or to even get a email from this company! Bottom line don't order from them I hope I save people from the headache I got!

Ordered a suit came in a size to large, ordered reg suit came in a long, the suit is horrible, not worth time trying to send back according to reviews. I will never buy from them again, after speaking with my tailor it would cost 200 to get this suit fixed to size. I received this suit 08/05/2022 size tag was marked out and a sticker placed over for right size just unbelievable. Their merchandise is trash. *******268 leave voicemail I'll call you back.

I have made two purchases from Men's USA and had to return both items at my return parcel cost. First time I purchased a new pair of slacks that had a hole in them. In fairness I was offered 10% off to keep them, however I wanted to exchange for another pair. Second time I ordered a pair of LEONARDO VELENTI wide-leg slacks, I was sent a pair of STATEMENT narrow fit slacks. Same as before return was at my expense. They are shady! No matter what you order, they will send you whatever in hopes that you won't pay return shipping, and just keep whatever..

Refunds are really at their discretion. I was asked if there was anything wrong with the item I was sent. As though just because it wasn't what I ordered it wasn't a big concern of theirs.
If you haven't noticed, there's a pattern in reviews of this company. They are a scam and as long as they have your money, you're screwed! I speak from experience. Like others have said, wrong size (size tags removed from item), wrong suit. Same BS, the run-around. I wish an attorney would look into copyright infringement this company commits; unlawfully using "Stars" names as if they endorsed the items using their names, i.e. Collin Firth. NOTHING on the suits states Collin Firth, they just grab a stars name, post it next to the suit in the description. This should be investigated and this company shut down!

I made on March 20, which almost a month later and after trying to contact them by mail to get a tracking number which I never had an answer. I contact them by phone what they told me that I would not receive my order. They couldn't even notify me that they didn't have the product. Absolutely disgusted with my experience with this company! I ordered a suit for a wedding was sent an item completely different from the item pictured and described. The returns department told me that the item I received was an acceptable match for what I ordered, even though it's a different color, different fabric, and different style; they offered a "courtesy refund" for me to keep the item but made it clear that they would not admit fault for the discrepancy between the order and what was delivered.
Their phone line gives the option to talk to customer service but in a very "all roads lead to Rome" way, the phone only ever takes you to sales staff. I was told by three different members of the sales staff that sales is the only department in the company that has telephones and all the other departments only work through email.
One sales staff member hung up on me THREE TIMES and when I confronted her about it she said, "Yeah I hung up on you because all you want to do is complain and I don't have time for that." Absolutely pathetic behavior and I can't believe they will allow staff to behave like that. It was honestly shocking.
It's no wonder this sham of a company has such pathetic reviews and an alarming number of Better Business Bureau complaints. Perhaps if someone other than the sales staff had telephones, they could operate a little more efficiently. The 1990s Microsoft Office clip art vibe of a website is a complete joke and gets you no closer to any kind of an answer.

This is the worst site I have ever bought from.
I bought a jacket for my son; it didn't fit. I emailed to return (as site says) and they didn't answer and then kept writing back asking if I wanted to exchange. I am reporting this fake business and I will tell everyone I know and leave every review I can to stop other people from making the same mistake.

They ignore your phone calls and emails, no correspondence with tracking number information. The have a returned suit I sent back 2 weeks ago, still, no email, no one to talk to. I might have to make a special trip to them to get my suit, even at the cost of things today and file a lawsuit. When I was able to talk to someone, I asked for a manager or supervisor, but was told there was no one.

September 2021 Ordered a suit. They sent the wrong one. There is no live person for returns - only purchases. Email only. They take 3+ days to reply and then ask you another question and wait another 3 days to reply. We sent pictures of the suit we ordered and the one we received. They offered us a $50 discount if we would keep the suit. We said no, we would like a refund. Still no refund or email or phone call. It is 6 weeks + now. Read return policy! It's almost impossible. Buyer beware!

I purchased 2 Tuxedos for weddings for my Son and Daughter this year. I only received one of the suits, attempted to contact the company through email and phone, they refuse to accept inbound calls and only respond to emails after 48 hours. After several back forth emails over several weeks, they refused to send the missing suit! Leaving me to find another company to purchase from while working with my credit card company to attempt to recoup the money spent on something they refuse to send.
