Ordered a men's red tuxedo for $259 online. One hour later I cancelled the order bothnby phone and email. They confirmed this cancellation. They returned only $207 of the $259, citing a 20% cancellation fee, not to be found in anything prior to the order. During that hour they provided no service for that fee. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. THEY GIVE ONLINE BUSINESSES A BAD NAME.

I ordered from these guys and payed for 2 day shipping my order came late and they sent the wrong hat and now they are not trying to refund my 35 dollars for shipping and they want me to pay a restocking fee of 25$ for something they messed up on I will never order from they guys again 09/20/24 ship date was 09/15/24 clearly not 2 days

BUYER BEWARE! I received a suit that was nothing like the suit I ordered. I paid $172 for the suitwhich includes the $11 shipping. I told them I needed to exchange for the suit I ordered and they informed me that the suit I ordered was no longer available. They offered discounts for me to keep the hideous thing and told them I wanted a full refund. They didn't give me an RA so I paid $29.60 for return shipping. I emailed them that the total they owed me, including return shipping was $201.60 but I only received back $128.20. To add to my own stupidity, I ordered a suit from Men's Tuxedo USA, not realizing that they're the same company. I got the exact same hideous suit that I got from Men's USA... unbelievable! I guess I'll be ripped off again trying to return this piece of trash.

I have purchased from them for years. You can get some amazing suits but the return policy is a joke and the customer service is literally non existent. I ordered a jacket recently and they sent me the wrong item TWICE. I returned it and they charged me a stocking fee for their error. In a world where amazon returns don't cost a dime Mens USA charges you a restocking fee and makes you pay for return shipping. If you order something its a gamble

If you haven't noticed, there's a pattern in reviews of this company. They are a scam and as long as they have your money, you're screwed! I speak from experience. Like others have said, wrong size (size tags removed from item), wrong suit. Same BS, the run-around. I wish an attorney would look into copyright infringement this company commits; unlawfully using "Stars" names as if they endorsed the items using their names, i.e. Collin Firth. NOTHING on the suits states Collin Firth, they just grab a stars name, post it next to the suit in the description. This should be investigated and this company shut down!

Ordered items over 6 weeks ago. Took forever to arrive. Wrong sizes sent. Items returned. Item received still wrong size. Told they were overnighting correct size.
That was a week ago. Needless to say I will not be ordering again from MensUSA. Extremely poor customer service. No satisfied at all.

Upon receiving my order (suit cost $230.00) I did not expect what I received/Quality. I called and followed the return procedures and received an email stating that I will only be receiving an refund of $30.00. I responded, stating that I will be adhering to your return policy highlighting $25.00 deduction for each item return, plus paying shipping, making my refund $180.00. Then I received another email, stating that I will be refunded $50.00. If any other CUSTOMERS are experience this type of business unfair practice, Let Our Voice be heard...

Men's USA is a fraud. First they ship me pants where the invoice says unhemmed and when I returned them because they were hemmed and cuffed but too short, they asked if I wanted replacement or refund. They indicated that replacement would cost $25 per item and said if I didn't want that, they would refund me the money. Customer service never disclosed the refund amount even when asked but when the refund posted to my credit card, I calculated that they charged a 20.29% restocking fee (probably rounding to whole dollars in their favor). Their website says 100% guarantee for returns when the order is not what the customer ordered. When you get the email receipt, they indicate returns are not permitted yet they charged a 20% restocking fee on an order mistake that was their mistake. They also retain the customer's credit card information which is not PCI compliant. I would not recommend using this company at all.

I ordered a tux in my normal size. Came small so I reached out to them to exchange for a larger size. After a week they responded with return instructions. Sent it back and haven't heard from them since. My guess is they are some Chinese company using an LA warehouse. Bad business. Avoid this scam.

I bought this suit because I was looking for a three piece double-breasted suit and vest as you can see in the photo this is a very sharp looking suit however what I received is a cheap very cheap looking suit with an ugly lining on the inside that will make it almost impossible to wear a tie to match my photos will show you the first photo is going to be what is advertised the other photos are the suit hanging up and you can see the lining and the cheap clear plastic buttons on the vest that I thought were metal buttons from the advertisement why didn't they just use a black silky lining on the inside of the jacket is beyond me why didn't they use a nice silky looking fabric for the suit like advertised is beyond me full sabotisement is what we have here.

I ordered a suit exactly 2 weeks ago. Their website shows 24 hour processing and 3 to 6 business day shipping. But also shows a free 3 day shipping upgrade if ordered before 4 PM. Received nothing for a week. Called and got all kinds of stories. Also was promised suit would go out that day and be express delivered 3 days later. Not being able to get a tracking number called again next day. Oh yes sir it did go out yesterday and will arrive Saturday. We will send you a tracking number. Nothing happened as far as tracking number or arrival is concerned. Called again today 2 weeks after order was placed. Was told it would arrive Wednesday but although I asked 3 times did not get a tracking number. Wondering whether they had even shipped it yet. Cancelled my order.

The prices and quality of clothing seem pretty good. I only bought one item from MensUSA but it will be the last. Their customer service was completely unresponsive when I asked for an exchange. I was expecting to pay for shipping in spite of the 100% satisfaction guarantee but learned the guarantee is worthless. They did not even respond to my email even though I filled out the form they require etc. They must be able to stay in business with a lot of one purchase customers because they were completely unresponsive to an email with questions

Customer service my first item was sent to the wrong address. Never got a tracking number never found out this information I was waiting for a month. Decided to give them another chance ordered a jacket no tracking number now they tell me it was lost and they're going to send me another one. The woman on the phone was very very rude and hung up on me. Do not buy from these people. Customer service is horrible. I ordered this on July 5 Still no tracking number unbelievable

This is the worst site I have ever bought from.
I bought a jacket for my son; it didn't fit. I emailed to return (as site says) and they didn't answer and then kept writing back asking if I wanted to exchange. I am reporting this fake business and I will tell everyone I know and leave every review I can to stop other people from making the same mistake.

Fast shipping and suits are delivered in time. They took only 2 business days to deliver and shipping charge amount is just $15. Nice Customer service.

Few days ago, I visited my friend’s place for a family reunion party and over there I heard about Mensusa.com online store with their fabulous collection of suits, jackets, tuxedos and many more. There were awesome design, decent fabric, bright color and huge stock. I wanted a very glorious suit for my own wedding and here I am getting ready to purchase it. Isn’t that really cool? The garments were elegant and comfortable. It was quite a big hit among my colleagues. To keep it short, Mensusa.com seriously redefined my personality with their superb apparel. What else could I ask for? MensUsa provides a complete garment store for us.

Just had my worst online shopping experience with Men's USA. A week ago ordered denim blazer in two sizes and paid extra for 3 day expedited shipping. After a week, no blazers and no info re shipment. No response to email, and 800 customer service number just put me into a continuous loop with no one to speak to. Sent email to cancel order.

Checked credit card activity today and found they charged for both blazers last week. Credit card company refunded money when told them story - thank you Amex!

Got email response to my cancellation saying they were out of stock on one size, and did I want them to send the other one? This a week after I placed order with expedited shipping paid for, and had not communications from them!

Stay away!
