I PLACED AN ORDER FOR A SUIT IN JULY AND RECEIVED MY SUIT AS PROMISED AND SIZE WAS ALSO CORRECT. THE ONLY THING ISSUE I HAD WAS THAT, ITS VERY DIFFICULT TO COMPARE THE FABRIC ON LINE THAN IN PERSON. STILL I WAS SATISFIED AND THE PRICE WAS CHEAP OPPOSED TO WHAT I AM USED TO PAYING.
I have and order in since April 9 and still have not receive it yet try to call and get the running around all i want was my husbands walking suite i paid for
My daughter is finally having a graduation due to this pandemic and I was excited so I went on here to order a linen shorts and sandals because they ate having the graduation outside and it is hot here in west Florida very hot. I get a call back from a lady about my order and we decided to do a linen pants suit and have it tailored to shorts and would pay extra and I paid for 2 day shipping. They sent POLYESTER instead can't wear that it's hot as hell here called them up and she got rude with me over the phone and said I told you it was POLYESTER and it got ugly from there and I didn't even get my sandals yet! Don't order from here this place is trash now I have to find something to wear at Macy's or dillards thanks to this place and the ride lady over the phone.
I'd give them a negative rating if I could. I ordered a Western tuxedo and got a shabby suit not even worth trying on. I didn't get an email telling me it arrived so I could send it back. I called customer service and was told the email was coming. After several trys I was finally able to send it back but didn't get a full refund. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SORRY PLACE.
I ordered a blush pink tuxedo jacket from this place 4 weeks prior to my wedding. They didn't ship my item in the 10 days that they guarantee. So when I called to see what the hold up was, of course they blamed it on fed ex, saying that "they picked up the item." Fedex disputed that and said the label was created but the item was never picked up. After speaking with A supervisor named Rico, who told me that he'd ship out another one, I agreed to pay the overnight shipping cost of 75 dollars which he decided to charge me 40$ on and not the full price. Needless to say the item they sent was not onmy the wrong size but a bright red, clearly nowhere near blush pink I ordered. I immediately called to return the item and I must say, this place has terrible customer service. I've been hung up on multiple times, cut short, given wrong information and even yelled at. The price of my jacket was 165 plus 10 for shipping for a grand total of 175. I paid 40$ for the new item to be overnighted and was charged 20 dollars to send the wrong item back. Not to mention they charged me 15 dollars restocking fee for an item I never even took out of the plastic. 175-40-20-15= (Loss). I had to purchase an immediate tux from a local place and wear the same tux that my groomsmen wore. Never ever will I do business with this place again in my life and I hope you all never do either.
We placed an order for a tuxedo AS PICTURED AND LABELED on MensUSA website--it was a light grey Joseph Abboud tuxedo. We placed the order for a two day shipping. First error, we didn't receive the tux in 2 days. Biggest error--what came in the mail was a medium grey "no name brand" tuxedo! We called to ask for MensUSA to pay the return shipping as it was their error and a supervisor named Andrea kept insisting that we did indeed receive the correct tuxedo and that WE were mistaken! So we are currently disputing the charge with our credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DISHONEST COMPANY! We will be reporting them to the BBB and leaving this negative review on every website possible with the hope that they won't be able to rip someone else off!
TERRIBLE is not strong enough. This on line store only allows reviews it posts! That should be enough to cause one pause in doing business with them. I was duped, and did not realize ALL of the reviews on this site were posted by the site. The on line store purports great customer service, but only shows reviews they have posted! All of these "good" reviews seem o be from customers who went into the brick and mortar store in LA. They post these reviews themselves so of course they are only good!
I ordered 4 suits, 3 were shipped, NONE of them were what I ordered. The site prominently displays a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, but does not do this at all. They then try to get you to order more suits to replace the ones they shipped incorrectly, but the return cost is entirely at your expense. They even asked me to choose another suit for the one they never shipped!
I had to go to my credit card company to get my money back!
DO NOT buy from these guys, pay heed and look at the reviews posted on their site by THEM, and realize they do not allow reviews to be given from their site!
This goes beyond Bogus into a downright criminal rip off.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! Horrible experience and even worse level of service to customers. Spoke with Jonas (wholesale manager) and owner, Alberto. Placed order on a Saturday and ended up having to add an additional $10 per suit because Jonas misquoted the wrong price yet they would not honor the price they quoted. I confirmed on Monday for 2 day shipping to be received by Wednesday as customer needed suit for wedding on Friday. Made this fully clear to Jonas even paid extra for 2 day shipping! On Thursday, still didn't receive order and advised needed refund and FedEx return label. Still didn't receive on Thursday and didn't receive any correspondence from Jonas. Escalated on Friday as still not received till later in the day and received no apology or correspondence. No response to request for refund or return label on Saturday. Called again on Monday and Jonas ignored my call and let it go to voice mail. Called main number and he miraculous answered. Acted as if he knew nothing and ended up giving me to owner, Alberto, who was un-yielding, told me to return the suits at my own cost for a refund and promptly hung up in my face. We ultimately had to find a replacement suit for our customer here locally and as a local, small business retailer we ultimately lost money doing business with this company! Will never do business with them again and will certain tell everyone I know to never do business with them as well.
I contact this administration concerning my order. They failed to refund me due to the item was no longer in stock. I spoke to Vanessa who put me on hold for 20 minutes. When she returned to assist me there was no acknowledgment or an offer of a apology for being hold. I provide her my information concerning my refund. She became very disrespectful and rude when I asked why it so long to reimburse me when I submit my reply to the email. She became very rude, loud and obnoxious. When I started stated quoting the fair debts collection act to her, she just repeat the same behavior. I asked for a supervisor. She said she was the supervisor and hung up on me. Moving forward I am gonna put this out there on social media, family, friends, co workers, the general public, churches, mosques and military comrades. I am gonna ask them not to patronize Men's USA. We must stop or nolonger spend our hard earned monies with business that don't respect us. If it was not for the customers Men's USA wouldn't be in business and there employees would not be employed. The behavior that Vanessa display is a comfortable behavior she is use to displaying. Now I am in North Carolina, could you imagine what her attitude like right there in Los Angeles California. Thank You Vanessa for your disrespect.
I was looking for some pants to go with my new blazer. I ordered some black slick pants and they are awesome. Size matched and the length was correct too.
Received the wrong item and they refuse to acknowledge that there is a difference in what I received and what I ordered even though pictures were provided. Incredibly rude service both with email and telephone. My experience with MensUSA is HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE and beware, what you order is NOT what you GET but you do get the SHAFT!
SO AFTER PLACING MY ORDER AND PAYING FOR MY SUIT I WAITED TO GET THE WRONG SUIT. THE COLOR WAS WRONG AND IT WAS 2 DAYS BEFORE MY EVEN. SO AFTER CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAVING THE REP HANG UP ON ME A COUPLE OF TIME STATING NOTHING THEY COULD DO AND BEING A FEW DAYS AWAY FROM MY EVENT LEFT ME IN A $#*!ED UP SITUATION. ALSO TELLING ME I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING WHICH IS CRAZY. I WILL NEVER AGAIN USE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING NOR ADVISE ANYONE ELSE TO. I WILL CONTINUETO WRITE REVIEWS UNTILL THIS ISSUE IS RESOLVED
After NINE emails, menusa finally replied telling me to return the 3 items to them AT MY EXPENSE + a restocking fee and they will refund whatever is left over. PLEASE NOTE, if you are thinking about filing a complaint with he BBB in California, DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME TYPING THE EMAIL. The BBB gives a company an XX amount of time to respond (which they NEVER do). If the company does NOT respond to the complaint, like menusa, the BBB will simply indicate they didn't reply AND CLOSE THE COMPLAINT. That's IT. THE BBB DOES NOTHING.

They will send you whatever they want to when they finally decide to ship. When you try to return because it is not your order, they try to charge you to return their junk!

Got a suit didnt fit even though its my size, cheap China garbage and they dont honor there refund policy! Scammers
I ordered 2 jackets as a Christmas gift last year. They did not arrive in time for Christmas, so they sat at work while we were all on holiday. When I contacted the company to return the jackets, it took several emails back and forth because the company wanted me to take a credit and buy something else from them. For the next couple of days I kept asking my husband to look through the website. When he finally did, he didn't find anything and after a bit more back-and-forth, I got a return authorization. I thought the worst bit about this bad buying decision would be the HUGE return shipping price tag-- over $70!
Sadly, it got worse.
By this time the covid issues had started and we weren't allowed to leave home. When it was OK to return to work and get the jackets shipped, the company emailed me that I was "too late." Then, they emailed again to ask if it was OK to charge my card to send back the jackets I'd returned. (Seriousy?!) I said no, explained the delay, but did not get a response. Instead, the jackets just came back. Now I am out the original purchase price and an additional $72.19.
I wish I had seen the horrible reviews before I tried buying anything from this company. No matter what product you see on their website, try to buy it from a reputable company that wants you to be happy. Men's USA is not that company.
I ordered a tux on a phone order. The photo online for the item showed a coat w/tails, pants, vest, shirt, and bow tie. The agent said the price given was just for the coat and pants. I said fine. He priced the other 3 separate items and I approved the order. The order was received very quickly and everything fit except the vest. The vest was sent as 42 Long. Everything else was correct at 42R. I emailed as directed what happened and expected them to instruct me on how to return my incorrect vest and have them send the correct size. I received a very KURT email response saying that they only excepted returns on whole sets and that I would just have to go and get the vest tailored to my size at my expense. But this was not a set according to the agent when I ordered. Only the coat and pants were a set. It does not seem like a very difficult request to send a vest in the correct size and to return the wrong one. The whole feel of this company from the fellow that took my original order to the response at the mistake tells me that this company has no sense of customer service and does not care. At least not online or over the phone. This could have been an easy inexpensive fix for them and they would have had a happy customer. But instead I'm very unhappy and I wont order from them again. I gave it 2 stars because the items that were correct fit well and I was happy with them.
Answer: My experience was completely different, I ordered my suit freaked out when I saw the reviews, like the ones above. Then called them, no worries after that. A really nice quality suite arrived, high quality, nothing but positive.
