Every call I made to him he responded too and he responded to every question he was very kind and courteous to me and the 1st tux I ordered they didn't have it so the company asked me to pic another one so I found another one and gave them Sku# NO.and in my email notes I had specific details about what size I needed my tuxedo to be and Mr Alan made sure it was the right tuxedo and the Right it's suppose to be hear this upcoming Saturday I can't wait! Till it comes I called him jus today for last min questions and details about the tracking and it's time of arrival and once again Mr Alan made it Happen for and he Re-Assured me about the correct sizing of my Tuxedo I truelly Apreciate Mr.Alan for all he done to make this happen I wish this. Company Had more workers like Mr Alan and thanks again Sir!
I ordered what I thought was a cashmere/wool blend coat for my hubby. When we received it, the quality was poor and actually felt like felt fabric. (My husband owns a cashmere/wool blend coat and the textures were completely different.) Additionally, when he tried it on, there was a hole in one of the pockets. I immediately called the day we received the coat to find out what their return policy was. I think the guy spent more time trying to get me to exchange it for something else that to just return it. When he finally realized that I just wanted a refund, he seemed annoyed and just told me that he would send me the email with the return instructions. Fast forward to today I check my acct just to see if the refund was applied and it was not the full amount. So I call to find out why and the girl on the line tells me that the only way that they waive the restock fee is if pictures of the damage are sent along with the tracking number. Ummm your guy NEVER told me that! So because I was not happy at this point she waived the restock fee and kept the shipping cost for them to ship it to me. So we are out $40 b/c they told us the return had to be according to their email. NEVER again will we shop here and I would not recommend it to ANYONE! Don't waste your energy, time, or money! Not worth it!

For way to long they messed up my order I order over 300$ of stuff and paid a 2 day shipping fee! Only two items came on time and one of the items was wrong so I have to send it back I've been back and forth on the phone with patrica and someone else they are SO VERY RUDE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I CANT EVEN SPEAK WITH A THE MANGER because those woman are so rude... I'm very devastated. This website is a complete ripoff - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They first send me the wrong size suit, and I returned it (they refused to refund my shipping), then sent me the right size but the wrong style. This time, they wouldn't even take it back. I repeatedly called and got repeatedly hung up on. THEY ARE A SCAM, PLEASE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE
WARNING: DON't ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE. Bad customer service, my order took a month and I called just to find out that they had not even shipped it yet and this so called customer service lady is laughing on the phone because I'm frustrated and ends up hanging up on me. Don't let the fake reviews misguide you. I still don't have my suit and now I have to wait for a week to get a refund when I have a wedding to attend in a week. Defeats the whole purpose of ordering the suit I could've ordered it from China and probably could've gotten it before these goofies.
Absolutely disgusted with my experience with this company! Firstly, they took my money from the credit card with a promise within 24 – 78 hours to provide a tracking number. After waiting a week without receiving a tracking number, I looked for ways to contact them, and finally contacted them via email. It took them about another week to reply only to say they didn't have the suit that I ordered but presented a photo of another suit without any details as a replacement. With no details, I tried to look it up on their website and couldn't find it. I went back to their website again and found another suitable replacement. I replied again to them. After almost another week without hearing from them, I sent them another email asking whether they had shipped my garment or not.
I didn't receive any reply from them, so I contacted my Credit Card company and opened up a fraud request against them. While the fraud department was conducting their investigation a package finally arrived. It wasn't what I ordered.
I contacted them again, to see if we could work out some kind of amicable agreement. Their canned reply was that I could keep the garment and they would issue a onetime $25.00 credit to my card.
Forget about trying to call them on the number supplied. It has a canned message on it about all customer service agents are busy servicing (Scamming) other customers, and the best way to contact them would be via their email address, then it hangs up.
If you're considering ordering from Men's USA for ANY reason, I would strongly advise you to reconsider. This was such an unbelievably terrible experience that I'm still not 100% sure it's not an elaborate practical joke. It took a total of 25 or more days to receive the suit.
I ordered my husband a 3pc black suit, dress shirt and a pair of black shoes on 10/3/2019. To narrow this story down yes the emailed with out of color and I except the change to blue, yes, the emailed about the shoes after I called to get my tracking number then they say they didn't have his size in that shoe which cost $70 AND THE OTHER SHOE COST $99. With that said, I CANCELED MY ENTIRE ORDER. THEN, THEY CHARGE YOU FEES NO FULL REFUND. NEVER NEVER EVER AGAIN.
We ordered a suit and they took our monies for it but now want an additional 150 on top.

I was all excited about purchasing suits for my groomsman and after two months of back and forth with several mistakes by this company I finally received all suits (and not the ones I originally ordered). Customer service is non existent and any time I made a phone call, the team answering always said "someone else is working on this case and aren't in today". I had that numerous times and the company claim was that only one person could work on your order. So I had to keep calling until that person happen to be in the office. Email doesn't work either because apparently any refund/exhange information can't be handled over the phone and the lack of email communication is laughable. This experience was awful for what should have been a great experience for the best day of my life.
I also had to PAY for the company mistake of sending the wrong suits! I had 7 suits on order and 5 were incorrect! They sent the incorrect sizes and then made us pay to ship back for the correct size. They also told me that I could mix and match the sizes, but turns out that was also a lie and they would not honor what was told. It's the whole reason I decided to buy them because of that reason.
At one point we had a representative who thought this whole process was a joke and historical and even just hung up mid conversation because apparently he didn't feel like doing his job that day. Extremely rude customer service and I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE!
There is a reason this company has such low ratings and somehow I mistakenly ordered from this site through a different vendor. So double check the company as it was an honest mistake on my end and turned out to be such a horrible experience.
BEWARE! DO NOT BUY! I put an order in for a coat 2 weeks ago and STILL haven't recieved a tracking # and every time I called they tell me that they haven't shipped it because their warehouse is behind. I called a 4th time they lady told me it was shipped a week ago but she still couldn't provide me with a tracking#. She said I should get it in 10 minutes I waited 30 minutes after NOT getting it and I called back and she was RUDE AS HELL and told me I would get it by the end of the day. I asked "why would I get it by the end of the day if it was suppose to be shipped a week ago, shouldn't you already have it in front of you? She kept overtaking me and repeating the same thing. I asked to speak to a manager and she put me on hold and never came back. I never recieved my merchandise I ordered! This place is a fake bootleg company and don't from here! Do yourself a favor and READ THE REVIEWS FIRST!
DO NOT BUY. They sent me a wrong size so I was willing to pay for my cost to ship and asked them to send me the correct size. They wanted me to keep the suit and they would pay 23 towards Visa.
I called and ask information on a few top coats the girl told me if you don't give me an order the phone call would end then I called back to speak to someone else and ordered a 46long black 100% cashmere top coat and asked the girl if she was sure it was 100% cashmere and if she was sure she had a 46 long she said yes so I ordered it it was $400.00 + 10.00 for paper work and I would get upgraded shipping of 3 days. The item took 8 days to arrive when I opened the pkg the coat was black and size 46 Regular and not 100%cashmere it's mostly wool with a slight percentage of cashmere when it's 100% cashmere it's stitched on the cair inside and also tagged on the sleeve the coat had no manufacture material labels inside of any pockets Tia is misrepresentation of goods and pushing the customer With anything they have that's similar to what the customer wants that's terrible and they're customer service is not good then they tried to offer me $50.00 off not interested for $200.00 off JOSABANK sells a nicer cashmere blend in the size you need for $179.99 why would I pay $400.00 or $ $350.00 for one they must think that were all stupid never will I purchase from them or anyone I know
I'll never visit this place or suggest it to anyone. Their customer service is horrible. We waited 15 minutes and no one ever came to assist us!
I ordered a camel pea coat... was sent brown. Asked how I could exchange it and they absolutely refused... terrible company to deal with!

I purchased a suit from this company. The day after I bought the suit they created a FedEx shipping label and implied the item shipped. When I tracked the item it showed that the item was never picked up a week later. I contacted MensTuxedoUSA.com multiple times and their responses were that they would check with FedEx to see where the item is. But never got back to me until I reached out to them again at which time they said the same thing as before. I contacted FedEx who confirmed the store never called for pick up and that creating a label automatically triggers the tracking number but that doesn't mean the retailer ever shipped the item. I emailed the store two more times with this information asking for details about when the item would ship. They cut off all communication at that point. I then did what I should have done before buying from them which is I looked at their online reviews and found tons of one star reviews where they took the money and didn't ship or after customers repeatedly pressured them they shipped an item that was wrong then made the customer pay a restocking fee plus shipping charges to correct their mistake. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company since I never got the item and they have stopped communicating when I confronted them about their dishonesty. These types of business practices should never be tolerated. THE ONLY WAY TO STOP THEM IS TO PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.
Answer: My experience was completely different, I ordered my suit freaked out when I saw the reviews, like the ones above. Then called them, no worries after that. A really nice quality suite arrived, high quality, nothing but positive.
