Called these guys after reaching out to a few other places online. Sales rep gave me a really good deal on 10 50cc scooters. I'm in the rental business and these machines work great. I definitely recommend them because of their excellent customer service and the quality of these products for the price is fantastic. I'll definitely contact them when I'm ready to make another big purchase.
I ordered just a helmet from this company. After 4 WEEKS I still hadn't gotten it so I called and asked what was going on. I hadn't received a phone call or e-mail or refund or anything. I work in customer service so I understand that things happen, stuff goes wrong, etc. The guy said the helmet had been returned to them because the box was damaged and he was going to send another one out that day, he was so sorry. He said I would get it in a week or less. I called back again 2 WEEKS later asking where it was and the girl on the phone said nothing had been sent out because they can't send a replacement until they receive the original, which has been at the post office for the entire time. This company doesn't care about its customers at all, and frankly would have kept my money and never given me a product. Essentially that's stealing my money. I asked for a full refund, we'll see how many weeks that takes to process. Seriously, stay away from this company.
I have purchased two scooters from MegaMotorMadness over a two year period and am happy with my purchases. Customer Service handled my needs and I expect to buy again from them in the future. The first scooter I sold and received about the same price I paid even after using it for about a year!
This company goes through another company called Icebear motorsports, these 2 companies are incompetent af! Order was delayed after paying for rush, then came badly assembled with a broken throttle twist grip, after paying for assembly, and testing. They still haven't gotten back to me for help with replacement parts! Stay away from this company! Go for FAMILYGOKARTS, or someone else, ANYONE ELSE! So much for my happy birthday present :(
I have to confess, my first purchase from them went great and was an Apollo 125 RFX dirt bike for my granddaughter. The guy I talked gave me a little extra discount based on my disabled veteran status and fixed income. Because this first transaction went so well, a couple months later I tried buying two Apollo 250RX dirt bikes from them but because of the insanely dense lady I got on the phone this time, after 15 minutes of nonsense, I hung up and made my purchase from another vendor.

ATV was shipped in decent amount of time but it was stored in old rusty crate and had several scratches on ATV. Parts missing as well. Do not recommend. Very disappointed.

When customer receive unit that obtain scratches from shipment, we ask that photos be sent in so that we can promptly send out a replacement body. Did you inspect the unit before signing for it? We ask that customer's inspect unit and note any damages seen on the delivery receipt. I see that you have submitted a parts request to the parts department for some clamps. Give the parts department a bit of time to process your request and they will be contacting you.
When placing my order all was great when it took two weeks to get here we were frustrated as it was roadrunner trucking who did not move for the first week. It has now been a week no one answers the phone we have to wait for them to call us back I am waiting for replacement parts as roadrunner stacked creates that clearly had big red signs that said do not stack, as you could clearly see through the plastic wrapped create frames that it was moped's inside. I had been told not to refuse the shipment as I would loose 10% plus what we paid for assembly and restocking fee and all the nuts had to be tightened they said were loosened in shipping. Always after noon their time before I get a call back. I was told that all my damaged parts should be there, a week later I have heard nothing. Who is responsible for the damage as that is the first question for roadrunner was, did they tell you to call us? We are still trying to get parts and labor fees to have my moped fixed. If they had been preassembled and tested I don't believe bolts loosen that much and that my husband's was sat on top as his had oil in the carburetor. Not worth preassembled fee as all had to be tightened, thank goodness he noticed what was going on before one of us got hurt. Will write an update when I get satisfaction
Hi Rebecca, you have 10-15 minutes to inspect the delivery for any damages. You have the option to refuse the delivery and we recommend that you contact us so we can assist you over the phone. Did you note on the delivery slip that the product was refused due to shipping damage? We DO NOT charge you anything if you refuse a delivery due to shipping damage. We'll contact the trucking company and file a dispute. In the meantime, we can either fix your product or send out a new scooter. We send out hundreds of assembled products and have never experienced a case similar to yours before. John, You promised me a few times my helmet, gloves, and goggles were being shipped and I would get a shipment confirmation number and I have not gotten anything since my order was paid two weeks ago. I have a safety course coming up soon i paid $365 for this course and I need all these things to attend it. Can you rush these or am I able to select from a different vendor source to expedite this faster? I got the scooter fairly quick. There are missing bolts. I purchased the pdi assembly and inspection. The unit stalled and failed to run properly. Also scratches on the inner frame. I replaced a faulty fuel line that was punctured and leaking fuel. I can't ride it too far without that helmet. I think I am being very graceful to pay to fix a unit with 1 mile on it but I am growing impatient. I paid over $1,100 for a $700 scooter because I wanted it shipped ready to go. Also the owners manual says the low oil light is suppossed to come on in the on position so u know its working and this wont come on at all and the tech guy dave says its no big deal if that isnt working its a "primative system". That should work as designed. Im starting to worry about my experience and entire purchase. I hope i have some better luck. Please let me know about my accessories and i can come back and re review the dealer and scooter in a few months and hope to give 5 stars. John is a nice gentleman too!
I came across this website towards the beginning of December while looking to purchase a dirt bike for Christmas for our Grandson. We researched other sites that carried a similar product. But after looking at their customer reviews on google & yelp, we decided to go with Motor Madness. Unlike the other websites we called, Mega Motor Madness was always there to answer the phone, answer and ALL of our questions. I think we called maybe 5 times just to make sure we were 100% confident that this would be our grandson's main present for Christmas. They explained the whole process which was easier and quicker than I had thought. We've used our little dirt bike for over a month and they absolutely love it. The ATV I purchased has been great. It is just the right size for my wife who is petite and both of my children. It has enough power to get through the field and carry her or the kids around the farm. My son loves the reverse gear and can handle this 4 wheeler like a pro. The price was good and shipping was fast. This is the best bargain that I am aware of. We love it.

I was one of the many who purchased a scooter from MMM. I have had nothing but trouble with the scooter, and to get parts which are covered under warranty, well forget it. It's a song and a dance and you won't get your parts. I'm sorry I purchased my scooter from here but they had the style of scooter I was looking for. There are days which I thought about having a scooter would bring me such joy and convenience, but not dealing with this company or owning this scooter. It hurts to say I was not only mislead, but cheated out of something so simple as having a nice scooter to enjoy riding... I will write as many reports on the internet in hopes I help steer someone away from the unfortunate dealings I have had with this company.

I've got an Ice Bear 150CC trike that does everything II desire. Rated at less than 50 MPH, yet it will fly at 60 MPH. Very Comfortable to ride this good look trike. MegaMotoradness delivered it ready to ride early and in perfect condition. They have quickly answered any questions, and I have had several. A most excellent company to do business with. They speak English not Chinese. Ride on!
This is a great site. I ordered and then found another site with a much cheaper ATV. Then found out the other site was cheaper because of the shipping charge. They responded quickly to e-mail and phone calls. The little Tarantula 110cc ATV is great for my 4 year old. It was also easy to assemble. Took me about an hour. Buy from these guys you will be happy in the end.
It was easy getting parts when David was there until they replaced him with Sarah. She is ridiculously slow at getting your parts. He'd get in touch with them while u was on the phone. Only she wants to do is e-mail e-mail e-mail. If David was still there I would have gave it a 5 star

Called a few weeks after the 4th of July to order a 50cc scooter. 50cc's don't have to be registered in my state so I decided to check a few different companies out online. Mega Motor had the best price and customer service. I spoke with John a few times before placing my order and he always answered the phone and provided excellent customer service. My scooter arrived less than a week from placing the order and the assembly wasn't difficult at all. Overall very happy with my purchase.
My husband talked me into getting the kids this dirt bike for birthday. I'm glad he did, they have so much fun on it and it has been very durable and reliable. We will probably purchase another one so they don't have to share. I would definitely recommend this bike!
Not happy at all. Got motorcycle in box. Built it myself (the parts that needed to be built) but gas tank lock was broken upon receipt. I would have to take the whole seat apart myself to fix. I called and spoke to a guy who did try to be helpful, send a video that I didn't understand and when I called to complain that they should handle something that was broken they told me that I accepted the fact that I would have to fix defects if there were any. They would pay for parts but I had to get it fixed. Ended up having to pay $150 for a local shop to come pick it up and fix it. They had given me the name of their local dealer but after three tries at contacting them with never a call back I gave up. Better to pay a few extra dollars and buy locally so you don't have a problem.
