I came across this website towards the beginning of December while looking to purchase a dirt bike for Christmas for our Grandson. We researched other sites that carried a similar product. But after looking at their customer reviews on google & yelp, we decided to go with Motor Madness. Unlike the other websites we called, Mega Motor Madness was always there to answer the phone, answer and ALL of our questions. I think we called maybe 5 times just to make sure we were 100% confident that this would be our grandson's main present for Christmas. They explained the whole process which was easier and quicker than I had thought. We've used our little dirt bike for over a month and they absolutely love it. I will be definitely Recommend Mega Motor Madness to my friends and neighbors.

Bought a mini dirt bike for our son for Christmas, it shipped right before Christmas. We opened the box and checked it over, it appeared to be ok. Then a two days before Christmas we put together so our son wouldn't see it. The bike did not work. Of course the company who sold us the bike is not open. Read your warrenty careful because even though ours says we need to take to a mechanic they don't cover anything. They want you to wait for them to send you parts. Then you have to pay for labor. We paid over 100 dollars just to get it running. Called company and of course nothing they can do. You pay for a new bike then have to pay to fix there defects!
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

We got our son the new 60cc electric start dirt bike. I orginally order the wrong bike. I called later in the day and talked with Jonh the Sales representative. Great guy. He fixed my order and our bike came fast. The package was damaged when we got it. Bike was good. But the electric start kit was messed up and missing parts. I called Jonhn sent pictures. He put me in contact with David in parts. He sent out a new parts kit. I gave them 5 stars because customer service was awesome and our son's first dirt bike is so nice! They have no control over the shipping companies.

I purchased the Ice Bear Bullet 150cc moped and if I could give megamotormadness 10 stars I would. The entire process from beginning to end was flawless. I did do the lay-a-way program. It took me 3 months to pay it off. The service reps where very nice and helpful. I did get the full assembly and PDI and I highly recommend this. When I received it, it literally took me 10 minutes to unpack it and started it up and took it for a short ride. No damage to the scooter at all and is still running fine. I have 100 K on it and will be changing the oil soon. Everything was assembled and shipped quick and on time and I did receive my paperwork before I got the scooter. Very Cool. Highly Recommend MMM to Everyone. These bikes are great the frame is strong the suspension great compared to the others I've had n has plenty of power.

Love my Ice Bear Trike!

I just received my Trike, and honestly, it was well beyond even my high standards how well it performed. I thought that it would be tough to go from a 50cc to a 150, but it took to this one like a duck to water. Just take it slow and easy until you get used to the extra weight and you will do fine. You will not regret buying this bike. When you are on it, you know that you have a BEAST of a machine underneath you. The ride is as smooth as glass. When they say Vibration-free, they mean it. I was very impressed with the delivery of it as well. The delivery person would not leave until I was satisfied with it. One tip to everyone considering getting this bike: When you go to open the seat, press down on the forward part of the seat as you are turning the key. The horn is really loud, and the lights are super bright! No reverse, but as I am on the short side, the seat is just the right height for me to be able to push it backwards with ease, something that I never could do with my 50cc one. This trike is classy looking and not so low to the ground as you would have to worry about every little pothole, LOL! I got the metallic White color and the only drawback is that if you do decide to get the same color as me, be prepared to wait 4 weeks for it to arrive. Other than some minor scratches to the rear fender ( possibly where the screws were put in a bit too tight, no big issue), everything else was perfect. The only thing that I had to do was put the battery in and gas in it. I understood why it was not shipped with the battery already in place ( fire hazard). Other than that, I am one happy camper!

I bought mine from Mega Motor Madness a few years ago. People will stop dead, or nearly jump, and say, "That's a great looking bike!" There've been a few others who'd talk about fuel mileage and such but then start trailing off, then stop and then say, "You know... that's a good looking bike". Whoever designed this one sure earned some points for style. And I am impressed with the cost/quality ratio. It's an inexpensive bike and it shows in a few ways. Double-check many fasteners while breaking yours in. The electrical switches and connectors don't 'feel' like the sort of things you'd find on a Rolls-Royce. But that's to be expected. Plus, replacement parts are dirt cheap. If a small number of components were upgraded a bit, then this bike would be in striking distance of the big-name scooters which cost three times as much. This scooter is wider than many Chinese scooters. This is good if you ride in poor weather. But girls are often not as comfortable as the driver. Unless, perhaps, they are on the taller side. My wife thinks of this as a masculine bike. She can ride it. But she prefers not to. I would not hesitate at all to recommend this bike. It's reliable and it's a sheer pleasure to ride. I'm entirely pleased with mine. I hope it's still available when its time to upgrade

I purchased a 50 cc dirt bike for my sons 6th birthday on wednesday, september 25th. I have text messages where a sales rep told me the item was shipped out Thursday. Comes out that was a lie. They only created the lable. The dirt bike sat in their warehouse until monday, sept 30th before it was shipped out. I called them around 10 am on the 30th and asked for a refund they said that would be granted an i would receive it in a few days back on my debit card. The sales rep called me back and said the item shipped out 10 minutes before he put in the request so i would have to pay some fees if i wanted a refund. So i said ill wait to receive it. I still haven't received the dirt bike but lets hope its in perfect condition and works as they say. For the inconvenience of the long delay of the dirt bike being shipped out, a sales rep told me they would refund a percentage of what i paid back to my debit card after they put in a request and "if " it gets approved. Well i had an email today stating that they refunded me $10! Out of $329. I had to miss out on 3 days of work because this delay held us back from moving (we travel for work) the day i ordered the dirt bike sales reps said i would have it by monday the 1st. (Online did too)

Once a payment clears, the order is sent to our warehouse to begin processing and usually ships the following day. When shipping documents are created, we schedule a delivery pick up with our carrier. We explained to you that there were over 100 items that did not leave our warehouse facility last Thursday & Friday Due to some unfortunate circumstances UPS was not able to fulfill our pick up request.

Because this sometimes does happen, we make it very clear on our website and in the terms and conditions email that is sent out immediately after a purchase is made on our website that an order can take 24-72 hours to process and this does not include weekends or holidays. "Shipping Time 1) It takes approximately 24 to 72 business hours to process and ship your order once it is confirmed and the payment received. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, as well as orders received on weekdays, will be processed the next business day. We don’t ship on Saturday, Sunday or national Holidays. During busy seasons, it may take up to 5 business days to process your order due to the high volume of orders."

Our company did our best to ship out your order asap and finally got confirmation that your product left our facility on Monday. Please keep in mind when you contacted us on 10/1/19, you contacted our call center in California and your product left from our Texas location which is in a different time zone.

The sales rep did not specify what amount or what percentage would be compensated for the shipment delay of your product. Monday, October 1st you requested a refund after speaking with customer service because your package did not ship on Thursday as planned. We explained that it should take approx. 2-4 business days for your package to arrive from Texas to Missouri and you decided to proceed when it was made clear UPS would be showing up to pick up all scheduled packages from the previous week.

Fantastic company

I've got an Ice Bear 150CC trike that does everything II desire. Rated at less than 50 MPH, yet it will fly at 60 MPH. Very Comfortable to ride this good look trike. MegaMotoradness delivered it ready to ride early and in perfect condition. They have quickly answered any questions, and I have had several. A most excellent company to do business with. They speak English not Chinese. Ride on!

Called these guys after reaching out to a few other places online. Sales rep gave me a really good deal on 10 50cc scooters. I'm in the rental business and these machines work great. I definitely recommend them because of their excellent customer service and the quality of these products for the price is fantastic. I'll definitely contact them when I'm ready to make another big purchase.

I bought a 50cc dirt bike for my son and it came quickly. I opened the box to find it was missing the top clamp on the handlebar risers so I sent a quick email to customer service and they got right back to me and within a week I had the part. The bike started up after 2 pulls right out of the box and runs perfectly. I'll buy another one when my son is due for a bigger bike. Great job mega motor madness thank you.

I was in the market for a scooter because my car broke down and I needed reliable transportation to get to and from work. I don't live very far from work, so committing to and from work on a new scooter seemed to be my best option. The nearest town where I live is approve 35 miles. So trying to find a local scooter shop in my area was not going to be an option. And probably not a price I could afford. After conducting my research online, I decided to contact several other companies that carried scooters online. NONE of them answered the phone. I contacted Mega Madness and a man answered right away. He was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed. I went with an Ice Bear Hawk Eye 150cc fully assembled and tested.The entire process was easy and straightforward. It's been almost 2 months since I've had my scooter and I've done a few minor things to the unit. I have a mechanic in the family who can help with any parts or tech support. Mega Motors is a Really good company to deal with. Outstanding staff, very polite and helpful. I recommend this company to anyone. Try asking for David in the parts department. He did a great job answering our questions over the phone and resolving parts issue.

I've had my eye on the Maddog scooter for quite sometime now. I used to ride bikes throughout most of my life and now have a lot of free time to enjoy riding again. I'm on a fixed income, so I decided to do the layaway option because I could make payments and avoid interest. When I placed my order the rep said once my balance was paid in full, my order would be sent to the warehouse to begin the shipping process. I would receive a tracking number once my order left the warehouse and the trucking company would call to schedule a delivery appointment. After making my last layaway payment on 7/26/19, Road Runner called me a few days later and we scheduled an appointment on a day when I knew my family would be home to accept the delivery. The driver called me 30 minutes before my scheduled delivery appointment and the delivery went smooth. I took my time to do the assembly wanted to enjoy this experience. Two weeks after I put the unit together, I called up Mega Motor to thank them for keeping me in the loop regarding my payments and the shipping status of the order. This scooter is well-made, affordable and it's a high quality version of the honda Rukus.

Called a few weeks after the 4th of July to order a 50cc scooter. 50cc's don't have to be registered in my state so I decided to check a few different companies out online. Mega Motor had the best price and customer service. I spoke with John a few times before placing my order and he always answered the phone and provided excellent customer service. My scooter arrived less than a week from placing the order and the assembly wasn't difficult at all. Overall very happy with my purchase.

YOU HAVE TO GIVE THEM A GOOD TWO WEEKS TO RECEIVE YOUR PURCHASE. MEGA MOTOR MADNESS IS JUST THE "MIDDLE MAN" MAKNG IT POSSIBLE TO BUY THESE SCOOTERS AT A GREAT PRICE. I have to confess, my first purchase from them went great and was an Apollo 125 RFX dirt bike for my granddaughter. The guy I talked gave me a little extra discount based on my disabled veteran status and fixed income. Because this first transaction went so well, a couple months later I tried buying two Apollo 250RX dirt bikes from them but because of the insanely dense lady I got on the phone this time, after 15 minutes of nonsense, I hung up and made my purchase from another vendor.

LEMON DO NOT BUY

Purchased a Rhino 250 in July assembled and it wont start. Contacted Mega Motor Madness back in July to help troubleshoot they sent me possible parts that could be the issue. After changing all the part over the next 2 months it still won't start. Spoke with Anthony several times he was going to talk to the owner Harry and told me they deemed it a lemon and they will exchange it. An hour later they contacted me via email and stated as per the return policy it was only the 1st 5 days and I would need to ship it back at my expense and they possibly could waive the restocking fee of 25-30%. Tried contacting Harry and Anthony again and got an email stating I would need to contact them via email only and they refused to talk to me! As a business owner how could you possibly not stand by your product your selling and as the owner how can you not contact the customer directly and not answer their emails but instead hide behind the scenes. What a disgrace! I am a reasonable person and now I have a $1700 unit that is a big paper weight.

In order for us to accept a return, the ATV has to be diagnosed by a certified mechanic before we can process any returns. You stated that we sent you parts in the past. If you want a good reliable product for about a week this is the place to buy. I bought my dirt bike and four wheeler from this company worked for about a week. Then everything started to fall apart. The parts department takes like 2 weeks to ship everything and then if you do the work yourself it voids the warranty and they blame it not working on you. I have a four wheeler that worked for a day $750 gone down the drain! My dirt bike barely runs. Make the investment and buy a used Honda, Kawasaki or Yamaha before investing in this nightmare.
