I just received my Trike, and honestly, it was well beyond even my high standards how well it performed. I thought that it would be tough to go from a 50cc to a 150, but it took to this one like a duck to water. Just take it slow and easy until you get used to the extra weight and you will do fine. You will not regret buying this bike. When you are on it, you know that you have a BEAST of a machine underneath you. The ride is as smooth as glass. When they say Vibration-free, they mean it. I was very impressed with the delivery of it as well. The delivery person would not leave until I was satisfied with it. One tip to everyone considering getting this bike: When you go to open the seat, press down on the forward part of the seat as you are turning the key. The horn is really loud, and the lights are super bright! No reverse, but as I am on the short side, the seat is just the right height for me to be able to push it backwards with ease, something that I never could do with my 50cc one. This trike is classy looking and not so low to the ground as you would have to worry about every little pothole, LOL! I got the metallic White color and the only drawback is that if you do decide to get the same color as me, be prepared to wait 4 weeks for it to arrive. Other than some minor scratches to the rear fender ( possibly where the screws were put in a bit too tight, no big issue), everything else was perfect. The only thing that I had to do was put the battery in and gas in it. I understood why it was not shipped with the battery already in place ( fire hazard). Other than that, I am one happy camper!
The ATV was purchased for a friends 6 year old son. It has brought him lots of entertainment as he continues to ride it with every visit with his father. It is the perfect size for him and with the adjustable governor, it is ideal for his progression as he becomes more accustomed to riding it. Only minor issues have arisen regarding it. The seat after purchase and assembly was a nightmare to finally get to latch into place... And adult actually had to sit on the seat and then be pushed into place to lock. The second is the tires are extremely thin. In just two outings of maybe two hours of riding, all four tires were flat from the small "goathead" thorns that are so plentiful here. With a quick trip to wal-mart and some tire gel the issue for now has been resolved.
Not only have i expressed it to others i have given them the website as well. Several friends have expressed interest in possibly purchasing for their children. Whether or not they have is unknown to me. My family and friends and children have thoroughly enjoyed these purchases, especially with each child being rather young, they are of a perfect price range and size for the chidren to develop on. Look for me in the future in possibly purchasing another 110 ATV and a larger for an adult.

I purchased a 50 cc dirt bike for my sons 6th birthday on wednesday, september 25th. I have text messages where a sales rep told me the item was shipped out Thursday. Comes out that was a lie. They only created the lable. The dirt bike sat in their warehouse until monday, sept 30th before it was shipped out. I called them around 10 am on the 30th and asked for a refund they said that would be granted an i would receive it in a few days back on my debit card. The sales rep called me back and said the item shipped out 10 minutes before he put in the request so i would have to pay some fees if i wanted a refund. So i said ill wait to receive it. I still haven't received the dirt bike but lets hope its in perfect condition and works as they say. For the inconvenience of the long delay of the dirt bike being shipped out, a sales rep told me they would refund a percentage of what i paid back to my debit card after they put in a request and "if " it gets approved. Well i had an email today stating that they refunded me $10! Out of $329. I had to miss out on 3 days of work because this delay held us back from moving (we travel for work) the day i ordered the dirt bike sales reps said i would have it by monday the 1st. (Online did too)
I bought a madd dogg 150cc scooter back in march when first got scooter I had an egg in back tire took them over 3 weeks to get me new tire, I have yet to ride this scooter 5 days straight I have nothin but problems. Just 2 days ago was ridin home and exhaust studs snapped off in head, and there tellin me its not covered under warranty. Anyone lookin to buy this scooter is makin a big mistake you will nothin but problems and company will not cover aby warrantys and when you try and call them they will just pick up and hang up on you they won't put you in contact with a manager nothin so I guess spendin 1800 in a new scooter was pointless cause I'm bout ready to take this piece of $#*! to a lake and sink it.
We purchased this ATV for our Grandson on September 10,2015. It arrived on the 17th of September, we gave it to him on the 19th of September and it has not ran since. We contacted the service department and spoke to George and have been given the complete run around. Basically we gave them 600.00 for a piece of Junk. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY as they are a BIG JOKE.
I've had my eye on the Maddog scooter for quite sometime now. I used to ride bikes throughout most of my life and now have a lot of free time to enjoy riding again. I'm on a fixed income, so I decided to do the layaway option because I could make payments and avoid interest. When I placed my order the rep said once my balance was paid in full, my order would be sent to the warehouse to begin the shipping process. I would receive a tracking number once my order left the warehouse and the trucking company would call to schedule a delivery appointment. After making my last layaway payment on 7/26/19, Road Runner called me a few days later and we scheduled an appointment on a day when I knew my family would be home to accept the delivery. The driver called me 30 minutes before my scheduled delivery appointment and the delivery went smooth. I took my time to do the assembly wanted to enjoy this experience. Two weeks after I put the unit together, I called up Mega Motor to thank them for keeping me in the loop regarding my payments and the shipping status of the order. This scooter is well-made, affordable and it's a high quality version of the honda Rukus.
John, You promised me a few times my helmet, gloves, and goggles were being shipped and I would get a shipment confirmation number and I have not gotten anything since my order was paid two weeks ago. I have a safety course coming up soon i paid $365 for this course and I need all these things to attend it. Can you rush these or am I able to select from a different vendor source to expedite this faster? I got the scooter fairly quick. There are missing bolts. I purchased the pdi assembly and inspection. The unit stalled and failed to run properly. Also scratches on the inner frame. I replaced a faulty fuel line that was punctured and leaking fuel. I can't ride it too far without that helmet. I think I am being very graceful to pay to fix a unit with 1 mile on it but I am growing impatient. I paid over $1,100 for a $700 scooter because I wanted it shipped ready to go. Also the owners manual says the low oil light is suppossed to come on in the on position so u know its working and this wont come on at all and the tech guy dave says its no big deal if that isnt working its a "primative system". That should work as designed. Im starting to worry about my experience and entire purchase. I hope i have some better luck. Please let me know about my accessories and i can come back and re review the dealer and scooter in a few months and hope to give 5 stars. John is a nice gentleman too!
Let me start by saying, I filed a fraud report with my credit card company. I ordered a 49cc dirt bike for my son for Christmas. Upon delivery, we tried to refuse the bike due to the excessive damage, however UPS would not take it back. Needless to say, we would not sign for the bike, but photographed everything. The notifications began! Every plastic part on the bike was cracked or completely damaged; photographed that too. The holes for the handle bars were not drilled, requiring us to have that fixed on our own due to the pressure of having it ready for Christmas day. Again, tried to notifiy the company by way of phone, e-mail and live chat. He rode the bike about four times before the engine seized. After multiple attempts to contact the company, we were told the engine manufacturer was aware of the problem; they have had a number of complaints regarding this issue. No one ever helped resolve the issue. Needless to say after repeated calls, emails, and live chat, I was forced to file a fraud report! Beware! I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB.
Bought and payed for a trike june 18th,, it is now Oct 9th,, only 45 miles on it,, waited for parts took forever then the wrong ones shipped,, paid for full assembly only 18 missing parts and they refuse to refund the assemlby cost,, told me they will send the parts I can put them on my self,, the missing parts great excuse human mistake,, now I need a front right fender damaged in shipping sent pictures also confirmed by the trucking co,, yep they sent me a left rear fender,, once agin the excuse human mistake,, trike wont run the excuse in my area we have the wrong gas for that trike gums up the carb,, damn I live in a Big City not way out in no were land,, pass this info on to others who might want to buy from them,, I also found out there are no repair shops for thier brand Ice Bear your on your own,,
At initial contact over the livechat, they explain to me entire procedure which seemed simpler than I had expected. So they help me place this order. I think it's woth the price.
Bought the Syxmoto xyx 125cc pit bike from Mega Motor Madness. Ran one tank of fuel through it to get it broken in. Nice little pit bike at first. 2nd tank in... out in some dirt... getting comfy and lose speed but bike is at 3/4 throttle... gas it more... hear some metal on metal sound... back end wobbles... I stop and cannot believe what I'm seeing. Flat tire and about 4 spokes wrapped around each side of the axle. When we purchased, we were told to contact them for any parts. Called and called, emailed... no response. I'm left with a huge motorized paper weight. Went down today and spoke with Anthony and he said they are sold out and cannot get parts. Anthony told me the guy that helped us for Mega Motor Madness just left the business... walked away. I was talking with Anthony in the same garage as Ice Bear Powersports where we originally picked up the 125. They were shipping out quads, motorcycles, etc... It all seemed suspicious to me. Anthony said the TX store was out also and it will be at least another month before more motorcycles come in. Do not spend your money here... no parts available if something goes bad.
This has been the worst experience I have EVER had with an online company. I am sure as long as your item is running and working, you would be a happy customer. But look out if it doesn't work!
I purchased the Tarantula 110cc ATV in metallic burgundy for my 5yr old who was very excited to ride it when it arrived. This was back in August. The ATV has NEVER worked. Wouldn't even turn over. I have contacted the company several times. They have sent me parts, saying it's this or it's that. Nothing has ever worked. Then they sent me a wiring harness, which wasn't even for that model and wouldn't fit! Also - let's bring this into perspective - I am NOT a mechanic, so have no idea how to fit this. They suggested I take it to a mechanic, paying for their service out of my own money. I have continually asked to speak to a manager. They will not get them on the phone saying they are busy. This place is simply receives their supplies from China. Do not check them before they go out to the customer, and WILL NOT assist the customer if the item is a dud. It is now November, and I still have a broken ATV. I have basically thrown $620 down the drain, and I have a very disappointed 5 yr old. Potential buyers please BEWARE of this company!

This is the worse purchase I have ever made online and in person. We were guaranteed delivery to our desired address with a lift truck. We had to pick the ATV up and the Hub. Then the promised gloves, goggles as helmet to be delivered before Christmas came sometime in Jan(after countless unanswered emails and calls) then I called with a question regarding a oil plug to not get a return call Day 1,2 and 3 and I finally called back and was told tech would call me back again, it never happened. I eventually figured issue out. Then the Carb started pouring gas and the batter bracket broke. I called 4 times and was told tech was busy, then he was out sick. I finally sent a email and was very upset and after taking it the shop and paying 90.00 for rebuilding carb and fixing bracket I get a call from the tech. I finally call and speak to John and he said I could quote him in reviews. He told me they usually have good customer service 10 months out of the year as they didn't call me for 10 days over helmet and gear. He stated the were closed a certain amount of days but my calls began 2 days prior to closing and 2 days after before I reached them. He said the don't call me back because not enough people on staff. Them I asked for a refund on carb since they wouldn't answer my calls or call me back and he said NO. The 4 wheeler isn't even a month old and it's issue after issue. I just left the shop again with another 60.00 bill because the Chain would not stay on. Finally the most upsetting thing was when John told me to call back if I needed them and I responded I probably wouldn't he laughed at my remark. I asked him if I could quote him for saying they usually have good customer service 10 months out of the year and for laughing at me and he said Yes. In my 46 years of living this is the poorest I've ever been treated and the hardest business to contact after the sale. Do not buy from them. They will turn their back on you. Thanks

Once a payment clears, the order is sent to our warehouse to begin processing and usually ships the following day. When shipping documents are created, we schedule a delivery pick up with our carrier. We explained to you that there were over 100 items that did not leave our warehouse facility last Thursday & Friday Due to some unfortunate circumstances UPS was not able to fulfill our pick up request.

The sales rep did not specify what amount or what percentage would be compensated for the shipment delay of your product. Monday, October 1st you requested a refund after speaking with customer service because your package did not ship on Thursday as planned. We explained that it should take approx. 2-4 business days for your package to arrive from Texas to Missouri and you decided to proceed when it was made clear UPS would be showing up to pick up all scheduled packages from the previous week.
