It was easy getting parts when David was there until they replaced him with Sarah. She is ridiculously slow at getting your parts. He'd get in touch with them while u was on the phone. Only she wants to do is e-mail e-mail e-mail. If David was still there I would have gave it a 5 star

Hi Charles, we appreciate your feedback. Yes, there have been changes in the parts processing since we lost David and Sarah has been filling in temporarily and trying to do her best to help our company. We are seeking more assistance in our parts department and hope to add another skilled technician to our team soon to help take over for Sarah.
