I was in dire need of a computer, and was on limited funds, not only did they have an affordable option, the payments are so easy to deal with its a great experience. I've since then gotten a gaming console, a second laptop, bedroom and kitchen set. All super affordable and the agents are easy to talk to as well.
Company seems fine. You get what you ordered at q huge mark up but that's the deal for small over time payments. BUT the customer service is horrible if you ever have to call in. For the love of your mental health use the online services or don't bother with the company at all because talking to a person in their customer service department is like bashing your head off a brick wall, only difference is when bashing your head you get results.
The product is a great selection.The prices are a bit steeper than most people are willing to pay. Customer service could use some work when there is a problem they never seem to be able to figure out who to send you too. Never have an issue with the direct payment and getting a new item no payment is a joke thou.
Thanks to MDG not only was I able to get a laptop for my child and into use for work/school but it's been helping me rebuild my credit. As a single mom it can be hard to pay for more expensive items in full amount and even harder to get a credit card. MDG helped me with all of that. Thank you
Use to love these guys bu then their shipping company ups starting not showing up on scheduled days. Costing me 3 days work. This is through 3 different orders. MDG wont reimburse me for the shipping and basically said not their problem. Its the shipping company. Lets not forget we have no choice who we use as shippers but pay for it.
Can never get anyone to call back after leaving a message... ordered a 65 inch tv and the day it was supposed to ship I was told it was sold out so had to settle for 60 inch. Customer service is terrible. When you finally do get someone on the phone they can barely speak english so you can not understand them.
The worst customer service all the different hoops you have to jump through just to conduct business with them is out rages they never respond to anything that they require you to send in once they get it they never respond to you via email phone call or anything. My suggestion would be using only has a 100% last resort for financing

Product was shipped, no clear answers on what is going on as it was a Customs issue and then found out they shipped the wrong thing. Now waiting for them to correct with overnight or expedited shipping or the order is cancelled
Very easy to apply and confirm payments. My only issue was the two items did not arrive at the same time... at least my son got one Christmas Eve! And the second arrived today 12/30/19 He is a very Happy young man!
I have purchased multiple items from MDG, a couch and love seat, coffee and end tables, and a kitchen table with chairs. Their products are well built and also look great! We looked into multiple other rent to own companies and not only was MDG the cheapest, it was also a much easier process. Our furniture was delivered and set up quickly and we are very satisfied with our purchases. My husband and I continue to order items from MDG because of the great service, simple process, and selection of items. We have recommended this company to many friends and family members who have ordered as well.
I ordered my computer on the 1st of August 2018 and paid my first payment on time already. It is the 17th and I still have not received my package. Ups says they are waiting for customs to release my package and it could take up to 60 days until it's released but I will still be paying for a computer I'm still waiting for and I wanted it before my son started school but he has already started just really disappointed about this wait time for delivery

I have always been hesitant to get things from these types of companies, but my experience with MDG has been nothing short of wonderful. Coming off a divorce with bad credit, they allowed me not only to provide my family with entertainment, but have also helped rebuild my credit allowing me to go further in life. All I wanted to do was make a simple purchase. It was a convoluted process that took several days, the shipping date for the project was missed, the delivery date was missed, and I'm being pestered for reviews for the product and for the web site before I've even received the product. Which will arrive two days before my first payment. I sent several emails to both sales and customer service asking questions about products, none of which were answered. The only time I got a call back is when it was involving money.

Just like everyone else here, i was a bit skeptical about dealing with MDG but overall process was smooth. I did get frustrated because they ask for a lot of documents but it's all security measures and want to make sure you are who you are. Payments are affordable and would recommend to everyone.
So far my experience with MDG has been wonderful. They were quick to respond to me after I placed my order. The rep who I dealt with was very professional and made sure I fully understood the terms, etc. Once my computer was shipped, it arrived quickly. I love my new all in one computer... I hope to be a customer for a very long time...
It took 3 months to get cleared to ship. Then you took 10 days to ship and another 5-7 to transport and deliver. All this and I'm going to be making bi-weekly payments just to have the units. How am I supposed to feel good about this experience. Thus far it has been a process to say the least. Let's hope the machines work as advertised.

These guys not only dont help your credit but after a year of on time payments I decided to add a new purchase through them. Well now there is another hard inquiry on my credit thanks to them. Why they give you more credit and then hit you with a hard inquiry repeatedly I will never understand! If you like your credit or are working to improve it... go another route! That will be my last purchase with them!

Once your account is paid in full we can provide you with a complete account transaction statement and an MDG Client Evaluation letter from our Finance Department detailing your history an excellent MDG client. You will be able to submit your statement along with the letter to demonstrate your ability to make payments when due to the credit bureau.
Took a couple + weeks to get my TV but it did arrive and works as it should. Only concern I have is that they sold me a "canadian" model of the TV which the manufacturer wont cover for warranty services. I ended up buying the 3 year plan from MDG and they told me they would cover any issues. Hopefully this ends up being the case if I run into trouble

Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
