Stay Far Away

So, folks know my review is legit. My order ID was *******. MDG is one of the most unethical and unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. The so called 'customer care representatives' in my case Johnny Radakovic (not even sure if that is his real name) are unhelpful and do everything possible not to help customers. In my case I ordered a TV and PS5 bundle (which included 5 games). I received the TV and five games but apparently the PS5 was 'lost' during transit. I was told by both MDG and CEVA (the shipping company MDG uses) that my parcel had been 'misplaced'. Tracking information shows it had been scanned in Chicago but never made it to Minneapolis. My parcel (PS5 console) has been 'lost' for almost a week now. MDG refuses to ship me a replacement PS5. I was told CEVA needs to confirm the original parcel was 'lost'. Are you kidding me? It has been a week (almost longer). CEVA lost the package. MDG still refuses to ship me a new PS5. Even worse, the so-called customer care rep named 'Johnny Radakovic' told me my first payment won't be reduced even though I never received the PS5 console. I was told MDG would deduct 50 dollars from my total 'owed balance'. Bull$#*!. You lost the parcel. Can't find it. If you aren't going to ship me a new PS5. You shouldn't be charging me for something I never received. Why in the hell is my monthly payment not being reduced? MDG is incredibly unethical. All this could be fixed if you just sent me a replacement PS5 console ASAP instead of purposely doing nothing while at the same refusing to lower my first payment. You couldn't be anymore dishonest, unethical, and unprofessional. It is crazy. I saved every email. I will gladly post them as well showing just how insensitive MDG's customer care representatives are trained to be. Like I said. All this could be fixed easily. Just send me my damn replacement PS5 console. Expediate shipping. Use another shipping company. FedEx. UPS. I don't care. Just make sure it arrives. Terrible experience with MDG. I do not recommend them at all. Stay far away.

Poor Customer Service

Poor Customer Service. I placed an order on 12/13 and was told that day and on 12/14 that then order would ship 12/16. I was lied to for days and kept telling it would ship the next day no problem. It didn't ship till 12/19. Now, it won't get here till after Christmas. If they hadn't lied and it shipped when they said it would, it would have been here in time. I have been with them for years and spent thousands with them and they just don't care about loyalty.

I had dealt with this company for several years. At first they were happy for new clients as they were a growing business. The customer service people are still friendly and helpful, but once you get to the verification department... the niceties go away. Even if you bought several items and paid them off on time... if they don't like what they see on your bank account... you are $#*! to them. I understand that from a business point of view, but that does not excuse their employees to be rude and demeaning

You will pay forever

Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.

My order came from Amazon

My order came from Amazon and was an off-brand that had I have ordered from Amazon directly would have cost less than half as much. I have been a long term mdg customer, but wont be using them again. If I wanted a crappy amazon product I would have ordered it from amazon.

I feel very disappointed with this website because after being 1 entire day of recollection of a bunch of information my assistant ( Olivia) told me that I, unfortunately, couldn't ship my product just because I couldn't confirm my date of birth in English while my son was next to me who can tell her I was approving everything. For me, this was very disappointing and disrespectful. I considered this as racism. If you plan to use this, just let me tell you that you need a lot of your personal information just for a thing.

Well they sent the tablet in a paper bag! It was a pre-owned tablet the box was open and missing parts and the box looked like someone kicked it around! I think it was swapped out for a old tablet! This company sucks! I am not paying for this! Pics below!

Good company.

We got an 82" TV from them. Great TV, good company. My only complaint was the absurd shipping time to my house. Took a week after payment cleared to even ship, then another 5 days to go 2 states, and sat 51 miles away for 3 of those days.
I actually made 2 payments without ever having our TV.

Don't waste your time with Deena ext 662

I'm telling you right now do not waste your time with these people. It's been 3 weeks, they're already taking payments from my account and still don't have an answer weather or not I'm getting what I ordered. Hopefully you don't actually need what you buy cause it's a whole process. Email after email. Do everything they ask and still been days since hearing back, funny how that works, soon as they got my banking info the communication pretty much died. So beware of these shady people, get a Walmart card instead.

My sister was buying me a scooter these guy led her on ţtook her money and right before the was about to ship her order the did a security check the lady was mean and rude my sister needs help she is got learning disability so me and my mom help her with her finances my mom was helping her with it and they told her nevermind and hung up on her put my sister in tears im so angry this was the lowest thing u can do to a person who has disability wow mdg i will talk to someone about what we can do about this

This place is a scam, they approved me for $2300 even though my credit is poor. I placed the order, they took out my money from my bank account and then cancelled order with no notice or reason. I don't expect to ever see it again... Best I can do I think is worn others unfortunately.

MDG is probably the best company i have ever done business with for any of my electronic needs. I purchased a laptop, an LED TV, and a cell phone. They are not very costly and they work within your budget so you don't pay way over your head for quality stuff. Might i mention that there customer service is outstanding. I purchased a cell phone from MDG, and it ended up failing within the extended service plan time, so they replaced it with no questions asked. Great company!

Consistent, honest and reliable

It took four months for my account to be taken care of. It could have been quicker the delay was on my end. MDG called me every week to follow up with me. They never gave up. Eventually my account was set up and my order shipped. No other company would do that. It goes to show MDG is 100 percent about customer satisfaction.

Very nice Experience

Beautiful experience
As a new MDG customer, I found the experience super.
The customer service is excellent, prompt and courteous service.
Fast shipping and in good condition.
The staff are very friendly with regard to the guests.
I will buy with them again with them any time.
I recommend it for those who have had difficulty in their past with their credits or those who never credit them. Its will help you rebuild or establish your credit again.

Ever shifting terms and delivery dates!

Ordering was easy and then……. Phone calls not returned, changing amounts of payment, changing delivery dates, and no answers. Days later after two payments sent finally able to reach "my consultant", we just need one more large payment and then we can process. Ridiculous, was finally able to cancel the order!

BAD SERVICE

Was asking basics question about a computer I saw on website... the "Sale SPecialist" Ivana was unable to answer them... and then she stops answering my Email.
They just want your money with at ridiculous interest rate. Buy from somewhere else.!
