Product order is okay but site says free shipping and we didn't get that in our area? Also made payments on product before it even arrived which took over two weeks to arrive. Overall experience was okay need more CSR that speak better English too!
Started off excellent. But after paying the deposit, took 6 days to verify that my payment cleared, even though I had linked my bank for them. I was told my items would ship on Wednesday... 2 days later account now shows order is processing again. If you're ordering as a gift as I did, plan FAR in advance.

Everybody I worked with was very professional, especially Drew, who helped me every step of the way and was always quick to respond. Shipping takes a little while, but if you're patient it's really not that bad. I'd always recommend MDG!

Awesome customer service and surprisingly quick. Although I do have a feeling they are motivated individually by selling the extended warranty as if they make an incentive. Nothing wrong with that, I have actually been in such jobs. But really great overall. Oh and the "minimal amount of words" required to even get through this is a bit pushy. It was my experience and discover. I don't get mail from Bill collector any longer. Since the idea of save a tree came into effect, ever bill is on your computer. Making the process for verification of address at Mdg very hard and time consuming. Thinking to myself, is there not another way? Example: Mdg would not be able to withdraw funds with out the correct information. Such as "address match"! The fact is, my bank Scotiabank will not process if you do not have matching information. Again,, addresses are required in all online banking transactions. I hope this will assist me the next time I order from Mdg.

Incompetence at its finest. This is the last place I would order anything from. Send documents and they play it out for 4 days, then ask for it again. What a clown show. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere.

There were people that called to walk me through every step, it only took a few days to set everything up. Additionally, nobody has called to sell me anything else since, so they've been respectful of not bothering me. I plan on using them again once I pay off my current purchase, which you're allowed to do ahead of time if you want!
Have less than perfect credit, it did not matter. MDG Helped me along the way, getting me approved, and an awesome computer for a price that easily fits into my budget. Love the company and will definitely shop more in the future. Highly recommend to everyone!

Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs.
