Good Deal but long shipping

Its hard to judge this company. They give decent prices, however, be prepared to invest in the long run far more money than what the product is worth. For instance I bought a TV from them which retails at $1,000.00 (on sale) I am paying bi-weekly $38.00. It would be cheaper to just pay on a credit card. The shipping also has taken forever (two weeks after 1st payment). This is a good alternative if you cannot get a credit card or just want to avoid it.

If you're trying to build your credit & serious about making your payments on time they're good. The bi-weekly rates are amazing, it took establishing myself and some preauthorized payments prior to getting my bed. The great part is you can request to pay extra after arranging a payment to pay off your debt sooner.

I am very satisfied and their weekly payment plan was fair. I'm looking forward to paying off my comfort gel bed and gaming system. Quality products, fair prices & delivery times were pretty decent too. The customer account is pretty awesome, seeing how much you owe and all the other features are handy for paying off your debt and improving your credit score.

Amazed +++

I'm honestly amazed, I've had my fair share of bad credit history, and mistakes previously made that impacted my credit negatively, however MDG was able to make it happen and approved me on the spot! I don't know what i'd do without them, i'd rate them a 10/10 and there rep's were amazing! Good company to deal with, and have really good rates

Great service

This was such a good experience fast and friendly service. Top quality products. I dont have to worry about remembering to make my payment on time it comes right out of my bank account. I get a email telling me my next 4 payments. What a great deal. I will be shopping with MDG again.

Well to start off not having good credit MDG was able to help me out and hook me up with a brand new tv at an affordable price. Later on i also easily added a dishwasher and digital camera. My MDG rep was happy to help in anyway and made things so easy to do with no pressure. They are also great at explaining all the fine details most others won't. Avoid the rent to own and go with MDG where you can pay off what you owe at any time. So would highly suggest going with MDG for your next purchase.

Unbelievable Experience

With $3 dollars a day I got two most amazing computers! My credit score is low but they didn't care because they believed in me that if my score is bad, it doesn't mean I'm a bad person! Incredibly terrible service

I'm struggling to find anything good to say about this company outside of the fact that they extended me credit. Which really means nothing but an extra bill for a product that I have yet to receive or be able to enjoy.

The process was a bit more cumbersome than expected, but MDG did everything to make it as easy as possible to make my purchase. Looking forward to my new TV arriving in a couple days. How can you beat nearly half off and credit terms that are not bad at all.

I was really excited when I purchased the item. However, the power supply does not work in MDG gives the runaround. I've never been treated so poorly by a company ever. There's no reason why they can't just send me a replacement.

Don't use ext 662

Been sending money to these clowns since January. Keep getting lured and lied into waiting longer and sending more money. They use ups shipping to for $100 and you get the snail version so they can make money on the shipping also. Terrible customer service, don't fall for Ivana and her or email me I'll look into, I emailed her more then once and she does not reply. If you don't mind dealing with a bunch of scammers that take months to get anything done then this is your place. Told me they were shipping yesterday and still the tracking don't update, just shows longer then original. Don't even show it was picked up. Going on 2.5 months that they've just been taking money.

Shipping process is terrible

The whole process from order, verification and especially shipping is very slow. We'r paid for threshold delivery and had tho drive 30 miles to pick up on dock. Now we have to find help to carry these 2 chairs in the house.

Got 1 of 2 packages and still waiting for the other

Let's see your shipping company lost a $600 box that's costing me close to $1000 with interest and rather than help me get another one sent you give me the run around saying you haven't received any emails, I've called about 7 times and been dealing with this for over a week I get being busy but you guys should be a little more proactive about resolving customers issues rather than playing a waiting game forever and expecting them to just sit around and wait.

FINALLY finalized my order
April 24, 2019

Prior to receiving my laptop I had attempted to finalize twice and had been passed around between approximately ten separate agents without warning...
I love what your company is doing but, as a telephone support agent myself, I do firmly recommend MDG re-evaluate its customer service policies.
I am not certain whether the fault lies with your training processes or with the employees themselves, but either way, if this issue is addressed I am certain your company could greatly increase its annual revenue.

Very happy

From beginning to end, very smooth everyone I talked was so nice. Nick my account guy is awesome, very helpful and respectful, from applying to shipping all took about a week probably would have been less but there was a slight error on my part. Ordered the switch bundle for Christmas and I know my daughter will be ecstatic. Will definitely keep working with them in the future.

This was my second time in 2 years using MDG while the first time was kind of average due to all the info that was needed and having to wait for what felt like forever This time it was as fast as calling placing my order and boom good to go. They're extremely flexible with payment setups as I get paid monthly so they just combine both my payments into one which is great. I've never had an issue with customer service if I have one issue it's. The product selection isn't that big so just beware of that when it comes to shopping for something specific

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I've paid almost 1,000 dollars and these idiots only put 214 towards my account. They claim the rest in interest. The furniture was damage when arrived and they never did anything about it well I'm closing my account since they don't want to own up to fair service.
