I played hell jumping through there hoops trying to get approved. Then got approved and tried getting payments set and they double charged my bank. Then my order was missing pieces and I still haven't heard if they are gonna send out my missing stuff. Then, then one of the items (alfred lock) quit working already and its only been 5 days since I've had it. I definitely will not buy from here again.
MDG is nothing but nice and courteous. They treat you with respect unlike other places. I find that some others knowing you have bad or low credit hold it over your head and charge absurd amounts. MDG is a class act.
I ordered an Xbox one X and am still waiting for the initial payment to be taken. I called them and spoke to a sales rep and asked when payments are usually taken from accounts. I was met with a response the left me baffled "I don't know, just check back later" I'd like better customer service and knowledge of things the company does. Other than that I'm pleased with what the company offers
Repeated calls to random sales reps produced various answers as to their return policy for computers. Many agents clearly had absolutely no idea what their return policy was. Additionally, emails were not replied to when I requested an update on my order. I waited over 7 business days for a call back and still did not receive one.
My experience with this place was a first but now that I know how good the services is I will. For sure be back Nick went above and beyond to help me get everything situated to get my order thanks again

At this time I am very frustrated with the laptop which I purchased. Screen has a weird lol, and will nit connect to wi hi, but everything else in my home does. I will be returning the Leo top, as I've had it roughly a month.

I hesitated using any company for financing my PC, but glad I did and went with MDG. The customer support representative I had (Mitchell), was incredibly helpful. The product arrived right on time and after hook up, was exactly what they said it was and was zero hassle. Technoid built a beautiful rig and I'd 100% recommend both companies. Payment plan is easy to manage online. I was worried about shipping but they packed that PC like it was the Hope Diamond.lol Awesome all the way around.

I've been using MDG for more than 3 years now. I ordered a tv, surround sound, and laptop from them. When my surround sound quit working properly, they replaced it promptly. I enjoyed my experience with them throughout as they have exceeded my expectations. I'm going through their catalogue on what to get next.
Terrible customer service... parts don't match - contacted MDG by phone and email with pictures within 2 hours of receiving furniture to tell them that pieces don't fit - no one could understand what I was talking about and this continued on for a week - was sent to new pieces yesterday which again don't match - unbelievable!

I have been with MDG for many years now. I have made multiple purchases, with no issues. Great way to get items if you have bad/no credit. Never had any issues with sending emails, calling into customer service. Agents are very polite, and willing to help in anyway possible. Fully enjoyed all products which I have purchased. Will diffidently purchase again.
This is my first time purchasing from MDG. Order a bed, getting everything set up through financing was a bit of work lots of back and forth emails. However, the two guys assisting me have been great and extremely helpful as well as fast with their responses. I appreciate the ability to set a best date for payment myself and that even with little credit history will still finance.
As of now, I will order again in the future.

I love MDG credit program to buy computers. They were very nice and easy to work with in getting your product you order. My HP all in one computer was brand new and not refurbish model. Also there pay as you go is the best I seen in the market

I have been dealing with mdg for a little over a year now and since my account balance has never changed, when asked about this they say I've missed 8 payments. Not true. This whole time that I've done business with them my account balance has never ever differed. Not to mention if you do the math for a game console with their interest rate you'll be paying for two consoles after your done. If they're going to charge that much interest for their items it should at least be helping build your credit rating but it isn't.

As for the interest rate, it is based on your credit assessment and is different for everyone. The faster the balance decreases, the less interest you pay and the more money you can save. In addition, all payments are reported as long as we have your social insurance number on file. I have made three different orders from MDG. My most recent was in 2015 which was a couch set. Today I'm considering purchasing a bedroom suite. MDG makes it easy and convenient they deliver right to your house and do all the financing for you as well. The payments can be arrangement with payments you receive from your job or other places of income.
I would recommend this company if you don't have the greatest credit or just don't want a credit check at all.
Good customer service making sure everything is up to date with your purchase very friendly. I had a good experience and a nice time while I wad being taking care of and all that matters and keeps the customers happy such as myself and will keep me coming back.
