I really grown to love MDG! I'm totally approve how they give the day when they want their payment and get it. Because, other stores take your money when they feel like it, or your account becomes Overdrawn!
Love using mdg services. Very useful that you can get nice things without a hassle. I ordered some wireless cameras they came within a week time. But when I opened them to set them up they didn't work. Had to call customer service they are being replace. Would have like them to work the first time around. Hopefully when the new set comes they will work properly. Mdg was great. Great pleasure shopping with them. Will continue to shop with them. They are selling these cameras for another company.
I have bought 4 items through mdg and I will have to say it was a very smooth transaction. Shipping was fast and reliable. I had one setback while ordering a product but they quickly and swiftly resolved the matter I am very impressed on the customer service and would recommend mdg to anyone that wants a good deal and outstanding service with no hassles

I think the process is too slow and you end up making second payment before you can even enjoy the products i feel when you pay for something you should relieve it in 2 5 business days and at least dont make a payment until you at least received the products that you ave purchased but customer service was excellent and i hope to do more business with them once i got to enjoy my products

Love the laptop and printer, it arrived quickly and they work with you to arrange your payments. Even when i've had financial troubles they worked with me on that and their customer service is very kind and helpful
I recently got a computer from mdg and they were very helpful every step of the way. At no point was i pushed to get any products in anyway. Any question that i had before i made my purchase was answered. When i ordered my computer it was shipped very quickly and efficiently. I am overall pleased with mdg and will be using them again in the future.

After receiving my computer tried if for a couple of days and decided that I really didn't want it, but after looking at their terms and conditions it clearly states no returns. I guess I'm stuck with it and payments for the next two years.

I've been calling for over 3 weeks talking with Stephan and all he did was give me the run a round saying this is incomplete and that is incomplete never calling my phone number and saying anything and every time I called it was always some wrong with my paper work.
I give up it don't take all of that to purchase anything in this world. Your the reason Stephan that I don't want anything from this company poor customer service

I liked working with this company but seemed to have a LOT of verification processes to have order processed and approved. Then shipping is from out of country and delivery has to be scheduled with the carrier. Not terrible because you pick the time that works for you.

Tried for 1 month to get MDG all the account info needed in order to receive our laptop... After receiving our 1st payment and all of our bank info they then informed us that they were out of the computer we had originally wanted but that they extended our credit limit to $1000. More our payment would be between $10-12 more a month... I would not recommend that anyone give them any personal info

I tried dell first and their customer service is atrocious, after signing with MDG they have been amazing, they are more than willing to work within your budget and with you to keep your payments up to date. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for electronics.

Placed my order November 26, completely unacceptable. It say my order will be here tomorrow end of day, but no company should never take that long especially when the consumers are paying for shipping out of pocket + down payment. Great company poor shipping, Items still not here. So if anyone want to make a order from MDG just know shipping takes 10 days like it say or more. So when you do make a payment or put a down payment down just know you'll be 20 or 15 days out from your first payment. Not a full month, since it take that long to ship first month should be free.
