My experience with MDG has been wonderful! How great the convenience of ordering thru mdg. The quality of the product is very good for the price. I would encourage anyone who is looking to finance a purchase to consider this company over a rent to own scenario. The customer service is wonderful, if you have a question, call and ask them!
I was an MDG customer for I think almost 3 years now. I applied online and they approved me in an instant with a $3,200. First I was having doubt about it especially on the material handling part. But I was totally wrong! Everything was so fast and safe.
Now I am almost done with my first purchase and I am looking for another purchase. Guys don't even think twice about MDG they have all you need from friendly customer reps that you can count on.
The product is great, It works perfect. Its a great laptop, very easy to set up and use for non technical people! I have had a lot of trouble with previous laptops overheating, no issues at all with this one. I also like that it has a full keyboard. Its excellent for my purposes. I would recommend this for very one.
When I choose to finance instead of purchasing my computer I knew I would have to pay interest and fees but with MDG.com it is worth it!
They frequently update their inventory and always have gifts and promos to make everyone happy.
The customer service bends over backward to accommodate you and ensure that your credit is always worthy. Love it!
When I first called MDG it was hard to figure out there process... but once everything got settled and worked out how to pay and when to pay it was great. Smooth sailing. I got an awesome couch and chair set... what was interesting was they came in boxes at first I thought that was weird but then I thought wow for all those people who can't get a couch through there door this is excellent. I Bought a bed and tv from mdg, both are excellent quality. Couldn't be happier with my experience. Low bi-weekly payments. Service staff are very helpful. If your on a fixed income like me, and can't afford to buy items outright, this service is great.

Careful dealing with these people, been making payments for two months now on nothing, that's right on nothing. When it first started I told her I'd it takes week I'm not interested well here we are… still have nothing and once they've got you and taking your money You are no longer a priority to them. They will not answer you anymore, they're a sales only type of customer service. Avoid Deena p, she has no interest in helping anyone except herself. Like I said once the "sales" are made your done

I overpaid for second-rate Smart television, it's a DUMB TV! Nice picture but crappy casting, UTube loses signal continuously and it's right beside my wireless router. Netflix freezes all the time. I am not happy. I'm sending it back!
Ive been giving offer after offer when i applied there was always some hidden part of the contract outrageous interest rates or they say pre approved but ask for a co signer... MGD did what they said approved me let me shop and delivered on time quality merchandise...

Never was qualified for stuff, until 1 day browsing the web came across this site,, great quality of merchandise, execellent customer service with 24 hour online help... would recommend to all my friends, just a lil weekly payments gets you good quality merchandise.
Im normally not big on doing reviews, but this is definitely an exception. Where do I start? No hidden fees, very low payments, prompt delivery and absolutely no complaints; at all! Im extremely happy with my laptop, exactly what I wanted. Cant wait for my next purchase.

Very nice although its been not a month also im waiting for an internet hook up hopefully there will be more intructions on how to use i have check the intructions booklet but i guess that is all thank you.

After recieving my pillows and sheets it took another 2 days to get my bed. It just seemed like company was not dependable to deliver on time. Maybe Im being a little hard but vehicle trouble does happen. They did communicate very well and delivered packages in great condition.

I haven't received my product yet (will be here in 2 days), but as far as the customer service experience, it was phenomenal. The APR is fairly high, but I wasn't expecting much less due to the fact they accept low credit scores. It's a good way to finance something that you want/need, without having past mistakes fall heavy on their decision to finance you or not. I give this company 5 stars for being so loyal and helpful during the process.

I love MDG as they helped me get a new computer when I most needed one after my previous laptop died. The only thing that I found after the fact is that they don't report the credit report with Equifax or TransUnion, but they will help you get it on your file once your order has been paid, a minor inconvenience for the help though. I purchased a TV Playstation and tablet from MDG almost a year ago and the service is great. Fast shipping and the customer service is excellent with any questions. They were very helpful in tracking my order while it was being shipped and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely order again.

Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
