This my second purchase through MDG and the experience was quite pleasant. Ian still waiting for my couch and chair and this is where my issue is tracking my merchandise as it is being shipped is very difficult to do. And there is no real way of finding out why merchandise will stay in one location so long my furniture has bin in Woodstock for 3 days and I have bin without a couch and chair just as long as I got rid of the old furniture
Never a single issue with MDG... They made it happen for us as simple as possible. We bought a playstation 4 and a tablet through MDG, and could never have been happier. The products are still working great. I cannot say enough about my great experience with MDG. We will definitely be buying more through them.
With my poor credit I didn't think I'd be able to buy anything online but I really wanted a playstation 4 and the folks of MDG made it super easy and quick as well. After filling out my online application and talking to an account rep. I received my playstation 4 and the box was in perfect shape and I got the unit in just a couple of weeks. Thanks to people at MDG for an easy purchase and no hassles at all. Hats off to them.
Could not get straight answers from anyone until I actually talked to the finance department. Finally someone there spoke English well enough to explain member benefits And how it will impact your total costs. Also delivery was supposed to take place on May 12 2020. I had to schedule a day off work as well as enlist help to move my items into the house because due to corona the shipping company will not bring anything inside. Yet today on the 11th of May they contact me and tell me my items are still in Chicago and they have no idea when they will get them to the warehouse located near me to actually deliver said items. So far I am unimpressed by this company and tempted to not continue to do business with them

Lol been approved for almost a year, I tried to buy a TV first, they lost that sale because they just asked for way too much information, ended up buying a 65" Sony at best buy paid cash $ 2300
But they have kept sending texts and emails and calling to use my approval, so I decided to order a $650. Item less than half of what I'm apparently approved for
At the last stage of the online agreement it says we'll take 6 payments before we ship. Lol. I think not if I wanted a layaway service I'd go to best buy or Walmart and pay zero interest, to top it off I offer the deposit in full they have refused it,
The item is overpriced to begin with, and then to ask me to pay them without the item being shipped. I think not..

I was in desperate need of a new mattress, but didn't have the money up front. Found mdg and was instantly approved. My experience has been mediocre at best. I also purchased a Samsung tablet, as well as an Xbox. For spending a certain amount, we also received one of their flex tabs for free. The electronics arrived relatively quickly, but it took almost 2 months for my bed to come. It's not even a year later, the Xbox won't turn on, the tablet shuts on and off by itself, and that flex tab of theirs? It's a hunk of junk. Stopped taking a charge 2 months after we got it. Called customer service and they told me to make sure I'm pushing the plug in all the way. Gee, thanks. Not to mention, your biweekly payments mostly go to interest and fees. I pay roughly $130/month and I haven't even paid off $600 of what I owe, and it's been a year. I'm thankful for my mattress, but damn. I'm going to be stuck paying it off for the next 5 years. If you can avoid it, shop somewhere else
I purchased the nintendo switch for the entire family to use... unfortunately... it hasn't been a family deal- mainly just Wesley playing it all the time by himself. I'm glad he enjoys it and we'll probably try it out as a family around Thanksgiving. Other than that- shipping was prompt as well as the condition of the packaging and equipment being excellent! Kudos to you all. I was a little unsure of the payment plan, having to sign more than one payment agreement with different amounts; however the website doesn't explain a down-payment in the initial agreement. You guys should fix that before you go asking for peoples checking account numbers and changing the price- other than that... awesome!

When i first saw the ad on Facebook I thought it was too good to be true. I didn't click right away either but after a couple of weeks I decided to check it out. I was amazed that I could buy the new computer we needed. I went ahead and got my father in law a new television for Christmas. It's now almost five years later and I have paid my balances and bought two more PlayStation and a giant screen television. Outfitting my home with electronics has saved us a ton of money on recreation costs. I am already have way through my repayment plan. My credit rating jumped 40 points. They are awesome to work with, even helped me when I had to miss a payment and let me slide on the fee.its a process to sign up but once your done: You are done.

Hi, I'd just like to tell you about my experience with MDG.ca. The process was an absolute breeze. Just enter your information, wait for your approval and bam! You're done. The 60" Samsung television I ordered is A1, and it was shipped with VIP service. It arrived with no issues, quickly and in perfect condition. Also impressive was was the personal service from the sales manager. Very courteous, prompt and professional. He even threw in two small mdg windows8 tablets, for Free! With Free shipping!

First of all... $#*! them... I Ordered my laptop and paid 90 a month with 2 separate payments. Sometimes they would steal another of $43 along with the $90. I have an outstanding balance that barely dropped. I called customer service. And they hung up on me. It's been nearly 2 years now. So they stole a little bit more from me than what I paid for including their high interest rates. I bet all the good reviews are from their peoples. And they will answer back to my review with a "oh I'm sorry that this happened to you". That's pretty much an automated reply that they stole from some where elses. I canceled my monthly payments since they stole from me. And lastly, crime don't pay $#*! heads.

Nothing is hidden and everything is provided and outlined in your contract. At any time, you can check your balance, pending and upcoming payments on your MDG account, and on your monthly statement that we send to you by email each month. Submitted an order and when emailed it said I needed an extra down payment not realizing this meant they would take two payments at once I agreed to it. Then after their customer rep calls to tell me they need more information and wanted me send a photo of my social security card, my ID, and proof of address. They advertise not needing credit so there was no need for my social. They should have asked for any prior info before taking the money. I have in fact received my refund. Just be cautious there's alot of mixed here.

As we are an online only company we must take precaution when lending to prospective customers. This is not something that would happen to any future orders going forward.
They told me delivery will be around 25 August. I have been waiting then I called my self to know if there is a tracking # guess what my package never been ordered or verify and shipping delivery date between the 31st and 7 September. One full month

I've used MDG on a couple of occasions and it was absolutely amazing.
Customer service people are there to help you and give you all the information of your purchase and the process.
I'd buy again from MDG as it's helped me when i was in a tight spot.
I really recommend MDG to anyone who is in need of electronics or household items.

I ordered 3 items from MDG. I read some complaints and think most of the people are upset because they did not recieve their order in a timely manner. Impatient maybe, I was beginning to feel the same way, but give it some time, the items will show with shipping status. Now I cannot rate the quality of the products, but for my 4 k tv I have insurance on it just in case. I should recieve my orders all on Friday so I'm pretty stoked! So don't get overly heated so fast for nothing patience is a virtue!

My credit is $#*! from my first marriage and I'm not very responsible with my money, but MDG gave me the opportunity to purchase a large screen smart tv with credit! It wad awesome name brand easy app process samsung baby! Tv is awesome hey i got a free 2n1 laptop/tablet for free as well! I use the tablet at work every day didn't know I needed something like that so much. Thank you MDG I will be buying from you again. Oh ya there payment plans are scheduled at payday so as soon as my money hits the bank the payment is made. If only all bills were like that i might have better credit.
I'm not someone that usually finances things I need because of the annual interest rate but I decided to make an exception here. I plan to pay if off sooner and reduce interest, I'm using this as way to build my credit a little all while getting something I need.
MDG's process was good, if I had questions they got back to me in a timely manner. The process wasn't too lengthy but it was thorough. My laptop was delivered to my door very quickly after everything was complete and I am very happy with the product! I have recommended MDG to many people since ordering. I think if it's used wisely it's great, order within your means and pay for your product. Once I'm done renovating my house I plan on ordering a piece of furniture for my family to enjoy!
I needed a new computer because my old one was, quite frankly, going to hell. So i started searching online and came across MDG. I was skeptical because of my credit and issues I've had in the past with companies such as this, but I was pleasantly surprised. I got a computer with everything i needed for it, and was immediately approved. Bad credit and all. I received the computer within a week and still 2 years later, it's working like a charm. I would definitely recommend them to others, and have, and would definitely buy from them again.

Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
