This company is very bad no manager or supervisor to talk and also delivery is from somewhere no body knows and when they deliver parasol they leave the parasol in the drive.
I Never ever ever back and buy from this mish mash company.

I bought a shower pump from manomano a year ago. It leaked after 12 months - however trying to sort things out with Manomano proved impossible- you cannot speak to a person and their company is in France - they eventually offered me 10£ compensation after 2 months - be careful
Poor quality and poor customer service.
I have had this pergola for less than one year all the corner brackets that support the main frame has rusted and snapped. I have emailed and asked for new brackets told no as it's older than the 6 month warranty then when I asked if I valued buy them I was told no. In other words you need to buy a new one. I don't think something that's costs so much money should only last one summer.
Do not purchase anything from manomano especially if the seller is GALANO. This company has the worst service. Once you purchase the item, they don't care about customer service or making things right for the customer. My item arrived late, and for the last 3 weeks I have been told that I have to arrange delivery myself. They know very well when you buy a heavy furniture it's difficult to arrange delivery. The terms and conditions for return are also not easily found on their website, to distract you from this. I have had no choice but to keep this item; but please bear in mind the items sold in manomano are also sold by Debenhams, wayfair, B&Q and many other stores. Do not waste your money or time on this company who only knows to take your money.
As always, the lovely picture of the small cabinet I wanted was excellent. As was the swift delivery three days later. Fair price at c£70.
Unfortunately the product was a complete disaster and now sits waiting for my dustbin man to arrive tomorrow and take it to the tip. After 4 hours slowly putting this awful product only took me 30 seconds to get my axe from the garage and take out my frustration and smash it all to small pieces.
The instructions were OK but there was no guidance of how to put it all together.
Not to worry ManoMano is an easy name to remember and never use again. My warning:

First time using mano mano placed my order next day thought i would track it only to find refund pending due to no stock even though it stated there was stock no email to let me know! Contacted customer services they were no help whatsoever
I bought the shed and I want to return...they tald me i will be charge £30 and they book the date to come courier to collect I was waiting all day at home and no one came...i'm really satisfied with this company
1. Bought a AlwaysH LED Digital Alarm Clock Red Number Display from ManoMano for £18.79.
2. After complaining and also writing a negative review on both Trustpilot &ManoMano's website; "that neither the plug nor the voltage is compatible for use in the UK", I was informed that a refund will be made.
3. Hence, it was shocking to discover that;
*** The product is nevertheless still being sold on ManoMano's "UK" website!
*** The product that two weeks ago was sold for £18.79, is now being soldfor £38.79 by ManoMano, and ManoMano claiming that this is a 45%discounted price!
*** When publishing my review on ManoMano's own site, ManoMano deleted the part pertaining to the "voltage" issue!

1. ManoMano's tracking system is a scam. You cannot track your order. At all stages it will display the same information on the screen.
2. The estimated delivery dates, are likewise a scam. Delivery was one week away. A text was sent some twenty minutes prior to delivery, informing me of the delivery.
3. Twenty seven days has passed since I emailed a complaint to ManoMano, [and not withstanding several calls to remind ManoMano of the complaint], nevertheless, ManoMano has so far chosen not to respond.
4. wishing to return the product, numerous calls had to be made until finally I received the correct return form. Long after returning the product and presenting the return receipt, I'm still waiting to hear about the refund.
By all means, use ManoMano's website to search for the right product. But once you have found the right product, you may wish to buy the product direct from the seller, or from an alternative company.
I ordered my freezer on 17/2/2023 and when delivered on 24/2/23 I found on unpacking that although the packing was perfect the freezer was damaged I used the App to report the damage to the freezer and reject the freezer requesting a replacement. They informed me that it would take a month to replace the freezer. Two days later I decided I couldn't wait a month for a freezer so I cancelled the replacement and requested a refund. Still waiting for the refund? They sent me an A3 grey plastic bag and told me I could get it scanned in the post office Im assuming its to return the freezer. They did not send instructions on how to get a under counter 90L Freezer into a A3 plastic bag. The freezer is still sitting in my front hall. Could you please collect your freezer and refund my money

Rude, dismissive, they will throw you from customer service employee to customer service employee repeating the same messages over and over until you want to just give up.
Have refused a refund on a bed frame bought which was:
Faulty
Broken day 1 of purchase
Incorrect instructions
Incorrect parts
The wrong size - too big for the mattress measured at exactly the same dimensions in the product description
I still haven't had this resolved, despite emailing the CEO himself who hasn't replied either.

What a nightmare! Avoid at all costs! Bought an electric rail radiator which was installed by certified plumber ( extra costs) and find out that the heater is faulty. Now Abby from customers service offered a solution - send it back and we'll replace it. Unfortunately it's not a shelf which you can send back as here we have another job for plumber and extra costs. And then another for putting the new one in... I gave up and will send everything back to them. Already lost lots of money. What a bunch of useless brainless people!
Just bought a new display cabinet for the wife. Really wish I had gone elsewhere. The quality of the product is awful, simply awful. This is one customer you won't get back. So disappointed! Was going to click the star rating above but I'm afraid one star would be way too generous.
Cheap and nasty products from China sold at mid range prices that bear no resemblance to the photo and description when they arrive. The item that I bought was not even fit for purpose.
Six weeks later I am getting nowhere with getting a post paid label to return it and receive a refund.
I paid £600 and purchased 13 Smoke Detector for the company I work for and they all came up faulty with some Chinese words written on it. Apparently these devices were stolen/smuggled from China into UK and are not compatible within UK. None of them are working and ManoMano staff does not care at all!
Funny enough, when I scan the barcode on these devices, it redirects me to a website with a crosswrd puzzle. What a joke! What a freaking scammers aren't they.
Even though ManoMano stuff received the video proof and knew all details about the incident, they do not help me at all.
Be careful guys, DO NOT BUY FROM MANOMANO or you will end up with some stolen/non-compatible Chinese devices and no support. I will of course report them to the police.
I have bought a laundry basket, half of the frame broke on assembly. An USB hub, with a SD card slot, the SD card didn't fit and the usb's were s slow I fell asleep! 2 plastic toilet seats that collapsed when I sat on 1!

Terrible service, items poorly described, even worse by customer support, bought item which was not as described, told to send back to France recorded delivery at my expense, no money from them sending or myself would be refunded. What is the point..
I was sold a faulty rip off Samsung T5 external hard drive, that broke down after a month. Since then, I have spent over 4 weeks doing everything I can to get a refund, dealing with the completely incompetent customer service team. A representative named Gael has written to me 10+ times saying my "refund was being processed", yet a month later, I am still waiting to be refunded. Meanwhile, I have the seller now asking me to pay for postage to send this broken product back.
Stay away from this website at all costs. They clearly do not quality test their sellers, and are not ready to cover the financial consequences of their clients being sold useless products.
Ordered an item, paid immediately by bank transfer thinking that would be better but oh no, Although the money was taken out of my account they took a week to process it, meanwhile i got fed up of waiting cancelled the order, so now after 14 days still have not got my money back.

Do not buy from these people, they could not sort out a simple problem with a flag pole we ordered. It was smashed up during delivery and arrived with both ends of the box open and damaged, rings to hold the flag, top piece and some other critical parts missing. Ok the damage was done in transport, but the packaging was not adequate for the job, it was extremely lightly packaged. However, surely in this day and age you would think they could sort this problem out, but no, after endless e-mails backwards and forwards, and phone calls about part numbers that had no connection with the flag pole we purchased, they suddenly went cold on us, refusing to answer our questions. Complete con, please beware of this company.
Bought a respirator for woodworking. It arrived promptly but the inner packaging had been opened, respirator assembled and filter appeared to have been used. Not great during a pandemic! Are they interested? Not at all! After three weeks of emails I'm still being passed around with nobody interested in helping. Shocking behaviour. I suspect they are close to going under. Avoid!
