I ordered 2 bins that cost me £39.98! Nothing arrived 7 emails sent no reply. Contacted my bank and they had the audacity to say the sent my purchase! Liars
Saw all the bad reviews lately so feared purchasing, thought I would give them the opportunity to assure me of their legitimacy. The response I got was appalling, they just said that they cant control items after they leave their warehouse and items that get broken or don't show up are out of their control. All I asked was for some assurance after reading such bad reviews, I didn't mention delivery issues.
I told them I was shocked and now feared very much spending my money with them, their response, "can I help with anything else?"
I am so happy I read the reviews first and contacted them! Bullet Dodged!
Returned a faulty item for a refund- seller has said they processed the refund in May - despite 24 emails, completing the finance form twice giving my bank details- I am still waiting for my money back - appalling service
Absolutely terrible online seller. Ordered stainless steel handrails some of which were missing on delivery and rather than replace those missing handrails and in turn raise a claim with their courier for non delivery, they instead accuse the customer of lying! Outrageous behavior and they do not have a clue what constitutes decent customer service so steer well clear of Mano Mano as they are clearly a disreputable firm and I will never order another thing from this company.
Do not use mano mano... I bought a leaf blower in December 2020. Its faulty. Strap broken and pipe us split... they wont do anything they wont refund and just keep sending me script messages... they passed it on to their supplier Home online stores Ltd who tell me to send it back st my own cost of £15... this has been going on for 2 months... this leaf blower is like a child toy but not as well made... look on trustpilot for reviews about this joke of a company
Delivered to wrong address. They won't refund even though I've proven that a) it's not my house/front door in the delivery picture and b) the WRONG postcode that it's been delivered to is flats that only go up to no 9. Not higher numbered addresses like mine! They delivered 10 days ago. Still fighting to get a refund. They stall, fob you off or ignore you. Do not use.
I recently purchased an underfloor heating thermostat. The short and long is there Is no voltage output when on. Requested a replacement, sent pictures, videos etc but after 9 days of Chinese translated emails I am sick to death of the whole experience. I will certainly never use Mano Mano again. I realise some products go wrong and accept that but I do not accept lack of customer service and either replacement or refund...
I ordered a rattan corner unit for the garden. It came with one section being the wrong colour. Nearly 3 months later and after having been told I had a 'concrete guarantee ' I still don't have the correct piece of furniture or a date when I'll recieve it or my money back as was promised in the concrete guarantee. Do not use this company.
They use Hermes. Thats first mistake. Expected delivery 4th /5th Felix polite & helpful. Communicated well. I was going to refuse delivery but nipped to loo and hey presto enormous parcel dumped in porch in about 30 seconds. Driver sprinting off the street. But I am thrilled with purchase & finish & design.so Alls well that ends well. No likey Hermes
I tried for the first time Manomano! And OMG is it going to be the last. I ordered a Dewalt Multi-tool and the price with delivery was £106.00 instead of Screwfix at £129.00! I bargain I thought! Well not when it doesn't arrive and you enquire to say it hasn't been delivered. Then the English supplier says it was delivered by DPD, I asked where was it left? No answer, they then said check with your local DPD! In short! No product and out of pocket to the sum of £106.00! Manomano just don't want to know!
Avoid like the plague!
Claire was incredibly helpful and even when the link online was broken was happy to help and contacted the business my sale had been passed to, which I believe was out of her remit, but she was happy to do. It's good to have staff that still offer good customer service within a business.
Unfortunately the item I ordered had gone out of stock and only on chasing 3 weeks down the line they realised no one had ordered replacement stock, so I have subsequently had to cancel my order.

Never ever will I use ManoMano again. Stupidly I never checked the reviews before placing an order which normally I would. I ordered an item and having stayed in for three weeks I made enquiries to to be told there was a backlog and shipment would take a little longer
I waited and waited then to be told that it hadn't been despatched. What rubbish service and time wasted waiting for parcel which was never dispatched in the first place. I have sent a complaint and I will let you know their response.
Another annoying issue was the member of staff kept laughing when I was complaining so clearly to them it's a joke. No way would I recommend this company wish I hadn't come across it. Wish could put zero stars,

I ordered a sink from manomano which was physically impossible to use without ordering a separate item of furniture. This was not advertised on the original website nor where the non standard parts. The company refused a refund and I have had to resort to using paypal to force them to refund me. They have received the item from me a month ago (at my expense) and they are using every trick in the book to extend the paypal dispute to avoid refunding me. PLEASE do NOT use these cowboys. I will be reviewing them everywhere to warn people!
I placed an order and the money was taken within a few minutes. The delivery was stated as within 2-5 days. Four weeks on and I'm still waiting for my order. I have emailed ManoMano but never receive a reply.
I would never use this site again.

Ordering high value goods from the UK for a house renovation in France can be daunting and difficult. So thank goodness for mano mano!
Not only do they have great prices, the online support is the best I've ever experienced. Seamless transfer of information from the France to UK site; speedy response, friendly and 'human' help every time - they really go out of their way to resolve issues. In my case that has largely been with rearranging missed deliveries from the couriers, which would have been so difficult with my limited French.
So to Claire and Sarah from their online support, I say a heartfelt thank you for contacting the suppliers. And the couriers. And sending delivery instructions. And making calls on my behalf... and getting back to me quickly.
Too many websites are happy to take your cash but fail miserably when it comes to providing back up. Not so mano mano - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, and especially if you're buying between the UK and France.

Do not use this company i have had weeks of generic emails telling me lies about my return and refund and after being told 2 weeks ago my refund would take 2 days it is still not in my bank disgraceful company
The product I ordered arrived broken. However reply through ManoMano website was prompt. The supplier took a while to reply, but when I raised this with ManoMano they got straight onto them. A replacement part arrived in the post the next day!

Disgraceful money grabbers - Ordered a garden parasol June 2020 for my elderly mother who is unable to sit in direct sunlight due to her cancer drugs.
The very large parasol was used until September until the weather got cold and was then stored in the garage in the box until 4 weeks ago. When it was winched up again a weld on one of the arms snapped and it broke collapsing on my mother. I wrote to customer services asking for a replacement and was very quickly told it was outside the 6 months warranty. End of conversation! If this is is a something that can collapse and hurt someone surely they would want to insect the item in any event! Item was -

AWFUL service. £75 item arrived faulty - initially offered £8 refund if I returned it (!) Finally agreed to return item at their cost - had to wait between 8am and 5pm for courier who never showed. Collected next day. Over next 3 weeks received 5 emails saying full refund had been processed and would be in account in 2-5 days. Nothing. Finally received a "goodwill" payment of £70 - fraudulent emails, poor product and awful customer service - avoid at all costs if I were you.
