Do not purchase anything from manomano especially if the seller is GALANO. This company has the worst service. Once you purchase the item, they don't care about customer service or making things right for the customer. My item arrived late, and for the last 3 weeks I have been told that I have to arrange delivery myself. They know very well when you buy a heavy furniture it's difficult to arrange delivery. The terms and conditions for return are also not easily found on their website, to distract you from this. I have had no choice but to keep this item; but please bear in mind the items sold in manomano are also sold by Debenhams, wayfair, B&Q and many other stores. Do not waste your money or time on this company who only knows to take your money.
I placed an order through this platform ManoMano - Order M*******850 - where i received a lamborghini for my 4 year old son, on his birthday we opened his gift only to realise that the rear light in car purchased for £179.99 was not working
I contacted mano mano customer service - and their customer service advisor johny, was very apologetic
He advised that the seller will be in touch to resolve the matter
It was 1 email a day for a response from both mano mano and the seller, which was very poor in my eyes
Here i have a 4 year old son who cant ride his birthday gift.because we were worried the item could be damaged and the seller would refuse a replacement.
After 1 week of engagement finally came to a resolution that a replacement car will be sent and they will pick up the faulty car
I took a day off work only to be let down,as the courier didnt come
Finally the next day the courier came after numerous calls from myself which i sent a screen shot to johny
He could only apologise and when i requested for compensation for my troubles, i was offered £10 voucher which can only be used on their website.i have lost all confidence with them and he said thats the final offer and the matter is closed
Even though i requested for my complaint to be passed to a manager.this request was declined

Ich habe 12 Thermostaten bestellt und drei davon wurde innerhlb von 8 Monaten Kaputt gegangen. Ich habe mehrmals Email geschrieben und direkt die Kunden support über das Portal kontaktiert. Bisher ist leider keine Rückmeldung. NIE zu Empfehlen.
1. Bought a AlwaysH LED Digital Alarm Clock Red Number Display from ManoMano for £18.79.
2. After complaining and also writing a negative review on both Trustpilot &ManoMano's website; "that neither the plug nor the voltage is compatible for use in the UK", I was informed that a refund will be made.
3. Hence, it was shocking to discover that;
*** The product is nevertheless still being sold on ManoMano's "UK" website!
*** The product that two weeks ago was sold for £18.79, is now being soldfor £38.79 by ManoMano, and ManoMano claiming that this is a 45%discounted price!
*** When publishing my review on ManoMano's own site, ManoMano deleted the part pertaining to the "voltage" issue!

1. ManoMano's tracking system is a scam. You cannot track your order. At all stages it will display the same information on the screen.
2. The estimated delivery dates, are likewise a scam. Delivery was one week away. A text was sent some twenty minutes prior to delivery, informing me of the delivery.
3. Twenty seven days has passed since I emailed a complaint to ManoMano, [and not withstanding several calls to remind ManoMano of the complaint], nevertheless, ManoMano has so far chosen not to respond.
4. wishing to return the product, numerous calls had to be made until finally I received the correct return form. Long after returning the product and presenting the return receipt, I'm still waiting to hear about the refund.
By all means, use ManoMano's website to search for the right product. But once you have found the right product, you may wish to buy the product direct from the seller, or from an alternative company.
I have an office chair with tilt/turn. The bracket on the undeside of th chair fialed and, after the usual intenet serach found a replacement on ManMano. Price lloked good, adn so I ordered it. Other suppliers could dleivery moer quickly, but ManoMano gave a 10 day delviery. After 3 days I received an email saying it have beenshipped - which was quite a delay. After another 4 days, I received a very short emial saying it had been lost in transit and my money would be repaid. 3 days later - no repayment and no bracket. Not good. I have used ManoMano beofre and found it acceptable, but it is very 'hit and miss' and not a relaibkle service in my experience. I may use them again, but not in the near future.
I purchased some lamp bases from Mano Mano as I sell lampshades and wanted something reasonable to display them. The prices were amazing (unbelievable actually) and I purchased 7 at a total cost of £32 plus delivery. I wasnt expecting much but the lampbases were well beyond my expectation (would have given 5 stars for these). They were sturdy, much larger than I anticipated (but that was good news as I could display my large shades) and I was very happy to order more.
However, upon logging back into the website the items are now 10 times the cost of the original! A base that I paid £3.99 for is now £34.99. There is probably a bit of small print somewhere regarding introductory prices but I failed to find it. Such a shame as I thought I had solved a big problem.

They send you wrong items and it takes you long time to push them to replace it or refund! They try to avoid responsibility by all intentinally created but not exusting reasons.
I bought a shower pump from manomano a year ago. It leaked after 12 months - however trying to sort things out with Manomano proved impossible- you cannot speak to a person and their company is in France - they eventually offered me 10£ compensation after 2 months - be careful
I bought the shed and I want to return...they tald me i will be charge £30 and they book the date to come courier to collect I was waiting all day at home and no one came...i'm really satisfied with this company
I ordered my freezer on 17/2/2023 and when delivered on 24/2/23 I found on unpacking that although the packing was perfect the freezer was damaged I used the App to report the damage to the freezer and reject the freezer requesting a replacement. They informed me that it would take a month to replace the freezer. Two days later I decided I couldn't wait a month for a freezer so I cancelled the replacement and requested a refund. Still waiting for the refund? They sent me an A3 grey plastic bag and told me I could get it scanned in the post office Im assuming its to return the freezer. They did not send instructions on how to get a under counter 90L Freezer into a A3 plastic bag. The freezer is still sitting in my front hall. Could you please collect your freezer and refund my money
I paid £600 and purchased 13 Smoke Detector for the company I work for and they all came up faulty with some Chinese words written on it. Apparently these devices were stolen/smuggled from China into UK and are not compatible within UK. None of them are working and ManoMano staff does not care at all!
Funny enough, when I scan the barcode on these devices, it redirects me to a website with a crosswrd puzzle. What a joke! What a freaking scammers aren't they.
Even though ManoMano stuff received the video proof and knew all details about the incident, they do not help me at all.
Be careful guys, DO NOT BUY FROM MANOMANO or you will end up with some stolen/non-compatible Chinese devices and no support. I will of course report them to the police.
This company is not what it seems. I searched on Google based in the UK for BigBlue 28W solar charger panel and ManoMano.co.uk came at the top of search results with £5 cheaper then Amazon offer at the time and with free delivery. Only after I placed the order and received email confirmation I realized the company is based in France, not UK. On top of that the shipping is going to be from China and there could be VAT to pay on delivery. None of this information was clear before placing the order.
Update from 8/03/2023
The parcel has now arrived. No VAT to pay, but it is not what I ordered. Instead of the BigBlue a "no name" solar charger. After contacting the company I got a reply the following day from Nora with a promise of partial refund in 2-3 days. I will keep this thread updated.
Final update 28/03/2023
I have finally received the refund. I have mixed feelings about the whole experience, but at least the customer support seems to work as it should. Therefore I decided to upgrade my experience from one to three stars.
Received my Grey recliner chair yesterday. Ordered Friday was to arrive 1st or 3rd of March. Came 28th Feb. Well packed and I love it. I was bit apprehensive (as a lady on my own) I had to fit the legs and slip in the back of the chair, dead easy. Philips screw driver needed. The nice girl on the chat line assured me it was easy, she was right, good customer service before and after. OK only had it a day but I know if any problems I am confident they are there to help. I don't have a lot of space the size of the chair is just fine. One happy customer and delivery excellent. I would buy form Mano Mano again. Thank you.
Poor quality and poor customer service.
I have had this pergola for less than one year all the corner brackets that support the main frame has rusted and snapped. I have emailed and asked for new brackets told no as it's older than the 6 month warranty then when I asked if I valued buy them I was told no. In other words you need to buy a new one. I don't think something that's costs so much money should only last one summer.
Table arrived damaged and refused to replace it.customer service from Big Furniture Warehouse is so unhelpful.
As always, the lovely picture of the small cabinet I wanted was excellent. As was the swift delivery three days later. Fair price at c£70.
Unfortunately the product was a complete disaster and now sits waiting for my dustbin man to arrive tomorrow and take it to the tip. After 4 hours slowly putting this awful product only took me 30 seconds to get my axe from the garage and take out my frustration and smash it all to small pieces.
The instructions were OK but there was no guidance of how to put it all together.
Not to worry ManoMano is an easy name to remember and never use again. My warning:
