Ordered some solar panels but they never arrived. Customer services ignoring my attempts to get in contact. They've taken my money not delivered the product. Trying to contact my bank to begin proceedings.
I had problems with a shower screen that wouldn't fit; not ManoMano's fault, just something of a misunderstanding. They were always on hand to respond to my emails and chased the supplier for me (since ManoMano don't actually supply stuff, they just source it) and resolved it favourably and promptly with a full refund. I couldn't have asked more from them in sorting this out. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them again.
I ordered a gazebo which was delivered within the timescale as stated. However, there was a defect with the framework. I informed the team dealing with defective items on the Monday and received a replacement frame on the Friday morning. Thank you Archie and well done manomano!
This company is not what it seems. I searched on Google based in the UK for BigBlue 28W solar charger panel and ManoMano.co.uk came at the top of search results with £5 cheaper then Amazon offer at the time and with free delivery. Only after I placed the order and received email confirmation I realized the company is based in France, not UK. On top of that the shipping is going to be from China and there could be VAT to pay on delivery. None of this information was clear before placing the order.
Update from 8/03/2023
The parcel has now arrived. No VAT to pay, but it is not what I ordered. Instead of the BigBlue a "no name" solar charger. After contacting the company I got a reply the following day from Nora with a promise of partial refund in 2-3 days. I will keep this thread updated.

I have finally received the refund. I have mixed feelings about the whole experience, but at least the customer support seems to work as it should. Therefore I decided to upgrade my experience from one to three stars.
Item didn't arrive so rescheduled. Item didn't arrive again and got told to contact retailer directly and not their issue. I insisted that this was in fact their responsibility and was told it could take up to 2 days for somebody to come back to me. Advice, just buy direct from their retailers

Ordered a bathroom cabinet and soon realised the promo code was not applied to reduce cost. Feeling deceived I immediately cancelled the order by email since the 'chat' team could not help. Mano has ignored my cancellation and has gone on to ship the order.
I do not want the order to go through but mano is forcing it on me.
I was given excellent service by ManoMano.
I didn't receive my mastic and the customer services protected me with a guarantee that was refunded back to me. I was taken care off by Eva Demmer at Mano Mano whom is able to monitor and follow up query.
Placed a order and received a email saying the order had been validated. A day later they email me saying I did not complete the sale in time. They advertised the products at the wrong price and won't honour the sale. Poor company

Ordered the hugh wicker baskets when they arrived I was really impressed, couldn't fault the items, I only had a problem with delivery. Royal mail. But I'm impressed with the items. Yes ile be buying from them again.
When I returned an expensive item to a supplier, they did not acknowledge receipt, nor did they offer or implement a refund. After a couple of weeks, I complained to ManoMano. Their response was superb, and their representativeEva Demmerwas exemplary. Despite the fact that they were not at fault, ManoMano apologised, contacted the recalcitrant supplier and ensured that a refund was made promptly. They responded immediately, politely, and with concern. ManoMano monitored the whole process, and I find them to be a most reliable, honest, trustworthy, and friendly firm. I would recommend them to anyone for their purchases. Thank you very much, ManoMano.
No product arrived and no refund offered. I've been sent around and around with emails with vague words and no action. They're just middle men anyway, go to the suppliers if you find something you like.
If you are dissatisfied with their product, under their 14 day return policy, you need to send the item to Germany. It will cost you more to send the item back than what it has cost to purchase.

I used this company for the first time a few days ago, i was looking for an einhall petrol hedge trimmer. This company was the cheapest on line but it wasn't the only reason i choose them the level of customer service is fantastic i ordered the hedge trimmer and was advised it would be delivered in approx two days at the ridiculously cheap price of £3.99. I received regular updates from the company telling me at every stage where my order was... then on the morning of intended delivery i received a text telling me it would be delivered within a one hour window which it promptly did it has been an absolute pleasure to deal with a new company who set such high standards for their customers. I will have no hesitation in using Manomano in the future for any of my diy needs.

Avoid this company! The are scammers. Still have £455 of my money even after returning the item due to missing parts. They are blaming my bank for the refund not being received. After speaking to my bank they are asking them for the 23 digit ARN number which I have asked 3 times for and they refuse to provide me with this.
Ordered dewalt 2nd fix nailer received e mail saying my order will be processed and paid via MasterCard. Received e mail next day saying that I requested a refund which is not true. Checked their site and only 1 left in stock and yes the price had increased by £300 total rip off company with no morals buyers should be aware.
I had a terrible experience with manomano espana they actually told me they couldn't help me and put the phone down on me I was at the time asking when I could expect a delivery how rude and unhelpful.
Then I spoke to claire at manomano uk what a lovely lady she has done everything possible to help me. Unfortunately I had further problems when I received my order and claire has responded to every message and done her utmost to help she has been patient kind respectful and got results so thank you lovely lady I really really appreciate everything you have done for me.

On 8th April this year we ordered a table and six chairs for outside use from your company in France.
We are still awaiting delivery of this order due to difficulties with Negolux and in particular the carrier.

Recently purchased a double bedstead that was broken and had several missing and wrong parts so I was unable to finish building my bed.
I contacted them via their messaging system and got a response saying I would get a full refund once the item was collected, I have been waiting home all day and no-one has turned up and I have taken the day off work to wait in for my collection
