When I returned an expensive item to a supplier, they did not acknowledge receipt, nor did they offer or implement a refund. After a couple of weeks, I complained to ManoMano. Despite the fact that they were not at fault, ManoMano apologised, contacted the recalcitrant supplier and ensured that a refund was made promptly. They responded immediately, politely, and with concern. ManoMano monitored the whole process, and I find them to be a most reliable, honest, trustworthy, and friendly firm.
